Da Nang provides detailed guidance on land incentives for projects in the Free Trade Zone

On June 15, the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority (DSEZA) issued Notice No. 1918/TB-BQL, providing detailed guidance on the allocation and leasing of land without auctioning land use rights or bidding for projects using land for investment projects in the Da Nang Free Trade Zone.

According to the notice, the priority industries and fields eligible for state allocation or lease of land without auction or bidding include those that Da Nang city is focusing on attracting investment in, such as high-tech, supporting industries, logistics, and services for the development of the Free Trade Zone. This is a concrete step to implement the city's policy of creating maximum favorable conditions for investors, while accelerating the formation and operation of the Free Trade Zone.
