They never add sauce to anything even if you request it. I don’t know how incompetent they can be, but it’s been twice now that they don’t care enough to add sauce. Why the hell should anyone bother going to this trash place.

The delivery order turned out to be a complete disappointment. The portion was humiliatingly small, absolutely not matching either the price or the expectations. The potato in the dumplings, instead of the usual smooth puree, was over-fried, with a disgusting taste of an old product. The dish left a heavy aftertaste and even caused heartburn. Instead of classic sour cream, there was a repulsive sauce — something between mayonnaise and a greasy milk mixture, with a sharp smell of cheap butter. The dumpling dough tasted raw, leaving a sense of undercooking and intensifying the overall discomfort. Instead of the expected homely simplicity and flavor, the delivery order showed a level where the food not only fails to please — it repels. This establishment demonstrates complete indifference and disrespect toward the customer. Ordering here means throwing money away and ruining your mood.

Today, we were lucky enough to visit this place, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We ordered dumplings, varenyky, chicken curry, shawarma, and a smoothie. Each dish was a true gastronomic discovery. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. It was as if every spoonful and bite were prepared with love. The dumplings and varenyky were delicious, the shawarma was savory and aromatic, with the perfect balance of spices, the chicken curry was tender, and the smoothie was fresh and velvety. In addition, the cozy, homely, and tastefully decorated interior left a lasting impression. The European-style chairs and tables, high-quality tableware, and pleasant lighting created an atmosphere that made us want to stay longer. We would especially like to mention the owner of the place. He is a very pleasant person, a Turkish national, who brings life to the restaurant. His attention to guests, genuine hospitality, and ability to create a warm atmosphere made our evening particularly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and look forward to returning. A real find!

Worse meal ever we had so far in Vietnam 450k for very average food, my son could not even finish his burger, terrible! I would definitely recommend to go else where! We were the only guest and it took a long time to be serve! Very disappointing!
It is exactly as the name says… they take good food and add way too much ketchup to it. I thought it was just a catchy name for a restaurant, but I was wrong… Unless you enjoy drinking ketchup out of the bottle, you probably won’t like this place.

Nice to have a burger place in this area of the beach side. Good burger too. I had the classic cheese burger. Bun and sauce were spot on. Meat juicy. Will come back.

My friends and I went to this restaurant at night to have coffee which we realize that it is about to close but the staff still willing to serve us and we just order some fries and ice Vietnamese coffee and quickly finish the food and drinks. The Vietnamese coffee was very nice. Highly recommended 👍

Even though it's summer, it's very cool to sit outside the shop. It's very clean and airy. In addition to the food at the shop, I tried the smothie and yougut drinks, very delicious, suitable for a coffee date with friends. Highly recommended👍🏻

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy decor and soft lighting created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were genuinely interested in making sure I enjoyed my meal. Burgers was good with a tasty meat.

Lamb shawarma was packed with meat and salad. Soft bread. Also take away of the potato dumplings with sour cream. This was soft and very good reheated later. My favourite and will be back for these. Coconut coffee was great value and a large glass Waitress was very attentive and pleasant attitude.
I haven't taken any pictures because we were so hungry... It's our second visit here and it's really a good place to order your food here when you're from Europe and tired of seafood. I have ordered the shawarma/lamb twice and my husband has had the cheeseburger twice. We haven't been disappointed, it was so good!!!

Ordered a small and regular Shawarma but there was no difference in size, wrap was toasted nicely but the sauce was lacking any real garlic flavour. Also ordered 2 smoothies which we had to remind the staff we had ordered as they hadn't been served even when our food was given to us, they ended up coming 10 minutes after we had finished.. Would seem to be a staff issue.

Perfect place to come with friends or family. The food is fresh and delicious. It always serves alcohol so you can enjoy meeting up with friends at night with a few drinks. I have a lentil soup which was amazing ( I forgot to take a pic) followed by a double cheese burger with egg it was so juicy. I have also tried the pasta dishes previously too. I would recommend this place for sure.

Vietnam’daki bu güzel Türk restoranını kesinlikle ziyaret etmelisiniz. Yemeklerin kalitesi (özellikle döner ve hamburger🤤) beklentilerimin çok üzerindeydi. Hijyen konusunda çok titiz davranılmış, içerisi pırıl pırıl. Sahibinin güler yüzü ve ilgisi ise kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyor. Her şey için teşekkürler☺️🥰🥰🎀

Заказали пельмени и шаурму — к сожалению, остались крайне недовольны. Пельмени имели странный вкус: мясо внутри разваливалось, было ощущение, будто его несколько раз замораживали и размораживали. Начинка почти безвкусная, никакой сочности. Шаурма разочаровала ещё больше. Разогретые листья салата — это просто недопустимо: тёплый, вялый салат имеет неприятный вкус и портит всё блюдо. Свежие овощи в таких блюдах должны добавляться холодными. Складывается ощущение, что повар даже не пробует то, что готовит. В итоге заказали на двоих три блюда, но доедать их не стали. Очень жаль потраченных денег и испорченного настроения.

Это хорошее место, я пришел сюда один, все мои друзья отказались идти сюда со мной, но я пошел и я не пожалел, владелец заведения готовит вкусный айран, они сами пекут лаваш для кебаба, это очень похвально, Өте дәмді болды, аспазшы, Алла разы болсын. Одно только испортило мое впечатление, там был мой земляк, я знаю этого парня, он мне не нравится, он тоже пил айран, но такова воля всевышнего, что я там его увидел, а так, ресторан хороший

Food was AMAZING! Ordered the chicken shawarma with yogurt-garlic sauce — very tasty. The dumplings were a big portion and absolutely delicious. They come with three sauces: mayonnaise, ketchup, and amazing sour cream. Highly recommend The Ketchup restaurant. The owner is from Turkey and welcomed us warmly at the entrance, very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

3 things that I enjoyed about the place: 1. The owner/chef Akef was extremely warm and friendly. He welcomed me upon sight 2. I ordered the boiled dumplings which were juicy and handmade 3. The outside decoration was al fresco, cooling and perfect at any time 2 things that touched my heart: 1. Old school music from the 90s 2. A variety of food apart from the local food.
We ordered two shawarma’s, it was very delicious. Also some salad and french fries, also good. Very friendly staff, very kind and respectful. We enjoyed our dinner and came back home very happy 🥳☺️
I really enjoyed the halal food here. The flavors are rich and not too oily. The chicken is tender, and the spices are well balanced. It’s a great place for halal eaters and anyone who loves good food.

The chicken Shawarma was very nice. Nice amount of chicken with lovely sauce. The service was excellent, our waiter was very friendly and had great English. Only con was the place next door had a barbecue going so some ash was blowing onto our food. Would recommend sitting inside. Overall, this is a really nice restaurant that won’t break the bank.

I tried grilled meatball and steamed dumplings, was delicious. Facilities are clean, stuff and owner was kind. If Dumpling can be served with garlic mixed yogurt then it would be as good as Turkish mantı 😅

Когда были в Дананге, захотелось поесть домашних пельменей и вареников. Нашли это место и не прогадали. В меню есть и пельмени, и вареники и еще много всего вкусного. Пельмени и вареники были очень-очень вкусные 😋 Без перебора специй. Для нас идеально 👌 Ребенок кушал с удовольствием. Кофе и напитки вообще огонь 🔥 Кофе нигде такого не пила. Очень насыщенный и вкусный ❤️Сам хозяин очень гостеприимный и приветливый 👍Рассказал нам, что это его мама готовит пельмени и вареники 🥟 Поэтому очень советую 👍 ❤️А мы когда снова приедем в Дананг, то обязательно зайдём снова.
Шаурма ооочень слабая, в целом даже именно шаурмой сложно назвать. Пресное мясо завернутое толстым слоем лаваша и немного овощей. Брали самую большую с разным мясом: ни мне ни другу не понравилось,

Nice little restaurant in a more quiet section of the city. Selections of food and drinks were decent and the furniture was very comfortable and clean. The owner Akef is very enthusiastic, and makes dining here a comfortable experience with the level of care and attentiveness provided. I have had only two meals here. One being the Curry Chicken Pasta, and the other was the Kebab Meatball Plate. The Curry Chicken Pasta was not overly pungent with spices nor was it too rich from the sauce, nicely balanced. The Meatball plate was also very good, seasoned and cooked perfectly with a little char...could have used an extra meatball or two for what the plate was worth but it was good nonetheless. Worth a visit if you are looking to take a break from local food.
Had a breakfast there once only and it was pretty tasty in really good price including coffee and orange juice. Hot cappuccino was really good as well🙂. Staff very kind and helpful. Can't complain about anything and would definitely go back again to try other disheh if I stayed there longer.

Давно обходила доставку из кетчупа, но сейчас решили заказать. Не зря обходили стороной. Абсолютно посредственная еда, не соленая, пельмени и варенники порванные, разваренные, тесто пресное. Шаурма просто никакая, месиво без вкуса, соус без соли. Еда просто набить невкусно желудок. Такие отзывы в принципе я и слышала о них, но сейчас убедились сами. Второй раз заказывать тут ничего не будем
К самому заведению и атмосфете внутри претензий нет, все аккуратно, чисто, удобно. Единственное что я не понял так это количество позитивных отзывов касаемо еды. Люди которые пишут что шаверма вкусная когда и где ели ее в последний раз? После Москвы и Питера она просто ни о чем, пересушенное мясо, причем распределенное не по всему лавашу, овощи которые забивают вкус соуса и сам соус не запоминающийся. Выйдя оттуда без особого чувства удовлетворения для себя я поставил галочку что место это из тех которые посетил, но возвращаться в которые желания особого нет. А так, приходите лично и делайте свой собственный вывод.

Тааак долго искала пельмешки в Дананге, наконец нашла) Само заведение находится в тихом месте, очень атмосферная летка, все безумно вкусное) однозначно рекомендую если соскучились по родной еде. И кстати к вареникам и пельменям подают домашний каймак😍

Второй день уже сюда приходим, всё супер. Еда вкусная, хозяин очень гостепреимный. Пельмени, вареники обалденные домашние👍 И гамбургер, и чизбургеры вкусные. Очень рад что в Дананге есть такое заведение. Когда въетнамская еда, еда с морепродуктами приедается, это то самое место куда вы захотите вернуться и не раз😉
Это, безусловно, лучшее место, которое я посетила в Дананге! Пельмени просто великолепные – они такие домашние и вкусные! А паста с сливочным соусом – это нечто невероятное, я не могла оторваться! Рекомендую всем, кто ищет качественную и вкусную еду!
If you are craving some “western” style food The burgers are super good, I went the double cheeseburger and was delish, Partner had a felafel kebab, a little dry, needs more sauces only yoghurt and garlic, needs some sweet chilli and mayo maybe some sour cream inside More sauces!!! Other than that great place chill as, aircon. Little bit of room for improvement just needs more saucy kebabs, a perfect kebab is messy, and the best part is the saucy last bite. Banana smoothie was top knotch

Love this place! Staff and owner is so kind🇹🇷🇰🇿 I will always remember this place and spending time so fun. how we singing Turkish songs, drank black tea, enjoyed delicious food, and practised Turkish with my friend. Especially since the owner is from Turkey. I highly recommend coming here! My favourite dish is - vareniki and falafel roll 10/10
Взяли доставку. 2 порции пельмений и вареников. Пельмение просто худшие, тесто было сырое, на вкус плохо. Все выкинул и выплюнул. Худший опыт.. А так пельмений хотелось, ну какой позор.. Фарш тоже не вкусный. Вареники нормальные, но соли мало.
This place has the best chicken shawarma I’ve ever had! The flavors were amazing and everything was super fresh. The owner was very friendly and even offered me some tea for free. Great atmosphere and great service – highly recommend!
Наткнулись на это заведение совершенно случайно когда долго искали заведения halal. Владелец заведения встречает каждого гостя, знакомится. Тогда мы только узнали что владельцы ресторана супружеская пара из Турции и Казахстана . Соотношение цены и качества просто поразило. Еда очень вкусная, порции очень большие. Особенно понравились смузи из свежих фруктов. Сам ресторан очень чистый и светлый
Today I tried delicious burgers with French fries . The taste of meat it is amazing. Very good service and polite staff. In menu have a lot of options. Definitely for sure recommend 💯
Это лучшая шаурма, которую я пробовала в жизни!!! Пробовала с ягнёнком, мясо наисвежайшее, нежное (как первый поцелуй😅), сочное, шикарное, не подобрать слов🤌🏼 Соус тоже 10/10, всем обязательно рекомендую, особенно если вы соскучились по не вьетнамской еде 🥹
Ходил несколько раз в это заведение. Мне очень понравилось, еда очень вкусная и цены демократичные. Советую! Зайду туда еще, и не один раз.
Вкусновато но маловато. Но за такую цену норм. Короче в следующий раз закажу больше. А так все вкусно Ну капучино не очень понравилось потому что выглядит как обычный кофе с молоком, но это и не кофейня. Шаверма вкусная. Брал ещё завтрак(омлет и булку). Омлет сырный очень вкусный, к тому же к нему в комплекте бесплатно идёт салат. Булочка тоже хорошая, понравилась что она испечена сразу. Из минусов что при заказе просил принести сливочное масло, в итоге мне не принесли :(. Типа блин я был готов заплатить за это. Ну ладно. Upd. На след день пришёл, все сделали как надо! И принесли даже 2 порции масла к булке. Респект за это.

Rất ngon, hương vị đậm đà kể cả món đồ uống. Nhà hàng nằm gần nhà nên khá tiện, mở cửa tới tận khuya nên có thể ăn trễ.

Mình đến Đà Nẵng du lịch và thật sự ấn tượng khi đến nhà hàng này, Burger ngon, my gà đậm đà,còn dumpling thì thơm ngon chuẩn vị – vỏ mỏng, nhân đầy,không còn gì để chê. Không gian sạch sẽ,đơn giản, nhân viên thân thiện,Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ghé Đà Nẵng lần nữa

Very spacious and clean restaurant. Their food items were all reasonably priced. We stopped by for breakfast. The cheesy sandwich wasn’t bad. Our cappuccino had too little coffee in them but I’ll try the other Vietnamese coffees. We were told that the person who makes them wasn’t there yet. Probably starts around 10:00 AM. We’ll give it another try for lunch or dinner. The ambiance is very chill and it’s a good spot to talk and spend some time having a few drinks.
I got a salad and a chicken+pasta+salad mix, and a chicken shawarma through Grab. Everything tasted pretty good and it was simple. Packaging was great as food was wrapped well and even wrapped inside the box individually with a rubber band and food was still decently warm. Food is a bit more expensive than other restaurant yet it is an international one so it makes sene. Overall, tasty.
I found a very nice little restaurant right down the road from the hotel I am staying in here in Da Nang. This shop does take you a bit out of the touristy area near the beach and you will not find tour buses and crowds of people to compete with for your attention. These are areas I like. I came down for an early morning hamburger and was very happy with my meal. The first thing I ran into was the french fries. You know how it is when you eat that first fry and the compulsion not to stop kicks in that you have a good batch of nice hot french fries. I just went with the single cheese burger and a white coffee. The man was right up front in the fact he had to outsource my coffee this morning and walked across the street and got what he needed to bring out this nice cup of White Coffee. I have been eating very good soup and noodles all week but that urge for some western food kicked in and The Ketchup hit the spot. You can see the fries were gone before the burger. I will be returning to dig into the Shawarma menu next. It all looks very tasty. Very happy with the quality, prices and service. I could smell my hamburger being cooked before it arrived. 👍 They have very comfortable seating inside and out front and it makes for a very chill spot to sit and hide from all the rain dumping down on Da Nang currently.
Вчера мы посетили новое заведение , которое открыл мужчина из Турции. Нас приятно удивило качество : айран и лимонад , как в самой турции , невероятно вкусные. Вареники , донер из курицы и говядины , а также веган фалафель бургер были восхитительны. Атмосфера заведения радовала- всё новое , чистое, красивое включая туалет.
Заказывали шаурму с курицей и с бараниной. Обе вкусные. Соус не тяжелый. Самая маленькая внушительных размеров. А вот вареники получают максимальную оценку. Тесто тонкое, начинки много: картошечка с обжаренным лучком. Было вкусно
Extremely delicious food. Owner is very polite and friendly. They open early and close late. This is gonna be my favorite place to go from now on. Go and give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed. I ate chicken kebab, not only it was delicious but only it was very cheap.
Food is delicious and affordable. So far had the omelette, breakfast toast with meat, chicken and beef shawarma. The omelette is awesome! The shawarma is also excellent! I enjoy this restaurant alot the owner is very kind and provides a great service! My new favorite spot. Will try their signature dish " the ketchup burger " today. Food is awesome
Заказали 2 шаурмы и пельмени. Пельмени неплохие по вкусу, но их было три капли, даже бы ребенок ими не наелся. Шаурма одно тесто, начинки практически нет. Мне не очень понятно откуда такие хорошие отзывы об этом заведении. Цена не соответствует количеству еды.
Это был наш первый обед в Дананге. Бургеры на 4-, котлета была пережаренной. Не предложили никаких перчаток или конвертов, чтобы было удобно есть, бургер разваливался в руках, что приносило дискомфорт. Кофе вкусный. Персонал, к сожалению, либо не знает состав блюд, либо не знает Английский, потому что ингредиенты кофе мне приходилось угадывать самой🙈

Очень приятное место. Добродушный хозяин ресторана встретит Вас на входе. Вкусная еда: шаурма, пельмени варенные, жареные, макароны с грибами. Всем советую это место !!!
С удивлением обнаружили это заведение недалеко от дома. Там всегда тихо, видимо поэтому проходили мимо, но теперь мы там частые гости. Очень уютное заведение с привычными для европейцев стульями) ну и конечно же еда. Мы пробовали вареники, пельмени, их подавали со сметаной, кетчупом и майонезом. Очень вкусные! Шаверма настоящая турецкая. Чуть чуть непривычный лаваш, но в целом очень вкусно. Место тихое, можно спокойно побеседовать

Came across this little gem when I was out walking today and decided I would venture back for some pasta for dinner. I made a good choice. The place itself is extremely bright and airy inside though I chose to sit out where I could watch the world go by. My chicken pasta was very good. I will be back to try some other menu items over the next week.
Really tasty food, served hot as It should be. Perfect. Owner was friendly and made sure all was good. I like that personal connection. Thank you for a good lunch.

Perhaps the worst shawarma. Dry thick pita bread, without sauce, the chicken is dry and tasteless, the greens are tasteless. Shawarma with chicken, branded with ketchup and mayonnaise, and classic with yogurt. Both are tasteless. I don't understand how you can ruin a meal like that.
Great tasty food at good price. Ordered the chicken wrap kebab with fries and beer. Plenty of chicken in mine 😋 All great! I live in Son Tra so this is probably the closest western restaurant to me. I'll be back 😀
Very delicious food, tons of options to choose from. They serve big portions, very tasty. Very polite and positive staff as well, fast service. Extremely clean restaurant. Staff makes you feel like you're at home. I would recommend to everyone. Go and try for sure, you won't be disappointed. Solid 5 stars.
Очень приятное место. С отличным обслуживанием . Совсем забыла сделать фото , друзья брали пельмешки к ним подали три разных соуса очень вкусные только можно было бы добавить побольше соли . Мы взяли шаурму с говядиной для меня многовато лука , но все свежее и вкусное , мясо отбитое и мягкое .хватило даже на двоих 👌
