Friendly and smiling staff. Ice cold draft beer although a bit on the pricy side but that’s airport prices for you. Food good. Nice seating area.
Good beer, terrible attitudes and miserable faces. I come back every time because of chairs and beer. But each time I'm newly surprised by Staff and management attitude. Staff and management need training in customer service. Update in April 2026. This is still the worst service in the whole of danang. They definitely got their jobs through friends of the family. This time the lady called me back to wait at the counter for the drink :)
Worst coffee I’ve had in Vietnam; no flavour of coffee (cappuccino ordered) so asked for extra a shot of espresso to be put in. Even after that it was very bland and to make matters worse the croissant with ham & cheese was only just acceptable, only ate it as I was very hungry. the ham was definitely about to turn. Stick to having a beer here, forget the rest is my recommendation on this morning’s effort. It’s only 7.25am. Possibly a young girl in training but even so it shouldn’t have been this ordinary.
Hier passt der Spruch. "Gut war es nicht - aber wenig! Nichts essen hier!!! Wie bodenlos das Essen hier!! Was soll das bitte sein? Einfach die Nudeln und das Gemüse lieblos draufgeknallt und serviert. Friss oder stirb so ungefähr. Eine Frechheit.
Didn't have the food,but the service attitude has changed so much. Staff used to be extremely rude but today the woman smiled and took my order kindly!!!
Chicken Noodles soup was my order. Perfectly balanced with natural vegetables, steamed to taste, hot, unfried, fat free. I enjoyed to my taste. I highly recommend. Great service with warm smiling staff. ,,🥰
We got a margarita pizza which was pretty bad. The staff and service were fine but food itself is really poor quality. But I guess, you can't expect much from airport food joints anyway.

I had a fantastic experience at the Heineken bar while waiting for my flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Phuc and Dad served my friends and me and were absolutely amazing. They crafted delicious passion fruit cocktails that we thoroughly enjoyed. Even when our flight was delayed, we were more than happy to head back to the Heineken bar to wait. Great service and a wonderful atmosphere!

Gutes Lokal am nationalen Terminal in Da Nang. Sitzplätze sind mäßig bequem, aber es gibt gutes Bier und freundliche Bedienung.

Great cold Heineken
Absolute waste of money. We visited here as a tourist in search of snacks, ordered garlic bread & mango smoothie. Garlic bread didnt have any toppings of garlic or herbs on it, tasted like bread & butter toast. Also, the mango smoothie pic demonstrated on the menu card has mango pieces on it, but they refused to add mango pieces on top, & more ice was used to make the drink thick instead of mangoes... We paid for mangoes not for ice.... Not recommended at all.. the staff behaviour is also very worst with the customers, even on request they refused to add mangoes, felt like cheated.

We were in the mood for some beer and Pho, and this restaurant had exactly what we wanted. We ordered the Seafood Pho (VND 126,000), the Wagyu Pho (VND 133,000), and two pints of Heineken Silver beer (VND 90,000 each). The prices were quite high, especially for Pho. Still, we assumed that was because it was in the airport. The Phos arrived quickly, and the portions were huge. They came with the usual plate of greens, including basil, sliced chilis, bean sprouts, and lime. We really enjoyed the food, and it left us feeling very full. The service was also very friendly.
I was a bit nervous coming here with the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Yes it's expensive, and yes the service is brief, but that's everywhere in the airport. Pizza was hot and crispy - fairly tasty too though obviously not freshly made
Ohh well! If you speak Vietnamese then it’s good. But if you speak English better use google translate as the people doesn’t understand what your ordering
AMAZING SERVICE! I am a vegetarian and Lan made sure I got great spring rolls and the pizza too was absolutely delicious 🥰 Lan went above and beyond and I recommend this to anyone visiting DaNang Airport ☺️
The worst customer service. 100k for Orange juice with ice, 117k for orange juice without ice. We ordered 2 cups, no ice and they served two half filled cups of orange juice. Why charge more when you half fill the cup anyway? Absolute rip off. 34k stolen with no justification. Staff were terrible to deal with and not friendly even on initial order.
Well, contrary to a few other reviews here, my experience was exceptional! As a light lunch, I had a Tiger beer with the pepper sausages (generous portion) and the garlic green beans. Delicious and very affordable! As this large restaurant is near one end of the airport, the ambiance is fairly quiet. Especially for an “airport food establishment”, I am very impressed!

Situated right next to Gate No 8 Heineken Bar & kitchen occupies a prominent location at one end of the domestic terminal building. The staff understands English so there was no struggle ...it was the only place to be open before 6 am at the domestic airport. Offers a huge seating area ...with comfortable sofas and cushioned chairs....they do not offer any kind of vegan milk.
Totally incompetent staff ! They tell you that food will be ready after 10 min but after 25 minutes the frozen pizza was still cold. Finally they threw the folded soggy pizza into a paper container for takeaway so that all ingredients stick together. On top the place is absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. 0/5

Terrible. Go anywhere else but here if you're waiting for a flight. Latte is scolding hot, i couldn't even hold the cup it was so hot, had to ask for a sleeve and the teller acted like I was asking her to climb mount everest.
Decent vegetarian fried rice for a reasonable price. All you can hope for at an airport restaurant

Nói chung món ăn thì ko ngon gì nhưng quán khá nhiều option và không gian sinh động, rộng rãi lại ngay cửa số 8 ra máy bay. Giá này ở sân bay là khá rẻ, trái dừa 54k, bì xào cải hơn 100k. Bò ăn tạm, cải bị cũ.
Đọc review thì khá lo lắng, may là hôm nay mình trải nghiệm dịch vụ ổn, bia giá hơi cao nhưng uống lạnh sâu, ngon Dĩa gà 89k cũng thấy khá ổn, xem như trong sân bay thì mức giá đó hợp lý.
Nhân viên nữ mặc suit mất dạy, thái độ với khách hàng. Nên học cách ứng xử văn minh trước khi làm ngành dịch vụ
Quán gần cửa lên máy bay nên tiện vào mua. Cafe sữa đá mà sữa 1 đường cafe 1 nẻo.

Đã ngồi tại đây. Và có dùng phở hải sản và ly nước cam. Nhận xét như sau: - giá thì khỏi bàn vì tại sân bay - phở hải sản dùng toàn đồ khô, mực khô, cá khô. Nhạt nhẻo. Chấm điểm: 1 điểm cho phở. 8 điểm cho nước cam.
