Leider wie so oft hier: Der Standard wird einfach nicht gehalten. Früher hätte ich das Restaurant noch empfohlen, heute eher nicht mehr. Es wirkt nach einem Jahr ziemlich runtergekommen, und das Servicepersonal hat sichtbar keine große Lust. Auch das Essen hat deutlich nachgelassen: Fleisch zäh, Gemüse halbgar und die Nudeln irgendwie wild zusammengemischt. Wäre alles halb so schlimm, wenn der Preis dazu passen würde. Tut er aber nicht – man zahlt immer noch das Gleiche für deutlich weniger Qualität. So geht das nicht. Für mich war’s das.
They got me and they lost me. This (second) time noodles were too salty, almost like it burns in your mouth, and beef was way too chewy so I could not eat a good half of it.
Good food and will definitely come back again. The furniture layout is a little bit chaotic and definitely needs to be tidy up. I recommend the No. 1 combo. The dumplings are good too!
I recently visited Lan Chau Noodle, expecting to enjoy some authentic Chinese noodles, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the restaurant has a nice, cozy atmosphere, the taste of the noodles was not to my liking. The flavors seemed a bit off compared to what I’m used to in traditional Chinese noodle dishes. The broth lacked depth, and the overall seasoning felt unbalanced. It’s possible that it just wasn’t the right match for my taste, as others might enjoy it, but for me, it didn’t hit the mark. I’ve had better Chinese noodle experiences elsewhere. If you're someone who loves a more familiar and bold flavor profile, this might not be the place for you.
Great place to eat the original Lanzhou beef noodles. The place is very clean and neat. They make noodles in place, the kitchen is open so you can see how they make noodles and cook food. The prices are fine, 120k for a combo, including a large portion of soup, 2 eggs and 2 tofu. Also there is a Sichuan chili sauce you can add to your soup, it came as a big surprise as I love that chili 😋 Definitely recommend checking this out, there are not many places like that in Danang where you can try those ☺️ Cheers!
Honestly I dont understand these bad reviews. The food is absolutely incredible, I came here 2 days in a row and tomorrow will be my third. This is as authentic as it gets. You see the younger family members learning different school subjects and even teaching. This is how the world works. Of course they dont greet you in perfect english if they speak chinese and vietnamese and have to balance their school life with work life. This is what makes this restaurant authentic. Also to the reviews that say the spices are random and imbalanced, of course I didnt try every dish of the menu but you reaaaallly have to make sure to mix all the spices well before eating, as they sit on top of the dish when served. Then it is absolutely perfect. To the argument that it feels like fast food because you get a beeper to pick up your food yourself: I experienced both ways. As the restaurant gets busy, they make you pick up your food yourself just because they dont got enough staff. Right now I am sitting here alone and guess what, they brought it to my table! You just can not compare this to a western restaurant where you pay at least 15€ per person! 10/10 reccomend. PS: Signature chili noodles and pork dumplings are soooo good 😋

This is pretty much a fast casual restaurant. You walk in, order, and when your food is ready, your buzzer will beep and you pick it up at the counter. There are different condiments you can choose and add to your noodles. If you can't eat spicy food they have options where there is no spice added. If you like spicy food, there's condiments for you to add at your pleasure. There is also complimentary pickled cabbage and peanuts for you as well. We were very happy with the food. Everything tasted authentic! The noodles are all made in-house and there are 6 variations to choose from, ranging from thick (like pappadelle) to very thin (almost angel hair, but not quite as thin). Portions were extremely generous too. My single bowl of dry noodles was enough for 3 meals! It's pretty much self service, from getting your own utensils, to-go bags etc **Cashier is fluent in Mandarin and Vietnamese**
A classic Chinese restaurant !!! I just visited this place and the food was absolutely amazing. The flavours were authentic, the service was swift, and the overall experience delivered strong value. Highly recommended.
That was a good bowl of noodles!!! Tastes really like China Girl there spoke good English and was quite friendly! (Which is rare here I guess) And the cook was very nice as well Overall really liked the taste

This place is serving what is probably the best Chinese noodle soups and dumplings in Da Nang. The noodles are hand pulled, springy and delightfully chewy, in a very tasty broth. The dumplings are delicious, and come in a huge serving of 15 pieces. Highly recommend!
Very big portion of noodle and price is much cheaper then HCMC. But the service need to improve. Will come back for more
Food was amazing and the setting was great. But the service was abysmal. They made me pay at the counter and 35 minutes after ordering I inquired about our food to be told they had forgotten to order. Being one of 3 tables with the manager sitting 1 table behind us in her laptop just left us quite disappointed.

Just walking down the streets, searching for good food, and stumbling upon this gem! The handmade noodles are soo good. I ordered the spicy signature noodles (beef) and pork dumplings. Loved them both! The spicy noodles look dangerously spicy but are not really spicy. I had to add more chili for that extra zing, but the dish tasted great! The dumplings were a big serve of 16 dumplings, freshly made with garlic soy sauce! Must try food. I'm coming back again tomorrow for my seconds of dumplings!
Great Chinese restaurant. Hand made (hand pulled, stretched and cut) noodles are amazing. Free sides for the win! Includes roasted peanuts and pickled vegetables. Amazing soup. I ordered the combo which includes a (huge) bowl of beef soup, side of egg, tofu and a small meatball. All for 130k. As mentioned earlier, the noodles are Devine. The broth is rich in flavor. Note: Pay when you order. Lots of milk tea options if that's your thing.
Very fresh noodles and beef has a good flavor. Wife’s dish was also very good. Will return soon.

Đồ ăn ok nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ thì âm điểm. Mình ghé cửa hàng lúc 20h, gọi 1 mì nước và 1 mì trộn. Bạn nấu bếp rất là ok luôn, nhưng nhân viên thu ngân thì hành xử không chấp nhận được. Thái độ của thu ngân nói chuyện với khách như bị ép buộc đi làm hoặc không muốn nhận khách vậy. Mình nghĩ lý do duy nhất bạn thu ngân chưa bị đuổi việc là do bạn ấy biết ngoại ngữ để giao tiếp với khách nước ngoài, chứ tìm được người khác thì đổi thu ngân của cửa hàng giúp nhé.

Trải nghiệm khá tệ. Mình với bạn mình 2 đứa đi vô tiệm gọi 2 mỳ. Mà cái mình thắc mắc là bộ h các quán ăn đều ko bê đồ ăn ra cho khách hả mn? Mình và nhỏ bạn đều là nữ, nhỏ con. Mà trong quán có 1 anh đứng bếp, 1 anh và 1 chị ở ngoài thì lúc máy kêu anh hay chị đứng nch chứ kh thèm bê giúp luôn, trong khi 2 tô đấy siêu to và nặng, lúc mình qua bê còn suýt đụng anh nv vì ảnh lo nch ko né mình:) ý là bị sao vậy? Bộ giờ quán ăn tự phục vụ mà còn nvay nữa hả? rất là khó chịu nên mong quán cải thiện chất lượng phục vụ đi ạ. Đồ ăn thì cũng tạm. Mình có đi ăn ở vài nơi giá cả cx cỡ nnay mà ch gặp trường hợp nào cho khách tự bê 2 cái tô chà bá này luôn ấy, thiệc sự ko nói nổi

카운터에서 음식을 고르고 계산을 먼저하는 시스템이구요...중국어, 베트남어, 영어, 한글 메뉴가 있습니다. 면은 특출나는것 없었고 국물은 조금 맛이 부족한걸 카운터에 있는 고추기름으로 잡을수가 있네요. 가성비까지 논할 정도아니고 그냥 무난한정도입니다....서비스도 논할 식당은 아니고...그먕 편의점 같이 빨리먹고 갈 가벼운 면요리점 정도 여기면 될듯합니다. 우육면 같은걸 시켰는데 기억이 맞다면 단품 메뉴판 두번째...85000동...고기가 생각보단 적은감이 있슴니다.

Mỳ bò kiểu Đài Loan. Vị thì theo m khá bình thường, khá nhạt so vs khẩu vị người việt, nước dùng kiểu thanh thanh, ăn kèm với sốt sate & giấm, mỳ kéo tay làm tại chỗ. Quầy line có đậu phụng rang muối và kim chi bắp cải để ăn kèm với mỳ. Quán có bán kèm trà sữa và nước trái cây, m uống chanh thái xanh ổn, k bị ngọt. Nhân viên phục vụ nhanh nhẹn, dễ thương. Lần sau sẽ ghé thử ăn mỳ bò hầm & uống nc dưa hấu chanh theo recommend của các b nv :) Note: Tô mỳ siêu to và siêu nhiều, những b ăn ít như m thì nên 2 người 1 tô mới hết 🥲
Quán được phần thịt bò thì ngon. Còn sợi mỳ bị dày bột quá, không được mềm mịn. Với cả đang ăn mỳ nóng mà máy lạnh của quán không mát lắm lại còn bị nhỏ nước xuống bàn mình nữa.

Un peu austère quand vous rentrez dans l’établissement mais bonne expérience. Nous avons pris leur plat signature et c’était très copieux et très bon.! Vous commandez au comptoir, vous payez et un bip vous est donné dès que votre commande est prête. Le serveur de ce soir a été particulièrement très bienveillant et nous a servi nos plats.

Mì được kéo tay ngay tại chỗ, sợi mì mềm, dai, thơm. Nước dùng đậm đà, ngọt thanh từ xương hầm, thịt bò mềm và rau tươi tạo nên hương vị rất ấn tượng. Tôi cũng rất thích các món ăn kèm như trứng trà, lạc rang và kim chi. Giá cả hợp lý, phù hợp với nhiều đối tượng khách. I also enjoyed the side dishes such as tea eggs, fried peanuts, and kimchi. Prices are reasonable and suitable for various customers. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
벳남에서 먹는 정통중국 수타고기국수집!~~중국내에서도 이름있는 체인점이라 여행 다녀오신분들은 다안다는 그맛집이지요~~ㅋ 진한국물이며 수타면발이며 당연히도 흠 잡을데 없구요~~ 다낭 다른곳에 같은 체인점보다 주택단지에 있어 좀더 여유롭고 깨끗하다고나 할까요?~~친절,청결은 기본 ㅋㅋㅋ 쌀국수가 물리거나 얼큰이가 땡길때는 고추기름양념 넣고 한그릇 땡기면 굿!!!입니다~~^^
