some of the best sushi i’ve had in my life (which is wild considering i was in Japan two years ago). especially the tuna sashimi was absolutely amazing!! the service was good and the environment was quiet and cozy. I would most definitely go back! would give it 10 stars if i could ✨
Went to Ichiban Da Nang at 17:00 on a calm Friday evening and felt like I was back in Japan. The calm atmosphere and polite service greet you the moment you walk in. You notice the respect for the fish and produce in every detail. I recommend it to any sushi or omakase lover. Worth any penny and more.

We went here as we wanted to have some refreshments outside Vietnamese food. We came a bit too early before opening hours, but one of the chef let us sit to choose our menu while they were preparing for their open hours. This small act was really making an impact for us, showing how passionate and kind they are as a person. Food were definitely delicious and fresh, we ordered some sushi dishes along with ramen. Ramen portion were quite big, and sushi were made fresh in front of you and chefs were making it carefully each pieces. It’s a small restaurant but it feels intimate, waitress were also ready at all times to help and even made a small talk with us. It’s located just at the side of the street. Honestly I could say that we were glad we found this restaurant!
Absolutely the best sushi I’ve ever had! The fish was unbelievably fresh, every bite melted in my mouth, and the presentation was spot on. The chefs clearly take pride in what they do – you can taste the quality and care in every roll. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Hands down the best sushi experience I’ve had! Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the passion and skill from the brothers in the kitchen – every dish was prepared to perfection. A special shout-out to Bina, our waitress, who made the night even better with her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care. The service was flawless from start to finish, and the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant.

AMAZING
This Japanese restaurant serves one of the most authentic beef bowl and steak! The service was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the beef bowl! We were walking around town and stumbled upon this shop. The place was not crowded as we went for early dinner but please check if you are planning to go for dinner as it may get crowded! Location is very convenient and easy to find 🙏🏻
I mean dammmmnnnnnm!!!! This is hands down the best sushi I have had so far in Danang! The salmon melted in my mouth like butter and the salmon belly melted in my mouth like butter with butter on top. The wide variety of rolls was good to see, as that is something not too many sushi restaurants in Vietnam excel at. Then the masterpiece of the night was the Wagyu A5 beef that was even more melty than the salmon belly and was seasoned perfectly.

I go to this place to eat fresh salmon. One of the first sushi restaurants I visited in Da Nang, but I still don’t forget about it. The menu contains dishes not only from fish, but also from meat. But, since this place specializes in seafood and fish, the quality of the meat dishes did not seem so excellent to me. You can also order soft drinks, beer, alcoholic cocktails and Japanese soju. But I wasn’t too keen on alcohol either. Also the choice of rolls is not very large. but all these disadvantages for me were offset by the quality and freshness of the fish and seafood. In addition to the freshness, the dishes are presented quite beautifully. The atmosphere of this place is special, as I understand it is a family restaurant. You are sitting in a well decorated restaurant, but you can feel the warmth of home. The service is always at a high level, there were no problems with understanding and English. Hope this place only gets better
The roll was great, but the soups were rather bland.... I give only 3 stars due to the lack of service: 1. waiters insisted on sitting at only one exact table, however we were only the guests at the restaurant 2. we had finished and sat at the table full of empty plates for 15 minutes before and the waiters didn't care about it but they started cleaning the table immediately after the payment process and in a jiffy opened the door like inviting us to go go go...

This place is legit. The staff and the quality of the fish are a highlight. Great wasabi and the salmon belly was delightful. Also ordered the waygu—delightful and perfectly prepared. Truly so high-quality and the cuts were beautiful. I used to live in Japan and I feel like I am transported right back. The chef takes special care of the preparation of the fish. Everything is so thoughtfully prepared and hygienic. I really enjoyed our meal and will come back again soon.

The spicy seafood roll was superb. The spicy salmon roll was very good but not nearly as much roe on it as in the picture on the menu. The goyza was delicious. This is the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever experienced.

My boyfriend and I ate here recently as we wanted to eat something other than viet food hehe. We thoroughly enjoyed the sushi rolls! It was so fresh and tasty. The spicy sauce that went with it was very delicious and pairing too. My boyfriend ordered the beef udon and the soup was very authentic as well. I enjoyed my sashimi rice bowl too. There was a wide variety of fish that I had never eaten back home in Singapore before. The service staff there was nice as well.
Probably one of the best Japanese restaurant in Da Nang. I went here back in 2/9, and my experiences there was extremely pleasant. The staffs are friendly and polite, while the atmosphere and the ambience is just relaxing, fits for people who wants to have a meal in private like me. I ordered Gyoza (i forgot to take a picture of this), 2 sushi, a sashimi uni and a cup of orange juice, all for about less than 300k VND, which is really affordable. The sushi and sashimi are very fresh and delicious, while the Gyoza is a little crunchy on the bottom. Also another thing that i also like is that they put just enough wasabi for you to not feeling too much spicy, while also enough for you to taste the freshness of the fish. I highly recommended this place. Definitely will comeback again in the future. (Sr for the bad quality image, my cam sucked lol)

Best sushi I had in Vietnam, I rarely write a review but this restaurant is worth a compliment here. Sushi melting in every bite and the miso soup is not as salty as other restaurants I have been to. 10/10 for quality and service. For sure quality is the best marketing:). We will for sure return :).

Worthy highlight of all Japanese restaurants in Danang . Great taste . All the sashimi was nicely cut, unagi avocado roll was great but my personal gem is a crispy salmon skin salad. Generous portions with a pleasant price! Highly recommend

Rare salmon sushi aka torched salmon nigiri with some sauce on top is delicious! Their eel texture and flavor is very good, their scallops are nice. I’m not a fan of the shrimp personally. Good sushi place where all of the fish had good texture and freshness. None were stringy. Does not stand out or have fatty tuna/salmon options.
I and my husband had the Christmas dinner here. A boat of sashimi’s and a bottle of hot sake lighted up the warmth of our heart for the holiday! And it stayed in our memories of Vietnam trip.

최악 한국에서 드시는 그런 스시를 생각하시면 안됩니다. 저는 단품으로 시켜먹었는데도 스시에서 냄새가 나요. 횟감을 꺼내 스시용 생선을 써는데 횟감이 하나 같이 색이 다 갔습니다..(참치, 연어, 우니 등등) 먹어도 될까? 하는 생각이 들 정도에요. 본인은 연어횟집에서 일을 했었는데, 이런건 첨 봐요. 사시미 만드시는 분이 초한 밥도 잘 쥐실줄 모르고, 초밥을 움켜쥐곤 몇번이나 쭈물럭 거려요 가게에 손님이 없는 이유가 있었네요 텐푸라도 시켜보니 이건 알바가 만든것보다 못한 수준이 나왔어요.

Лучшие суши которые я ела. Свежайшая рыба. Цены хорошие, выбирали между буфетом и этим пестом и это в разы лучше. Во первый мы объелись куда дешевле, чем отдали бы в буфете, во вторых это целое шоу, смотреть как тебе готовят роллы.

Можно было бы поставить 10, поставила бы! Нереально вкусно, все очень свежее. В суши преобладает рыба/морепродукты, а не рис. На мой взгляд, лучший японский в Дананге. А я с Дальнего Востока и знаю вкус качественных морепродуктов, здесь просто безукоризненно. Это место будет первым, которое я посещу, вернувшись в Дананге♥️
Периодически захожу за сашими, действительно вкусно.Роллы средние (для тех,кто привык к роллам в России) . курица тоже была страной. Но все равно 5 звёзд за свежую рыбу

Quán sushi ngon, cá tươi sống, ăn rất mê. Hôm đi ăn một mình, ngồi quầy bar nói chuyện với các đầu bếp cũng thú vị, các ảnh hỏi han, nhiệt tình, dễ thương lắm. Chị nhân viên serve bàn cũng nhanh nhẹn. Không gian ko rộng, nên đặt bàn trước.
Sashimi tươi, các món liên quan đến lươn thì cá nhân mình thấy ngọt. Nhân viên ok, ko gian nhỏ và hơi bí. Giá cũng tạm

誕生日の食事会で、私は以下のような経験をしました。 最初は、新鮮な刺身や良い雰囲気で、すべてが完璧でした。しかし、最後に追加注文した軍艦に髪の毛が混入しているのを見つけました。店員に伝えても反応はなく、別の店員にも調理場へ伝えるように伝えましたが、何の対応もありませんでした。突然、食事のすべてがつまらなくなってしまいました。残念です。 Trải nghiệm sinh nhật ở tiệm. Mọi thứ đều hoàn hảo, sashimi tươi sống, cho đến món cuối cùng mình kêu thêm thì lại thấy tóc trong Gunkan. Nói nhân viên thì không nghe phản hồi gì, mình phải bảo là nhắn với đầu bếp chú ý. Nhưng cũng không nghe thấy một lời nào… tự nhiên mất hứng hết cả buổi ăn.
C'était bon. Le poulet teriyaki était delieux. En revanche les raviolis au poulet avaient un goût rance... Les rolls étaient bons sauf les petits oeufs oranges dessus qui ont gêné ma dégustation. Personnel sympathique. Ce ne sont pas les meilleurs rolls que j'ai mangés, j'étais un peu déçue. Mais c'était bon quand même.
