Ngua Horse Coffee & Restaurants ( Air conditioner )

Chanced upon this restaurant during a rainy day. Seemed to have a variety of food such as western and Vietnamese options. Pizza was cut into 8 slices. Calamari was crispy. Food was good but portions were quite small. Egg coffee was really thick.

Horse NGUA was recommended to me by a friend, and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was of a very high class the atmosphere outside the restaurant was perfect. A great place to relax, eat and indulge in a cocktail while watching the world go by. The staff gave excellent recommendations on what condiments go with the food I ordered. Will definitely be coming back. I can’t go past giving a glowing recommendation to Hun the waitress at the restaurant. For such a young girl she is very knowledgeable and speaks English fluently. You would have to go along way to find a more charming young lady.

The staff is super friendly & explained the method of enjoying each cuisine in details. The food amount is adequate, taste delicious and worth for the price. We can taste different signature dishes of Hoi An at the same time.

We had a wonderful experience at Horse coffee & Bar. They had great service and delicious food! Our waiter, Quan was so kind and accommodating. He helped us understand what each thing on the menu was. We ordered the beef pho, fresh spring rolls, pork fried rolls, garlic bread, and sticky fish sauce wings. The pho was one of the best broths I’ve tasted and the wings were very flavorful !! You must stop by here when in hoi an! We loved it! also they have great AC!

The food here was an unexpected treat. We stumbled upon this gorgeous place where the food was incredibly delicious and the servers were incredibly friendly. This place is unfortunately quiet because not many people know it but that is a shame. I will be revisiting many times in my trip. They also do a happy hour where to drinks are 2-4-1

I recently visited Horse Coffee and Bar and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is warm and inviting, blending rustic and modern elements perfectly. Sat inside on arrival and quickly moved to the street once available. Ordered a variety of dishes which were all very nice and took advantage of 2 for 1 happy hour drinks.

We ate lunch here yesterday and the food tasted excellent and the portions were so large that we didn’t need to eat dinner ! Really well put together space with all of the memorabilia !

Every dish and drink we ordered (picture attached) was delicious! The staff also showed us how to wrap and eat Bahn Xeo (Vietnamese seafood pancake) correctly. Salty coffee was better than egg coffee btw (personal preference)

Needed a day off and ordered the "Spagetty Bolognese". The staff obviously mistook me for Oliver Twist and thought 5 mouthfuls was an ample portion. Should've ordered 4. I asked why the portion size was so small and was told "because real beef, not fake". Thank god for that. Service was good though and my friend's enjoyed their food (as well as laughing at my misery). Three stars.

We came to Horse Bar and Coffee to eat Cau Lau. I was skeptical at first as it looked like a small restaurant in the market. But it was hot outside and wanted a good air conditioned restaurant. So we enetered here. Tbh i was pleasantly surprised by Vien’s hospitality. My husband and I wanted to try Cau Lau as we saw it on the internet. And Horse Bar and Coffee did not disappoint at all. The Cau Lau and Fried rice was excellent. A must visit and try for your trip to Hoi An.

Overall the foods served are still okay and the price is reasonable, considering that they’ve provided air conditioning, it’s a cozy place to sit in to have lunch / dinner after getting tired of walking in Hoi An old town.

The food here is really good and served quickly. The service is excellent, and the staff speak English very well, which makes everything easy and comfortable. I was very happy to enjoy dinner here — definitely a place I’d come back to!

Perfekt am Fluss gelegen. Am Abend traumhaft schön, um von hier aus die Lampionboote zu besichtigen. Sehr leckere Kleinigkeiten, u.a. sehr feiner gebratener Reis. Ich als Bayer haben eine sehr leckere Schweinswurst mit Pommes genossen. Die Bedienung ist ganz liebenswert.

Found this place randomly when walking by the river and it was a great stop. I had good pho, a mango smoothie, and a beer. All in all under 10 usd and amazing service. They really care for you.

We absolutely love this restaurant and coffee shop. It is one of those hidden gems in Old Hoi An town. The location is fantastic...right on the water near the bridge to the Old Town. But it is a small cafe, tucked away amidst larger restaurants so don't miss it! You will love the warm staff, the personal service and the fantastic selection of Vietnam's best coffees and other drinks. They have a really varied menu with something for everyone and the restaurant/cafe uses quality ingredients and will make sure that you want to come back again. We did not find this fantastic place until the end of our visit, but we made sure that we visited again before leaving Hoi An.

The one place that we went to more than once (practically every day for at least a coffee and several times for food or classes). The staff are incredibly welcoming, were lovely to our two young children, the lunch is spot on and the location is ideal. We also booked the Vietnamese coffee making class and had a great time. It was excellent value, just make sure you grab some lunch there first because the coffee is delicious and half a dozen different types of coffee over two hours needs foundations. Couldn't recommend more highly.

It was raining when we passed by and decided to eat here. Everything we ordered were truly delicious and came in big servings. They served the meal fast. The ingredients were fresh and the Bun cha sauce was amazing. I love the cozy vibes of the place. Best meal I had during my Da Nang trip. Thank you!

I've already eaten there twice and highly recommend the food. I also attended a coffee class this morning, where I was taught with great dedication and commitment how to prepare five different coffee specialties (coconut, yogurt, salt, egg, and orange), including the famous Vietnamese egg coffee. WOW! It was fantastic and, above all, delicious. At the end, I even received a small coffee strainer as a gift. The class was more than worth it, and I'm now addicted to the egg coffee and coconut coffee. Thank you so much for everything!

Wij hebben hier heerlijk geluncht en een Vietnamese koffieworkshop gevolgd. De lunch is heerlijk en je hebt genoeg keuze voor iedereen. De workshop was geweldig!! We hebben 6 soorten koffie leren maken. De Salt coffee, Coconut coffee, de egg coffee, black coffee, white coffee and Bac Siu coffee (white coffee with a flare). Elke koffie kan je koud of warm maken. Wij waren met z’n tweeën dus deed de ene warm en de andere koud. Echt een geweldige ervaring. Persoonlijk was de warme kokosnoot koffie de lekkerste. De prijs voor deze workshop valt ook reuze mee (350k VND p.p.). De workshop duurt ongeveer 1.5 uur.

Me and my friend loved our coffee making experience with Thanh, who was so helpful and lovely. On the whole the staff were very friendly and we felt immediately welcomed. The coffee here is amazing, and we were so happy to learn with Thanh the traditional ways of making delicious Vietnamese coffee. I would recommend this to anyone who likes coffee!

We did the coffee making class l and I would highly recommend it to everyone! In the 1.5 hours we made 5 different types of coffee: egg coffee, black coffee, white coffee, salt coffee and coconut coffee. The staff were very welcoming and very knowledgeable with the coffee! Was super cool to be able to make some of the dog store coffees of Vietnam!! Must do for anyone interested in coffee!

This was the first restaurant we visited in Hoi An, chosen because it offered indoor seating with air conditioning. The food was surprisingly delicious and very affordable—and I was more than willing to pay extra just to enjoy the comfort of AC. Hoi An is a beautiful historic city, often referred to as the “Venice of Vietnam.” While the preservation of its historic architecture means buildings cannot be demolished, modern conveniences like air-conditioned indoor dining and a variety of international cuisines—alongside traditional Vietnamese dishes—are available to visitors. The owner shared that just two days earlier, the city experienced flooding that forced all businesses to close. They had just reopened the day I arrived, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean, with no sign that floodwaters had reached part of the building the day before. There is a unique charm and beauty to enjoying a simple dinner in Hoi An, while watching the vibrant lanterns that illuminate the city at night.

We were welcomed and guided through the menu by Thanh, who was very attentive, sharing the information about the dishes in a very professional and friendly manner. The owners are very lucky to have her as an employee!!! Thanh advised us what are the famous local dishes and explained how to eat them to have the best experience, for example an egg coffe: first stry a little spoon of the egg, then stir it. If it was too strong, or dont like a hot version, she offered that we can turn it to the iced version which would make it less strong and refreshing;) she also advised which dishes could be shared and showed us a video on her phone of how the special ice cream is made for us to understand what we are choosing. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

The food and service were great, and the restaurant was very clean and air conditioned. We had the wontons, Pho, and the Cao Lau. The Pho was the best we had on the trip and the Cao Lau was amazing as well. Would go back, highly recommend!

Out of all the restaurants in Hoi An. This restaurant was the best value for money. They have the best chicken rice. It was so nice that I kept coming back. The price was 80k dong here. The same dish was double the price everywhere else. Please visit Horse Coffee and Bar.

For this location (view of the lake) prices are really good. We asked for two beers but then the waiter informed us it would be cheaper to do the 1+1 deal on draft beer. Trustworthy people with good food and prices that are okay considering the location!

Came in at 12pm of a friday , ordered Amaretto sour. When the drink was put in front of me i Was told it's buy 1 cocktail get another free.. so of course I ordered whiskey sour. Both top of the range uses egg whites aswell . Lovely little spot. Would 100% recommend it. Food looks good. GET in here ASAP 🥳

Great food! Great service! Not a fan of deep fried but spring rolls were light and delicious. Seafood noodles to die for . Beer is cold margaritas are strong and delishios. The waitress remembered my food allergies the next time we came. Morning glory was garlicky.do delish

Es ist ein kleines Lokal direkt am Fluss in der Altstadt. Dafür das es in der Altstadt liegt sind die Preise sehr günstig. Die Karte hat eine gute Auswahl, sodass jeder hier was finden sollte. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war auch sehr freundlich.

Wonderful little cafe near the river, with a wide choice of local and international dishes. The local specialties are amazing, and the friendly staff explains how to eat them the proper way. Extremely good and smiling service, and great value for money, especially for drinks.

Asked for a coconut coffee. They made the coconut milk fresh from a coconut and blended right in front of us. Talk about fresh. The coffee was strong and delicious. My beer was cold and who can’t love happy hour prices! Staff are friendly and attentive.

Really enjoyed the setting of this bar and had great service from the girls. I had the sau chua da (ice yogurt drink) 3 nights in a row and some beers. They were good. My partner had fruit smoothies. They also help me practice my Vietnamese. Sit outside their cafe bar and have a drink and watch the river, you won't regret it.

Le restaurant ne paye pas de mine, mais ne vous y fiez pas, la cuisine est excellente et bien typique du Vietnam. Le personnel est très sympathique, notamment Kloée qui a pris notre commande. En plus il est très bien situé, en face du quai d'où partent une myriade de bateaux pour déposer les lanternes de la chance sur l'eau.

망고빙수 찾아왔어요. 평점이 4.8이라길래 믿었는데 진짜 별로예요. 스무디 먹었는데 달지도 과일맛 나지도 않는 맹탕이라 화나더라구요. 그냥 과일주스보다 맛없어요. 망고빙수는 패션후르츠빙수에 망고 얹힌거 먹었는데 패션후르츠맛빙수는 무난한데 망고가 너무 적어요. 사이즈도 작아요. 진짜 비추예요. 누가 4.8 준거야?

올드타운이 붐비는 저녁시간. 너무 더워서 에어컨이 틀어져있다고 쓰여있는 이 곳에 들어왔다. 페퍼로니 피자를 시켰다. 소시지를 썰어놓은 피자가 나왔다. 당황했지만 너무 덥고 힘들어서 그냥 먹었다. 서비스, 분위기, 맛 so so.

落ち着いた雰囲気のバーです。食事もメニューも充実しています。私はきし麺の汁なしをいただきました。ベトナムの代表的な麺ですが名前がよくわかりません。ホイアンは世界文化遺産でありながら、500年前の日本との朱印船貿易で繋がりがあり、多くの日本人が移り住んだことでも知られています。後から造られた日本橋があり、その界隈では特に賑やかです。よく見るとその辺りの屋根は瓦に似た造りの建物が軒を並べています。一つ残念なのは、リバーサイドを位置していながら、入り口ドアが通常のドア一つ分しか無いため、外の景色がほとんど見えなかったことです。他の店はオープンカフェスタイルで見事な夜景を眺めながらゆっくり過ごすことができます。2024/12/1

하노이낮에 와서 엄청 더웠어요 다들 창문 열어놓고 길에서 땀 흘리며 먹고 있었는데 대박!! 에어컨 켜 놨다고 입간판에 써놔서 들어왔는데 뜻밖에 맛집 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 음식도 좋았고 일단 시원해서 너무너무 좋았습니다. 하노이 와서 더울때 밥먹으면서 쉬기 너무 좋은곳이였어요

호이안 올드타운 돌아보다가 들어온 에어컨 빵빵 맛집... 와 분짜랑 모닝글로리,치킨 라이스까지 완벽해여

비가 와서 근처에 맛있어보이는 카페에 왔어요 ㅎㅎ 커피 너무 맛있어요(아이스 아메리카노), 코코넛 빙수도 먹고 코코넛 아메리카노 먹었습니다!

很好吃的一家店，重點是有冷氣真的是這裡難得的天堂，店員很親切又會講中文，餐點跟飲料都好喝又好吃。

Ngay bờ sông nên có thể ngắm nhìn dòng người trong khi uống 1 chai bia mát lạnh

The food was really affordable and authentic. I had the Cao Lắm which is a local Hoi A dish and a mango smoothie. If you want great food and a good price and would like to eat locally. I highly recommend this place! The vibe is really chill and the staff is very nice. Shout out to Thanh for the awesome service

Belle vue sur la rivière. Carte assez basique, prix assez élevés. Ils se sont trompé de bière à la commande et le mango juice était ok tier. Ils donnent des cacahuètes. Bien pour la vue si vous avez une table sur le trottoir.
