We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, making our evening truly special. A big part of that experience was thanks to Huy Ngo. He took such great care of our family throughout the entire meal with incredible attention to detail and a beautiful, warm smile. His kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful service made us feel truly welcome and allowed us to enjoy a very special time together. Thank you, Huy, for making our visit so memorable. One of the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had in Da Nang. The pasta was rich and authentic, and the cocktails were great as well. Staff members were attentive even when the restaurant was busy. Definitely worth visiting.

She was especially kind to our children, bringing crayons and paper for them to draw and even helping them make their own pizza. Her warm and friendly personality made our dinner even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely. We highly recommend Osteria Al Mare and look forward to coming back again.

The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The pizza had a perfect thin and crispy crust, while the pasta tasted fresh and authentic. This review is for the breakfast buffet only. We had an amazing breakfast here and we loved the variety of foods they had. Western style omelets made to order, traditional Vietnamese items and some Korean dishes. The mung bean cake is a must try. We loved the service and food variety.

Had a really nice time here. The food was genuinely delicious, everything tasted great and looked super appetizing. Service was smooth and attentive without being over the top. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to (and yes, pretty handsome too 😆), which made the whole experience feel even nicer. The space itself is cozy and chill, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a date. I’d definitely come back.

Osteria al Mare, the all-day dining restaurant of Hyatt Regency Danang serves casual and fun Italian cuisine and modern versions of Italian classics, from the coast to the heart of Italy, for both lunch and dinner. Plus, start the day with delectable breakfast buffet. The dining room offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light, locally inspired wood furnishings and stone from the iconic Marble Mountain. This is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy quality time with our loved one. Open daily from 6.30 am - 10.30 or 11.00 am with outdoor and indoor seating area. Here I show both pictures from dinner and buffet breakfast. All foods and drinks 🍸 were delicious. Worth the price! 🌟

Osteria Al Mare is a fairly average breakfast restaurant. Although it’s labeled as an Italian restaurant, we only experienced it as a hotel breakfast venue. We expected more Italian or local Vietnamese dishes, but since many Korean guests stay at the hotel, there were quite a lot of Korean-style foods instead. The variety of the buffet was smaller than expected, and after about two days, it started to feel repetitive. In the end, we preferred going out to local restaurants around My Khe Beach for breakfast.

A wonderfully curated breakfast experience awaits here. The buffet spread is thoughtfully arranged with charming themed corners — from a Pastry Corner offering freshly baked delights, to a dedicated Kids’ Corner complete with a chocolate fountain to keep the young ones entertained. The Pancake and Waffle station, together with the Healthy Corner featuring chia seed pudding and bircher muesli, adds both indulgence and balance. I particularly enjoyed the avocado toast, which was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The Mango Sticky Rice station was another highlight, showcasing ripe Vietnamese mangoes paired with fragrant coconut sticky rice. The Bánh Mì counter, with its array of cold cuts and condiments, offered an authentic local touch. Overall, the breakfast selection was extensive, well-prepared, and aesthetically presented. A most pleasant way to begin the day. Highly recommended.

It’s rare to come across someone so naturally thoughtful and intuitive in their service. She made us feel welcome and remembered, not just like another table. Her genuine kindness and gentle presence didn’t go unnoticed, it really made a difference to our experience. She is a credit to the team! Manager Jenny was also wonderful. Every time we needed something or had a question, she was right there, calm, professional, and always smiling. The entire team worked seamlessly, but it was Anh and Jenny who stood out and made us feel so well cared for. Dining here was consistently a highlight of our trip, and it’s thanks to people like Anh Duong and Jenny that we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you both for making our time so special.

Food was at best average. Minestrone soup tasted like diluted canned soup. Prawns in the pasta were large and juicy. However, the sauce was on a saltier end. Expected more from a restaurant in the Hyatt resort.

Worse buffet we have ever had... The roast beef was very rough, small selection of foods and a terrible choice of foods e.g. pizzas - the pizzas had been sitting there for hours and were cold and disgusting, fish and chips - the chips had been out for a long time and were soggy, burgers were all premade and sitting on the counter for hours so cold and horrible. These foods don't make good candidates for buffet. The sandwiches used the horrible processed cheese. Run out of gravy and a few other items and nobody bothered to replenish. The only thing that was worth eating was the garlic prawns... We spent like VND 2.3 million+ / head including wine. We arrived at circa 8pm and by 9pm somebody came round and told us that they were removing everything. Overall service, food and experience were not at the Hyatt level. We went to the Furama buffet which was about the same price and the food selection, freshened and quality was infinitely better... We also went to the intercontinental which was much better too but it was also more expensive. Overall - felt like a massive rip off with shoddy service.

This place gets all 5 stars because the hospitality and the kids pizza making set for my five year old! The food is good but the smile on your child’s face when they get to put on an apron and a chefs hat and make their own pizza is worth ten times what they charge you (which is nothing considering how cool of an expierence it it’s). My five year old cranked out a delicious pizza too! I had to hold back from eating it as it was tasty!

Most of the dishes were cold including the baked tomatoes and bacon. :( it just sits under a heat lamp for too long. Great variety of food options but you'll have to wait a bit to be seated if it's after 7:30, and you'll wait a while to get your made to order eggs if you're getting those instead of traditional Vietnamese dishes. The croissants taste more like bread but luckily the fresh fruit is delicious.

Quiet over achiever

This is the best restaurant at the hotel, offering great views, great range of food, the staff were lovely with a special mention of CK (Khanh Tran) the waiter who was not only a great server but had a great sense of humour. We tried all the restaurants the hotel but kept coming back here as it just ticks all the boxes.

was very dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant. The staff constantly interrupted us and attempted to remove our plates before we were done eating. This even happened at least three times under 1 minute duration despite our clear instruction not to. This was extremely disrespectful and irritating.

Really nice place. My kid loves the Wagyu cheese burger. The grilled octopus, fish and chips are nice too. Their signature wellness juice drink is amazing, we take the « Orange, apple, pineapple, celery, ginger, lime » and we really love it. Strawberry smoothie is good too.

I had a simple but nice lunch here with colleagues. The rice rolls are very nice. Nice ambience and fast service. A bit less crowded now that it's rainy season.

Most tables offered full seaview. It’s a comfortable restaurant and you can spend a whole afternoon here. The Hoi An chicken rice was good but expensive for this quantity. The seafood wok fried noodles was generous with fresh seafood. Great value for money.

Delicious pho and banh mi which is perfect for lunch. Some of the other dishes were just so so. You can order pizza from the Green House if that's what you fancy for lunch.

Another excellent restaurant in the outstanding Hyatt Regency Da Nang hotel. Has indoor and outdoor seating so a perfect place to chill. Serves breakfast in the morning, plus lunch and dinner so you can enjoy at any time of the day. The ideal spot to relax after a day on the beach or swimming in the pools.

Excellent breakfast spread with subtle daily changes in menu, a good thing. Dinner less exciting with a range of western standards, nicely executed. Anti pasta buffet good value.

레스토랑치고 가격이 생각보다 많이 싸고 엄청나게 맛있어요. 그 중 망고스무디는 진짜 미춌습니다...

저녁에 아이가 피자랑 스파게티가 먹고 싶더고 해서 방문했어요. 제가 영어도 서툴고, 이 레스토랑은 처음이라 메뉴가 생소해서 직원에게 여러번 물어보고 헷갈려서 고민도 좀 했어요. 그랬더니 한숨을 쉬더라구요. 메뉴판을 조금 더 보고 주문하겠다니까 표정이 굳어지면서 휙 돌아서 가버렸어요. 나 지금 동양인이라 차별받나? 하는 느낌 들 정도였어요. 그 이후로는 괜찮았지만 좀 불쾌하였네요. 분위기는 괜찮았고 다른직원들 서비스도 좋았습니다. 음식맛도 괜찮았지만 제입에는 많이 짰어요.

美味しい‼️ホテルのレストラン舐めたらアカン💦(･_･; びっくりするくらい美味しくて。。値段は まぁまぁそこそこしますが、昼🕛なので 多くのお客さんは外に食べに出るし、逆に空いて 非常にゆっくりできました😀 後、テイクアウトも出来ますので、部屋でピザ🍕❣️ これもまた良い思い出でした🙆 また行きたいと思うところでした。

以飯店早餐來說價格略高（約700-800NTD）但如果在訂房時就買有早餐的價格就會好一些。 大推生椰拿鐵（coconut coffee）☕️有夠好喝！我們狂喝，身為牛奶魔人，能夠喝到鮮奶（fresh milk ）真的很感動（也可能是因為我都沒有在台灣住好的飯店吃裡面的早餐，而商務旅館只有奶粉的那種）。 我覺得麵包類都蠻好吃的，早餐也有pho 但我個人覺得還好。水果們都在水準之上，蛋蛋有很多種類，可以點餐，有很好吃也有很不好吃的時候，整體來說可以吃。 因為他們有一區是在外推的室內區，早上吃的時候可以看到他們工作人員在外面澆花啊工作啊或者是看到遊客在泳池裡面玩我覺得景色很好。 他們工作人員的衣服很美耶！

朝はホテルのビュッフェ会場 夜はイタリアンメインのディナー マルゲリータはMサイズだが結構大きくて味も本格的で美味しくて良かった タバスコも言えば持ってきてくれる。 パスタは全体的に微妙 ボンゴレはニンニクは効いてたが味が薄くて、うーんって感じ 知人がカルボナーラを頼んでいたが普通のストレートのパスタ麺ではなく、5cmほどのマルイパスタだった、初めてで少し困惑した 前菜でレーズンパンとスティックを出してくれた あとはスタッフが結構断ってくるのに何回もドリンクをお勧めしてくるのが地味にうざかった

最初のドリンクが出てくるまで25分。生ビール２つ、ジュース２つ。複雑なドリンクではない。数組の客しかおらず混雑はしていなかった。スタッフも充分いた。 ４人のドリンクが揃う前に食事が１皿出てきた。ドリンクはまだなのかと催促してもなお、10分待たされる。スタッフは隣のテーブルを片付けている…。 最初に前菜類、メイン、サイド、ピザ、パスタとまとめて注文したが、ピザが先にきた。それからどんどん出てくる。せっかくのメインが冷めてしまうので、慌てて食べる羽目に。料理を出す順番もタイミングも考えていない。 味は至って普通。すごく美味しかったものは特になし。 それなりのレベル感のお店とは思えない。
