Great portions with quality meat and sauce
Kebab shops seem to be popping up all over Da Nang. For now, when you are looking for serious portions and well prepared meat, my choice is Last Corner. for 75k I get a FULL pita stuffed with fresh veggies and delicious chicken and season with a tasty yogurt sauce (there is actually a vegan option available that my friends enjoyed). Delivery is usually very reliable too. between deliveries and eating in I have been there close to a dozen times, yet to be disappointed.
German Doener in Vietnam
The German Masterbutcher (Fleischermeister) Michael does not only own the well-known butcher shop M.Z. in Da Dang but also an authentic and pleasant small snack restaurant specializing in home-made chicken Doener. Try also the awesome German beer from the Hanoi-based "Brothers Grimm" brewery. Really good. There will be soon more varieties of the beer, among them a Weissbier. Try it out.
