칵테일 1+1의 나쁘지 않은 가격에 모히또와 피나콜라다를 시켰어요. 근데 맛이..... ㅠ.ㅠ 진짜 정말 맛이 없더라구요~~;;; 개인의 취향에 따라 다를 수도 있지만...... 옆테이블 외국인 여성분은 한모금 마시자마자 교환을 요청했는데 그래도 맛이 없었나보더라구요~~;;; 그래도 직원분들은 친절하셨어요~~ 혹시 또가게 되면 전 그냥 맥주를 마실것 같아요~~ㅎㅎ

This bar has a fantastic vibe, and the staff are cheerful, friendly, and genuinely great people. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its riverside setting and prime location in the heart of Hoi An’s tourist area. Highly recommended for ice-cold beers, kicking back, and enjoying some good reggae tunes in a laid-back atmosphere. 🍻🎶
Wie hatten ein Problem das ein Kellner mehr Geld wollte dass , das Rückegeld besser geht. Nachdem kein Rückgeld kam haben wir nach gefragt und der Chef gab uns zwei kostenlose Getränke um das auszugleichen super service. Super Stimmung 👍

Nette Bar mit guter Livemusik und Happy Hour. Die Cocktails waren für den Preis ca 3-5€ (2 für 1) lecker und nach 3en gingen bei mir langsam die Lichter aus. Bedenklich, dass da viele Jugendliche sitzen und sich mit den Ballons Lachgas reinziehen. Das ist ein mieses Geschäft und man sollte hier dringend Aufklärung leisten. Neurale Spätfolgen sind die Folge. Traurig zu sehen, die meisten Gäste waren fast noch Kinder und damit besonders gefährdet.

Wir waren zuletzt vor drei Jahren hier und auch dieser Ort war einer der Gründe warum wir erneut nach hoi an gefahren sind. Come as a stranger leave as a friend wird hier wirklich gelebt. Es gibt kaum eine bar in der wir uns wohler fühlen alle sind super freundlich und jeder Abend den wir hier verbracht haben war toll und hat seine eigene Geschichte :) vielen Dank und bitte immer weiter so

Be careful. A waiter tried to steal my phone during my visit. This was a serious and unacceptable situation. I recommend paying close attention to your personal belongings.
Great drinks although disappointed because the Bar is called Bob Marley but they don't play any reggae music so it doesn't live up to its name.

Bob Marley Bar is a little bar off the main street of Hoi An Night Market. It is laid back and super friendly, the staff are warm and welcoming. They literally pulled us in off the street with big smiles, and we ended up staying way longer than expected. The music was so good and the vibes were super relaxed. A great random find in the middle of the night market!
Cheap beer but the people working were really nonchalant to us:( Cool place though, you should check it out

Service was great until we witnessed a westerner who was seated at this bar getting into a heated debate with a Vietnamese man, which turned into a fight and 10+ Vietnamese people jumped him. Bar staff joined in on this fight, and the remaining bar staff were unwilling to call police, made me feel very unsafe as a tourist
We started the evening with a good impression — the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the night quickly took a disturbing turn. A disagreement between a Western customer and a local street seller escalated into a fight, during which around ten Vietnamese individuals, including bar staff, joined in attacking the man. Shockingly, I witnessed him being kicked in the head while he was on the ground. What was even more concerning was the bar staff’s response. While some participated in the attack, others continued serving drinks as if nothing had happened. When I pleaded with them to call the authorities, they dismissed it, saying, “I’m just bar staff.” This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. For your own safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this venue. They clearly do not prioritise protecting their guests or ensuring a safe environment.

its one of the greatest bars i went in hoi an. ny ny is a lovely bar tenderloin that allwels looked out for us. the atmosphere is great.
A HUGA SCAM. They promised us two cocktails, and two buckets - in the process of one cocktail. We asked instead the 2 buckets - one bucket and one Shisha and they said yes. When we got to the bar we needed to beg for our second cocktail, and also for the bucket that we eventually didn’t get. Don’t go there. Go to Mr. Bean bar instead.
We arrived because we heard good music and saw people dancing and from outside they told us to come in and as soon as we entered the waiters didn't stop touching us and harassed us with menus inside even though we told them to give us a moment to dance and then we would order, it didn't end in the first place that ordering was the condition and then as soon as we told them to stop touching us they didn't stop getting annoyed with us and started screaming at us to get out of the bar if it had been said in a normal way then it would have made sense but as soon as the waiters started pushing us and one even raised a snooker stick at us(!!!) it was no longer pleasant so I really don't recommend coming

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time here we went there three nights in a row and the bar never missed a beat. Such a fun atmosphere, the staff were really helpful especially Duy his vibe and character was awesome. Highly recommend if you want to listen to good tunes and let loose while you are in HOI AN.
We went because the music was great and there was someone playing live but our bit of good experience ends there. We ordered mushroom pizza and they said that the mushroom is chopped and in the sauce. There was nothing. Pepperoni pizza had anchovies. Cocktails had no expertise. You have to pay before you get the food and the staff is rude, would suggest going any other place if music does not matter.
Has got nothing to do with bob Marley, have only heard one of his songs or its genre. Still great fun though! Some great deals like a free bottle of wodka or 1+1 on cocktails (you get you pick of cocktail double, watch out)
Unusual experience despite the great vibes🫠 This bar appears to be one of the top spots in Hoi An, with great music and stylish staff. However, our experience left us with mixed feelings. 1. We noticed that staff only approached certain White (Caucasian) individuals outside to invite them in. During the two hours we sat at a street-facing table, not once did we see them engage with Asians or White families. 2. Jokes and smiles exclusively for White (Caucasian) guests. Unfortunately, our group had no problem communicating in English, and we naturally laughed along at the jokes shared between the staff and the neighboring table. However, when the staff turned and saw us smiling, their expression shifted to a cold stare and a serious look. 3. We were the only Asian guests in the bar at the time. 4. We ordered Huda draft beer, but the one served to us was flat and watered down, unlike the same beer at other tables. After finishing it, we ordered the bottled version-and the noticeable difference confirmed our suspicions.🍻 It’s a visually appealing place with a fun atmosphere, but these subtle differences in treatment were hard to ignore.

Wouldn’t recommend this bar especially with the variety of other, better bars just a few meters away. I went there with a group of 4 People and 3 of us ended up getting severe food poisoning, probably due to tap water ice cubes.

Very cool place. Many places in that street are very similar to each other. Music, karaoke, happy hour all night. What makes this place stand out is the extraordinary staff that takes care of you even after you paid. I have been there many times and felt like the customer is actually king.

You can buy almost anything here as it is the Bob Marley bar. There are reasonably priced similar to the other bars on the street. You can also buy grass here.

Came for happy hour - 4 cocktails for price of 2 (320k) + you get 2 shots. Straight forward prices, no scamming, drinks came straight away. DJ with the bangers. Good vibe.
Les serveurs sont très agréables. Beaucoup de bonnes promotions, le prix est ok. La musique est très lourde et vous devrez rester dehors pour parler avec vos amis. Vous pouvez danser aussi ici. Si vous avez des scooters, c'est difficile pour trouver un parking proche. Au ce lieu, vous pouvez visiter autres bars dans la même rue. Attention, quand vous rentrez chez vous, il y aura beaucoup de scooter taxis mais pas bon prix.
The bar is located in the center of Hoi An ancient town, next to the Hoai River. The music is very good and bustling, the audience is enthusiastic, the atmosphere at the bar is very fun and attractive. The menu has wines, beers and delicious dishes, reasonable prices. The staff is quick and helpful. There are many different bars on this street, this is one of the most crowded and fun.
28 Feb 2024 I visited here with other tourists who met by bus so they took me here! This is not my type, so to sit with them for some time, I ordered a drink for myself, which was okay!
What a cool place right on the river. Really nice vibe and the two for one cocktails were delicious and great value. Thien, one of the staff members, was willing to sit and chat with us when he had the opportunity. Great guy. Drop in and say hi! I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t eat here. We had a super fun night here.

We had an amazing night at Bob Marley Bar Hoi An. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect — laid-back, vibrant, and full of good vibes. The music was fantastic, the drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the whole place had such a welcoming, fun energy. A special shoutout to Khoa, our server, who truly made the night unforgettable! Khoa was so friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. He made us feel right at home and brought so much positive energy to the experience. If you visit, make sure to ask for Khoa — he’s the best! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Hoi An. We spent nearly a week in Hoi An, and we tried several drinking holes. No matter what we did, we somehow ended up back here. The owners, Rick and his lovely wife, as well as all of the workers (especially Vinh), treated us like family. The prices were fair, the environment was fun, and they helped to make our trip even better than it was already. Be forewarned, these guys are crazy, but that's exactly what we're looking for in a place like theirs. Keep up the good work. We really appreciate the way you treated us. Thank you!
Interesting to read some of the other reviews. Although, I guess we all see many unreasonable tourists in our travels 😒 Highly recommend this bar. Everything we were promised, we got. Buy 2 get 1 free all night. Nothing wrong with the drinks at all. Cocktails were a decent size , strong, and tasty. We paid each round as we drank. All 100% above board. Nothing dodgy and always got our change back. The service was excellent. We happily tipped our server. On top of the great service, drink selection and prices. Its a great location along the river, plenty of seating options, and they play a good range music. I would definitely go back here. Only wish we'd found it earlier in our travels. Thank you! 🇳🇿

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The cocktails were delicious, reasonably priced, and perfectly mixed. We loved the grilled dishes – fresh, flavorful, and served hot. This place is a perfect blend of chill reggae vibes and lively fun. If you’re in Hoi An and looking for a memorable night out, this is the spot. 10/10 recommend – we’ll definitely be back!

Very basic average cocktails, just a money making business and tourist trap. Ordered a pinacolada, not even a garnish with pineapple and very diluted.
Great music and great staff. Cocktails are 2 for 1. Beers are much cheaper than all the bars around it, so it is a very good value for money and it is always the busiest bar on the street. Great place to just chill and enjoy. Highly recommend.
This is easily the best bar we went to along this street. The staff are all having a great time and do so well to create a fun and exciting atmosphere. Specifically Kimmi, he is an absolute legend and he really made our night. We went back again the next day. The music is great! And it’s so cheap. Buy one get one free cocktails all night and they give shots out for free with every order if you ask. (Kimmi did at least) Ends up being 160k vnd for 2 cocktails and 2 shots. Also they have Patron Cafe XO for just 180k

Ok, so we got scammed by a few other bars on this block and Bob Marley Bar Hoian more than made up for it! They treated us so well with kindness and a good time for our friends birthday! The DJ was good, the drinks were average strength but we were able to get 4 free bottles of vodka to make up for it! I highly recommend this bar!

Scam! They said free shisha if we buy 3 drinks. Than, when we ordered 3 coctails, they charged 180 more for shots for stuff and us. Guy said they would bring some expensively tequila (180.000 vnd), but we got something cheap. And they wouldn’t even brought it to us, if we didn’t remind. Shisha had a good flavour, but was not strong enough…like they put less ingredients or something.

Kimmy guided us to the bob marley bar. The staff is really nice. Especially Kimmy! We really enjoyed it there. Good vibes en nice (free) drinks and shots 😄
This bar will scam you!!! They charged us 850,000 dong for 2 drinks, trying to get us to buy shots for 4-5 staff members. We asked for better quality drinks (Smirnoff and bacardi) and paid for this, but found that they had written down and given us cheaper options while we paid for the more expensive drinks. Do not go here!!!!

The promotion guys were fun, really nice, friendly and always up for a joke. Love you guys! Saigon beer green 330ml for 30k is ok but not the best price in the street - for 30k you can get 450ml on a rooftop. When I wanted to pay the bill they wanted to charge me a beer extra - that was not so nice. There is supposed to be free karaoke inside but they are not very eager that someone uses it. I advise you to go there at 8 to 9 pm if you want to meet some fellow tourists. All in all it's ok for Hoi An but don't expect anything special or authentic.

Got asked in for half price drinks and got the most horrible Long Drinks. Stick with bottled drinks is the right decision at this place. Good music and entertaining staff.

Nice music and probably the cheapest beer on the street. The "free" Shisha and vodka bottle comes with a spending requirement, which makes sense even though it's a little bit fake advertising. Overall pretty good place
Tôi đã đến đây vài lần để thưởng thức cocktail và thư giãn với nhạc Bob Marley. Nơi này thật tuyệt vời. Tôi nghĩ nếu bạn đến Hội An du lịch, bạn nên ghé thăm nơi này một lần. Đặc biệt, nhân viên phục vụ rất thân thiện và dễ gần. Tuyệt vời!

Wonderful place. The service is outstanding. The place is owned by an Australian guy and his Vietnamese wife. They are so kind and they will help you out with everything. The food and drinks are nice. The live music in the evening is the best we have heard in Vietnam. The bar is open late - they keep it open as long as there is customers. So if you are in Hoi An this is the place too.
