The burgers 🍔 here are out of this world. 11/10. And the chilli poppers were the best I have ever eaten. Nani 😁 was our waitress and she was amazing. All staff were great, and I was impressed with their English. Highly recommend 👌 Chops Da Nang! Will be back!!
At Chops you'll find great beers and amazing food! The chicken was super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.very calm atmosphere. very comfortable, close to the sea, and in the central streets. excellent quality/price. Very fast super friendly and helpful staff Keep it up, guys!
This is the spot when you're craving something junk! The American diner-style decor is fun and pop, and the staff are casual, friendly, and charming. The "Sizzling Burger"—where they place a halved burger on a hot griddle and pour cheese sauce right over it—is such a visual treat. While the taste is exactly what you’d expect, it makes for a fun and memorable travel moment. If you’re tired of Vietnamese food and want something heavy and satisfying, this is it!
I tried the smaller version of 4 different dishes, everything tastes great, staff are friendly and speak English enough to make it easy to order, there are so many different delicious food choices you will have to come back and try more. I’ve been here a few times, but this visit absolutely sealed the deal for me. I decided to try something a little different and ordered the Truffle Cheeseburger Hotpot along with the Oreo Cheesecake Freak shake… and wow. The Truffle Cheeseburger Hotpot was rich, indulgent and packed with flavour. Juicy wagyu patties, melted cheese, smoky bacon and that deep truffle kick all coming together in the most over-the-top, comfort-food way possible. It’s bold, it’s messy, and it’s seriously satisfying. When the cheese sause was added to the hot pan which got me thinking in old school terms would equal a heart attack in the making LoL title of this review. Then came the Oreo Cheesecake Freak shake — which is less a drink and more a full dessert experience in a glass. Thick, creamy, loaded with chocolate, crowned with cheesecake and whipped cream… it’s outrageous in the best possible way. What really made the experience stand out though was Lauren. She was enthusiastic, full of charisma, and brought such great energy to the table. Her recommendation of the freak shake was spot on, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Amazing food, brilliant service, great atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back to work my way through more of the menu.
Every aspect of the restaurant is very well-done. The food tasted perfectly good, and the support service is also very helpful. The staff are friendly and kind, very hospitality oriented. Also the best seller food: truffle cheeseburger hotpot is amazingly delicious, definitely should try it one time.
Our second visit, Really great American smash burger place with quite a few interesting combinations, I had the BBQ bacon burger with skinny fries & american coleslaw. (First night I had the really good Italian burger), Also the seats are cushioned which is great as so many other places in Da Nang are just wood or plastic. Good selection of beers & the music was soft american rock & soul music so great to sing along to. Everything tasted fresh & our waiter spoke fluent English & was friendly & checked the order before sending. Its not a massive site but part of a chain so they are trying hard to set up a new branch so I think that is why there are not so many reviews. The toilets were clean. Would really recommend as we really enjoyed both our visits.
I will preface review with I visited the Friday after TET holiday so perhaps the place was not operating up to standards. I had the 2 slider combo. Fries - very very good, hot, seasoned well, thin and crispy. The chicken strip slider - delicious chicken, good amount of batter and fried perfectly, crunchy and tasty. The Chop hamburger slider - perhaps one of the worst hamburgers I have ever eaten - way overcooked and dry, dry, dry beef with no seasoning. A really bad burger - like they had cooked a bunch of patties earlier in the day and were still serving them at 3PM, that would be my guess. As I said, it was the Friday during TET week so that may have been a factor. The place has very good reviews so this must have been a one-off situation.

Chops Da Nang Chops is a small local burger place with a clear US-influenced interior. Simple setup, casual atmosphere, nothing overdesigned. You come here to eat, not to pose. I ordered a beef burger and the quality of the meat was the standout. Proper beef taste, juicy, well cooked, no shortcuts. This is the main reason to come here. The coleslaw deserves a mention. Fresh, crunchy, not overloaded with sauce, and actually works well as a side instead of being an afterthought. Portions are solid, food feels honest and properly prepared. Service is straightforward and friendly, no drama, no upselling. Overall, a great small local place if you want a good beef burger with decent ingredients and a relaxed American-style vibe. No hype, just good execution.
My favorite burgers in Vietnam. They have locations in Da Nang, Hanoi, Hoi An and I’m guessing in Saigon now. Always enjoyed the burgers in Hanoi and the shop in Da Nang doesn’t disappoint. I’d recommend the regular size over the sliders. Burgers are cooked perfect. Have great milkshakes. The onion rings are always excellent too.
What a way to start your day! We stopped here for brunch yesterday and were so impressed we decided to come back from breakfast today. On both occasions, I had the smoothie Super Bowl, which was well put together and certainly hit the spot. My wife had the beetroot, feta, and walnut salad on the second visit. The carrot and ginger juice was a new one on me, but enjoyable. Very happy returning customers!
Chops restaurant in Da Nang, offering some tasty American style burgers. Burgers are on the large size and very filling. The restaurant was clean with staff welcoming and speak English. Whether I come Morning, Noon or Night, I have had exceptional service and food. The store is an adorable place, with indoor seating having wonderful mood lighting and interesting things to look at every time I come. Outdoor seating is quite comfortable, with good views to various events that happen in the street. The food is absolutely incredible, I love here in Da Nang and it is my absolute favourite place to eat. The staff are all exceptionally good, with extremely good service, and good English. Genuinely phenomenal experience, whether you come alone, or as a duo, trio, or as a group of 10, the service and experience and taste is always absolute top tier
Chops的汉堡确实名不虚传，肉饼厚实多汁，口感扎实。服务堪称典范，员工热情周到，会详细解释菜单。芝士通心粉是意外惊喜，目前在岘港吃过最好吃的。不过价格偏高，普通汉堡套餐人均20-30万盾，薯条也只是普通水平。圣诞市集宣传的限定汉堡店内却没有，有些误导。整体而言适合偶尔犒劳自己，建议选迷你汉堡套餐性价比更高。氛围和卫生都不错，值得尝试但别期望太高。

Overpriced for what you get. Really disappointing Live update : triple cooked chips might have touched the oil three times but not for long. Their heart is still beating. Update: the menu photo looks more cooked than reality. After visiting English pubs and seeing real triple cooked chips, I am saddened by this. GOT TO COUNTRY BBQ ACROSS THE ROAD INSTEAD. we went here straight after and had some great food for half the price

Not very tasty, and very expensive. Cooked fries are very bad, I couldn’t finish them. Also their truffle sauce, has no connections to truffles or sauce. Burgers are not terrible, but I would never come again

At Chops Danang I got one of the most obscene dishes I have ever tried: a burger hot pot, where the burger is served on a hot plate and parmesan truffled cheese is poured around it. It should not work but it was just delicious and surprisingly light, once you consider the set up. This place has good vibes, an extensive menu with multiple price points and burger sizes, and excellent service. I would recommend Chops to family and friends and even recommend the burger hot pot.
We were really excited to go to Chops for Christmas Eve to have their turkey Christmas burger we sampled at the Christmas market a couple of weeks ago. But unfortunately they don’t serve it in the restaurant. Too bad. I think this was a failed marketing strategy. We stayed anyway and our meal was good. The server was great, he explained the menu and the types and sizes of the burgers and the staff were great the whole time. Definitely 5 stars for service. We had the Swiss bliss burger and mac and cheese and the triple smash burger with skinny fries. Burgers were a good size, cooked well. Little underwhelming for what we were expecting as far as menu description and price point. Fries were fries. The Mac and cheese, really liked it, best we have had in Da Nang so far. Would go back to try some of the delicious looking desserts they have.

I love you Chops but seriously, why you so damn expensive? 115k for a 330ml draft beer is just highway robbery. Your burgers good though, but the fries are wayyy too little. what? is there not enough? For what you’re charging add more fries… And don’t get me started on the buy one get one. What do you mean it only works with your expensive beer and not with all the drinks? I know this won’t change a thing but something had to be said. I’m literally giving 2 stars just for the ambience and the burgers.
I was on a hangry binge and stumbled onto this place. My server was very polite and waited until I talked to him before deciding what to eat. The meal is fairly portioned and I recommend for a light meal while keeping you full. I would go to this place again!

These best burgers and shakes we have had in Southeast Asia altogether. The flavors were so amazing both sweet and savory. This is our favorite spot to eat at in Da Nang now. The owner was very cool, friendly, polite, and accommodating. The service although was amazing with our food coming fast a plus. Every-time we come to Da Nang we will be visiting. Do yourself a favor and try them if you’re in the area.

First time at CHOPS. We will return! Great food, great burger, great service from Trieu! He gave us a great recommendations and we were very happy with our mea. Portion sizes are very generous, so for two of us, we split a burger and side of fries was very satisfying. Breakfast looks excellent too! 👌

Very cute place, Big patio if the weather's right, nicely air-conditioned inside. It offers a big menu .... We got confused and ordered a slider by mistake Instead of a full size sandwich for one of us. Our food arrived quickly and was nicely presented. One of us ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have a hot sweet sauce on it and the sauce was just bland. Neither hot nor sweet. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were great. Will definitely give it another chance, but recommend carefully studying the menu before ordering.
A wonderful little burger joint near to My An beach and close to all beachfront hotel is where we had our dinner. tucked inside a street filled with message shops and beside Pataka Indian restaurant, its not easy to find for first -timers. The food is yum and service is good. Staffs can speak english. we tried Burger and a combo platter, all were tasty.
Nice little place, international style. The burgers are very good, the fries too, but the portions are small, you shouldn't be hungry. Price-wise, it's fair for the quality. The decor is nice, it's cool

We tried 4 different sliders that were all good. In particular the pulled pork one was delicious. Our sides were also fantastic. We loved the chilli poppers and were impressed with the size of the Greek salad. Staff were lovely throughout the night. Food and drinks came out very fast, despite the restaurant being busy.
Great service and attention! Manager Vi is very professional and fluent in English! Burgers are probably the best in Da Nang among those I’ve tried so far! Prices could be better though, but rent is high on walking streets.

The service is great and the place looks great. The beef burger patties are flavorless to the point of not even tasting like beef. The texture is also terrible. Basically a McDonald's burger is much better. Hard to believe this passes muster with Westerners who seem to frequent the place.

I tried the Eggs Benny with smoked salmon, poached eggs on homemade muffins with hollandaise sauce — it was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. My friend had the Breakie Burger with a smashed beef patty, smoked beef, fried egg, American cheese, and chive truffle mayo — super juicy and flavorful. We also enjoyed a fresh fruit juice and a salted caramel frappuccino. Both were refreshing and paired really well with the food. They also provided free water, which was a nice plus. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, with a nice mix of locals and travelers. The staff were welcoming, the manager was especially helpful and attentive, service was quick, and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it a great spot to relax, eat, and even get a bit of work done. If you’re in Da Nang and looking for a great brunch spot, Chops should be on your list. Highly recommended! 👍🏼 Chops isn’t just the name — it’s what I’d happily do again to another burger here 😁🍔
Hi, was visiting from Australia, met Kieran and phuc on day one in da nang, they were so helpful with the menu and so many choices. Was good to keep coming back here.. the food comes out so fast, the buns are made in house. I loved the burgers. But appreciate the team more. I’d love to come back in 12 months and hopefully see phuc as a supervisor. Hes a great person

I am a stereotypical American with high standards for burgers. Chops gives anything from the US a run for it's money. Absolutely delicious! Kieran the owner, and Tom the head waiter are incredibly friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Prices are affordable. Atmosphere is very chill. I can't recommend this place enough! Enjoy 🍔💕

I usually steer clear of places flaunting awards as I’m convinced most of them are bought and paid for. That said, I went along with a mate who insisted this spot was as good as it gets. Well, it’s not quite in that league. I’ve travelled enough to know, but the food was cracking. Burgers, chips, cold pints, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Not a single gripe. I even checked to see if they’ve got one in Huế as I’m heading that way, but no such luck. Thoroughly recommended
Nothing special about it. The burgers are decent, the fries are fries. I had the Oreo “freak shake” which I was excited to try. The “Freak shake tastes water down and has a weird aftertaste to it.
The classic beef burger we ordered was amazing. After dinner we ordered delicious dessert. The service was super fast. Boys working there are very sweet. Definitely recommend🫶

Mình ghé Hamburger Chops trong chuyến du lịch Đà Nẵng – và thật sự bất ngờ vì chất lượng món ăn ở đây! • Bánh hamburger rất ngon, phần vỏ giòn nhẹ, nhân bò bên trong chín vừa, mọng nước và đậm vị. • Khoai tây chiên giòn rụm, không bị ngấm dầu, ăn kèm sốt nhà làm thì hết ý. • Ngoài ra còn có thêm gà chiên và salad, ăn kèm rất hợp vị, không hề ngấy. Không gian quán thoáng, sạch sẽ, hiện đại, nhân viên phục vụ dễ thương, nhiệt tình và lên món khá nhanh. Giá cả thì rất hợp lý so với chất lượng, đặc biệt là với du khách như mình – vừa ngon, vừa no bụng, lại không quá đắt đỏ.

Really really good good. We went there twice. Manager is english and knows his job. We have eaten the combo platter for 2 and it was enough of course with 2 beers pinte. All for 600.000 vnd (20€)
Disappointing food. The chicken wings had no salt or flavour. Chunky chips were very dry. The burgers have potential but again no salt. I feel like this restaurant could be better but how can they miss out on such an obvious ingredient. It's jarring!

We had the best burger experience in Vietnam at Chops! 🍔 The menu has a wide variety of options – beef, chicken, pork – and you can customize your burger with extras like cheese, avocado, egg or even an additional patty. The buns are freshly baked daily, soft, light and easy to eat, which makes the whole burger feel perfectly balanced. The drinks menu is also diverse, and although we didn’t try dessert (we went for a second round of burgers instead because they were that good), we’ve heard the brownie is absolutely to die for. They also host live music during the week (Wednesday to Saturday, maybe even Sunday), which makes the atmosphere even better. Service was excellent – the staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations, and Kiran, the manager, is a real treasure: professional, warm and so easy to talk to. Came here, ate here, everything was great. Not sure about some of the bad reviews. At least for me everything suits my tastebud. Staffs were friendly and proactive, was introduced about what’s on the menu. Will come by again if I drop by the area again!
What an absolutely perfect place! ✨ The burgers at Chops Da Nang are hands down the most delicious we’ve had- juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is fantastic and welcoming, and the service was simply outstanding. A special shout-out to Tom, our amazing server, who made the whole experience even better with his kindness, attentiveness, and great energy. Highly recommended- this spot is a must-visit in Da Nang!
Honestly, the burger was okay, as the quality of the patty wasn’t quite top-notch, especially compared to other places in Da Nang that are more skilled at cooking it. The other ingredients, including the bun, were fresh and of good quality. The service and atmosphere are very good, especially if you’re dining with family. Prices are a bit higher than the competition, but overall it’s still a nice place to visit.
Usually very good but they need to be more consistent. I like that they don't overcook the burgers and it's usually a nice pink inside but it was very rare on my last visit. The center of the burger was borderline raw. The cooks need to be taught to fully cook the meat while still maintaining the standard medium, juicy burger. It's a small window but it's important to get it right. Overall good burger and usually done right.

I really like this place — it’s one of the very few restaurants where I find *every single dish* delicious. The one that impressed me the most here was… the French fries. Sounds silly, right? Not at all. The thing is, in most other places, fries are truly just a side dish. They’re nothing special — you eat a few bites before moving on to the main dish. I mean, who really judges a restaurant based on their side dishes? That’s why most places don’t put much effort into them and focus solely on the mains. But at Chops, it’s different. Even a *side dish* like the fries left a big impression on me, which says a lot about how good the rest of their menu must be. The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and most importantly, incredibly fresh. They’re also completely free of greasy residue, so you can eat a lot without feeling heavy or sick. This was the first time I’ve ever been impressed by fries at a restaurant. As for the other dishes — absolutely amazing. The burgers, fried jalapeños, mac and cheese… all fantastic. To me, a good dish is one where all the flavors blend perfectly together, without one overpowering the others — and Chops nails this. When I had the burger with cheese (sorry, I can’t remember the exact name — it’s the one served on a plate of cheese), I was sure it would be overly rich. A friend who came with me even exclaimed, “Oh my god, that’s way too cheesy!” But somehow, it wasn’t. It was perfectly balanced, not greasy, not overwhelming — just right. And finally, the service. I was genuinely impressed. The staff stood ready, watching the tables, and checked in on guests in such a caring and gentle way — really attending to the smallest details. One staff member came over and asked, “Can I clear this glass for you?” My friend replied, “No, I’m still drinking it.” The staff noticed the glass was almost empty and immediately followed up with, “Shall I refill it for you then?” That’s a perfect 10 for me — *that’s* how service should be: noticing and caring about every little thing so the customer feels truly valued. Overall, Chops is the most unique restaurant I’ve ever been to, because everything is just so outstanding and different from other places in Vietnam. I’m sure my friends and I will keep coming back, and I hope Chops will always maintain this amazing standard.
Hana was a great waitress with suggestions and her suggestion was top notch. As for the food, so I had a burger and fries but the burger was the best I think I’ve ever had but it I’ll hold off on that decision until after my next visit. I’ll be adding Chops to my list of regular stops for sure.

The texture was that of a Burger, not of additives.But don’t forget their side dishes, Their mac & cheese, delicious. their chili poppers are very good and yes Spicy. Everyone was more than happy with the food, with the service, which was excellent and Greg and Kieran, I’d like to thank you both for your welcoming, hospitality, great service and for having what will become the best burger in Vietnam. We visited Chops in Da Nang for the first time — and it was an amazing experience! We ordered Combo 3 (SLIDER), which lets you choose two mini burgers with a drink and fries. With help from the super friendly staff member Phuc, we went with his recommendations: the SMOKEY BACON & CHI and BOURBON BBQ BACON. Both were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced! We also upgraded our drink to the OREO CHEESECAKE FREAKSHAKE, which includes a dessert — rich, fun, and absolutely Instagram-worthy. For the fries, we chose the DURTY FRIES, topped with two kinds of sauce: a creamy mayo-based one and a tangy chili sauce. So satisfying! There were also condiments like ketchup, pink salt, and pepper on the table, so we could adjust everything to our taste. The staff were all welcoming and helpful, clearly explaining the menu and helping us get the best value without any confusion. If you’re in Da Nang and love gourmet burgers, Chops is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
Wow. Wow. Wow. Did I say wow? Unexpected. The best burger I’ve had in years. You can feel the QUALITY is so high , from the bread that is made fresh in house every dag, to the meat, imported from Australia, the sauces the fresh veggies. Fries taste delicious. This is a high quality place. And it’s reflected in the staff (Phuc was very kind), location, and looks of the place. Attention to details everywhere. Must visit, checks all the boxes.
Amazing burgers made with 100% beef and high quality ingridients, juicy, nicely cooked and beautifully served! This place has a very cozy atmosphere with cool decorations. Friendly and welcoming hosts and nice service. This place sets a new standard for quality, raising the bar high, and Da Nang will surely benefit from some healthy competition in the realm of premium burgers.
By far the best burger in Danang! Our server, Tom was well trained and professional. The food was excellent quality and the selection was incredible. We will definitely be coming back very soon.
Fantastic food. The loaded fries were next level. Staff were always smiling and attentive, but we were the only people sitting outside. Only slight con was the chicken fillet was a bit thin.
Chops is now in Da Nang!! We had a couple of great burgers (TO BRIE OR NOT TO BRIE and SMOKEY BACON & CHI) they were some of the best burgers we have ate, both in Vietnam and home in the USA! We complimented or burgers with Dirty Fries and topped off the meal with a OREO CHEESECAKE FREAKSHAKE (Oreo cheesecake and milkshake combo) possibly the best dessert I have ever had 😛. The staff were great, especially our server Phuc who was friendly and spoke great English. Don’t forget to join the E-Club for fantastic discounts and promotions!!
Best burger joint I’ve had in Vietnam. Real tender imported beef smashed with crispy edges. The meat fits the bun and fries are great too! I like that they have both full or slider size burgers. And Kale salad was refreshing.
Had the smash slider and chicken tender combo. Wow, delicious burger, very generous size for a slider. Light and soft bun, perfect onions, patty was fantastic. Fries were exactly how skinny fries should be! And the tenders had the tastiest coating I've ever had. Overall, this is one of our favourite places we've eaten. Plus the decor is pretty awesome too. Can't wait to go back again.
Probably one of the best burger that i've had in town. We ordered onion rings, chicken tenders, 2 big burgers that I can't even remember the name but they were amazing. Would recommend to try it out. 💯

What a delicious spot! The burgers are extremely well made and the buns are super good. I love that you can get 2 different sizes for the burger. For me though, it was the mac and cheese. It was probably one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Make sure you try it if you like mac and cheese. I will return before my trip ends!
Not only are the owner and his staff incredibly kind and welcoming — the burgers are, without a doubt, the best in Da Nang… maybe even in all of Vietnam. An absolute must if you’re in town!
I am gonna say that I tried really hard to like this place, but the burger honestly lacked seasoning and taste. The fries too were well under fried and kinda not my thing. Maybe this place is popular and famous in Hanoi and it may take time for this place to catch up to the other ones but it wasn’t for me. I gave it 2 stars because the restaurant is clean and nice with strong AC when a lot of my favorite joints lack that. They also had good professional service that was courteous. One thing is their price stands above most places in Danang, even more than double or triple of the established burger restaurants. 😥

LA MEJOR. Soy Europeo y probar comida internacional en Vietnam no siempre se parece a la original. He probado hamburguesas en varias ciudadades de Vietnam y tengo que decir que esta es la mejor que he probado. Mi novia es vegetariana y ha tenido 5 opciones para elegir. Encima hay opciones para hacer combos y salir mejor de precio. Y buena atención de los camareros en especial PHUC y del dueño Super recomendado.

So far the best burger of Da Nang (maybe equally with Nomad kitchen, but different style). I tried several famous burgers in Da Nang, and I was often disappointed. Other places, presented on websites as the best burger of Da Nang, are actually soso. Chops is genuinely very good. Try the baconnaise smash and the loaded fries, it's great. That said, the classic fries (not loaded) are fine at best. Maybe it can be improved? Just my taste though.

The meal was very delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service was very friendly and made us feel super comfortable and welcome. Our server Tom was amazing and very helpful making sure we understood the menu to its full potential. A burger is all about the bun and their homemade bun was delicious.

My girlfriend and I went there earlier tonight, and it was a good experience. The staff seemed really well-trained, and offered really solid service. It's a new place, so the environment is clean and well-decorated. Regarding the food, we tried a few different sliders, the macaroni and cheese balls and the dirty fries (pulled pork), and it was all delicious. We plan to go back in the future.

Stopped into Chops to take care of a big appetite. Had a great burger ! The largest patty I've had in Vietnam so far, very generous portion the flavor was outstanding and the texture is great. I spent 10 years in the meat industry in the United States and also cooked in private homes in California. I definitely recommend the high-quality of the food and the service at Chops !!
If you are looking for Western food, Chops is a place to recommend in Da Nang. The welcome is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the food is very good. The service was fast and attentive. We had a great time with the family where everyone found what they were looking for. The manager makes sure that everything goes well for you. A great experience!

Chops is hands down the best burger restaurant in Vietnam in my American, burger loving opinion. I am a huge fan. The quality is top and the food is fit for an American appetite. Service is always top notch, atmosphere is nice for a burger joint. They also have a full bar, which is a plus. My recommendation is a Triple Smash Combo 1. Meat to bun ratio is huge!
Absolutely AMAZING! Every bite was bursting with flavour – hands down the best burgers we've ever had, and we love our burgers. We’d heard great things about Chops in Hoi An and finally had the chance to try them at their new location. Safe to say, they exceeded all expectations. My personal favourite was the Baconnaise Smash – an incredible balance of flavours where you can truly taste the freshness of every ingredient, right down to the bread. Everything just works together perfectly. Also, a special shoutout to Greg, who was so kind and welcoming – it really added to the experience. If you’re in Da Nang, Hoi An or Hanoi, do yourself a favour and go try Chops. You won’t be disappointed.
