안녕하세요 베트남 다낭에 놀러왔는데 VOCO 호텔 깨끗하고 수영장이용도 하면서 맥주도 마시구 26층 맥주와 음식도 너무 맛있어요. HUY 남자직원도 친절하구, 내부 깨끗하고 음식 최고! 직원 서비스 최고! 야경도 너무 멋있네요

아이들은 수박주스 먹고,간단하게 칵테일이랑 와인 한잔 하면서 안주 겸 비프타코, 버팔로윙, 문어요리 주문했어요. 디제잉을 하니 분위기 업되서 우리보다 아이들이 헤드뱅잉하며 더 신나함ㅋㅋ 호텔이라 가격이 다른 곳에 비해 비싸다고 할 수 있지만 우리나라와 비교하면 많이 저렴한 편이고, 투숙객 20프로 할인이 되서 158만동 정도 나옴. 밤에 비오고 나가기 귀찮을 때 한번쯤 야식먹으러 올라가먄 딱 좋은..ㅋㅋ 사커게임도 넘 재밌어요. 아이들하고 팀 먹고 20게임은 한듯..ㅋㅋ 너무 시끄럽게 해서 죄송합니다~ 그리고 Tri, bartebder Phung, Ly 친절한 서비스 감사했습니다!^^

Nhân viên nhà hàng nhiệt tình. Bạn Hà nhiệt tình thân thiện. Món ăn tối rất ngon. Nhân viên FB bạn oanh, thưởng, huyền rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Gia đình rất hài lòng về buổi ăn tối nay.

We reserved a floating breakfast and their staff were so helpful!! Especially the staff DAO prepared everything for us <3 Super good experience with the nice view and yummy food here!! ;)

I know this is very high praise but trust me on this I’ve had the best latte in Da Nang made by Thuong, go to the 26th floor Voco hotel best coffee da Nang

Красивый вид и атмосфера, но на этом всё. Обслуживание довольно посредственное. Нам принесли роллы, но не принесли палочки, соус был на дне соусницы, пришлось просить, чтобы принесли нормальный объем соуса. Салфеток на столе не было, пришлось их тоже отдельно просить. Еда не стоит своих денег. На роллах была сушенная морковь зачем-то (видимо для красоты), пришлось смахивать это на тарелку, поскольку все это сыпалось. Тортильи были пересушенные, есть это было совершенно неудобно. Из вина пробовали шардоне - оно было вкусным, но вот любимое совиньон блан было со вкусом краски. Итого, заведение не дотягивает до хорошего ресторана.

We were extremely happy with our experience. We were not staying at the hotel, but at the partner hotel in the city center. You can go there with a complementary shuttle in the afternoon and evening. The restaurant is on the 26th floor and you have amazing views. The food is well presented, tasty and a nice blend of cultures in fusion. The greatest compliments, however, have to go to the host, who also took our order and was very proactive in making sure we got a discount for our IHG membership. Sure, a meal here is 10 times more expensive than outside, but outside won’t deliver neither these views nor this particular type of culinary experience. We recommend 100%, also if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Located on the top floor of the hotel, the restaurant by the swimming pool should have such a lovely vibe. Unfortunately, on a quiet night, I still waited around 30 minutes for my salmon fillet and it was severely overcooked, the skin turned soggy (with no crispy skin why do we even eat salmon fillet?) and the flesh was dry. You’d never expect such poor quality from this kind of restaurant. The sauce tasted decent on its own, but it didn’t quite match with the salmon at all. The cheesecake was served with chocolate ice cream, and I couldn’t even finish it, adding bad ice cream with the cake did not give any benefit to it. The only upside was the plating. Huge disappointment.

When you choose to stay in a five-star hotel and dine at the rooftop and pay triple the price of anywhere within walking distance outside for the ambiance paying attention to close detail In every aspect of your meal is very important to you! I ordered grouper fish in a banana leaf which comes with a salad with balsamic dressing. There was no banana leaf there was no balsamic dressing. Just dry lettuce leaves and a fish on a plate. This totally took away from the experience The menu explicitly said it comes in a banana leaf and that the salad comes with balsamic dressing why would you give me dry lettuce leaves and why would you not put the fish in a banana leaf as the menu indicates? Presentation "as described" in fine dining is everything!!

Had our Christmas dinner at Ciela’s last December 24, 2025. Service was fast and efficient. The food served was also great and exceeded expectations. The staff, especially Nhu, Tran, and Thuong did great in delivering quality customer service. The floor manager as well, together with the above-mentioned staff proactively made sure that the food and service were meeting expectations, and oh did I also say the view of My Khe beach and Da Nang’s suburbs were great! Tip: make sure to go there when it’s not raining to fully enjoy the majestic view!

I had a wonderful cup of coffee this morning. The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for enjoying my drink. I was especially impressed by the service from DAO and HIEN ,they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful. Highly satisfied.

The presentation is amazing! The first impression was top notch. The food flavor was a little lacking in some areas. But the service is 5-star. Hien & Phuong were attentive to all our needs!

We came to the Ciela sky bar for the New Year’s Eve countdown & celebration and had a great time! The staff was very professional, the food excellent (had various Tacos 🌮- highly recommended- grilled squids and club sandwich with a fruit 🍇 platter and Burgundy sparkling wine 🍾 all excellent! ) and the ambience was very good with live DJs and fireworks at midnight. A special thanks to the Restaurant manager who was very accommodating when we asked for a table change, despite having a full restaurant he made it possible and contributed to this great evening! We will come again for sure!!

We had such a great experience dining at Ciela Skybar & Dining at Voco Ma Belle, thanks to our server, Hien Nhu Thuong. He really took the time to understand our dietary needs and suggested appetizers and main courses that were just perfect. His mocktail recommendations were spot-on too! Hien was attentive, friendly, and made our meal even more enjoyable. Truly excellent service.

Wonderful experience and genuine thanks to the team at Ciela. I coordinated with them to celebrate my friends birthday, and they were so helpful and supportive! We had lunch with Caesar salad and kimchi cheese — it was wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. The space was really airy, and we were warmly served by Dao and Thuong. I would like to recommend Ciela to everyone to come and experience it.

Fabulous setting but service was extremely slow - music so loud you couldn’t have a proper conversation. Food was good and enjoyed the happy hour for drinks - when they finally arrived!

Huy, Huyen, Hung and Nhu were fantastic. They made sure we were happy with our food and drinks and were very hospitable. The food was really tasty and well presented. The atmosphere was great, the views amazing. We came to celebrate our friend’s 50th and they made sure it was a special night putting up balloons and allowing us to come earlier to decorate the table and drop off the cake. I would recommend Ciela Skybar and Dining to everyone.

Dinner at Ciela SkyBar and Dining was fantastic. I tried the lobster, salmon sushi roll, California roll, pizza and several other dishes! The pizza tasted truly authentic Italian, and the sushi was some of the best I’ve had since living in Japan - fresh, balanced, and expertly prepared. Truly impressive! The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful with recommendations! I cannot wait to return!

We went for family drinks and dinner, and Huy took amazing care of us. He was so attentive, even helping to look after my child to make sure she was safe. Such warm, thoughtful service — we really appreciated it!

This is 1 of our most favorite restaurants in the city. The food is healthy and delicious and the views are about as good as it gets. And the staff are truely exceptional and wonderful.

Sliders!!! I would come here just to eat those. It was so good. I also tried empanadas and ste the bulgogi. Everything was so good I recomend a visit. And our server Huy was attentive and awesome.

Visited on a Friday from 7 to 9 pm. Good surprise - happy hour until 10pm on Fridays! Attentitive and pleasant personell, so highest score on the service part. I had the "pho" burger with a side of French fries and a couple of cocktails. Burger was cooked to requested rarity, but the result was so-so. Fries were pretty good! I personally don't feel like the fusion between hamburger and pho works well. It made me realize I'd rather have a pure, more standard burger or get my pho flavors from a steaming bowl of noodle soup with rare beef. I'm sure some others might disagree and find it a fun and novel fusion dish. Cocktails were ok for happy hour prices, but probably slightly pricey if not 2-for-1(?) at 220k per cocktail. The view was nice as we sat outside (but hardly unique for the long strip of beach). Some live music by Vietnamese performers singing a mix of English and Vietnamese pop music, which was pretty good. Music felt just slightly loud though, for the rather small outside seating area (I'm getting old 😂). Overall a 4 star experience, all considered.

Firstly let me say that TRAN (server) and HUNG (bar) were superb server/barman-mixologist. They were absolutely perfect with excellent customer service, & deserve praise from this lovely hotel. Please ensure that Hung & Tran are told how much we appreciated their superb service. This bar is delightful . Awesome views, amazing cocktails, delicious food. We are here in the rainy season so stayed inside, but outside looked glorious. Highly recommended. If we can suggest one tiny change, the music is way too loud and not required for the crowd in the bar. The first night we went up there was a DJ and very loud music - we couldn’t even have a conversation! The second time we asked for the music to please be turned down & then it was wonderful with just background ambience and a superb atmosphere. Advice to hotel: read the room. You might lose more customers than you gain with the loud repetitive DJ beats! Some people just want a relaxed time with views, there are plenty of places to go in De Nang if you want loud brash music. The hotel atmosphere of serenity and class is spoiled by the unnecessary boom boom boom of a DJ. With just background ambient music this is the best rooftop bar in town! Keep it classy IHG.

Great experience and great food. Both vegetarian and gluten free options available. Vietnamese coffee is a must try. Best I’ve had in Vietnam, and I have been traveling to Vietnam for more than a decade. I had great experience interacting with the restaurant managers, both Chris and Thoi. They even gave valuable information about the city and places to visit. I’ve traveled to Singapore and Dubai multiple times and stayed in 5 star hotels, including the Marina Bay Sands. In my experience, the restaurant and the quality of food and service is exceptional. Management and staff are genuine and provide excellent customer experience. They treat you like family. Highly recommended and will definitely return in future. Thank you Ciela restaurant, especially Chris and Thoi.

If you like fusion western asian food this is the place. The restaurant have a great ambiance, has both outdoor smoking area and indoors non-smoking section. The service was attentive, and friendly. Hung who served us was careful in making sure my food allergy was passed onto the kitchen. Greatly pleased with that. He also explained to my companions what were the ingredients in the menu of interest.

Cieka Sky Bar is a very beautiful restaurant… the service and atmosphere are undeniable! I ordered the vegetable poke bowl and vegetable curry which was very flavorful, great texture with a large amount of veggies in it! It was very rich!! My husband got the vegetable tacos with were good. Update: we returned 2 days later… we just kept thinking about how amazing the curry was! Since I have a low fat diet I asked them if they could make me the curry only use less coconut milk. They made it perfectly … it was amazing! I was thrilled! I also had the California rolls and they taste as beautiful as they looked. My husband had The Rooster open face chicken sandwich with a bunch of cool things on it including sprouts and avocado, with a good size basket of potato wedges and also got Korean style chicken wings including a small salad which he thought were amazing… said he thought they were the best he’s ever had! The whole menu was so creative it was so hard to chose! The sky bar restaurant views are amazing!! See pics I took The waitstaff and restaurant manager were all amazing and very attentive. We will definitely return next time we come to DaNang!

This is such a great setting in Danang. Overlooking the beach and enjoying dinners and cocktails. We received excellent service from Mr. Tri who was very attentive to our needs. The food was very tasty, especially the Beef Burger Pho, Vegetarian Tacos and the Korean chicken wings. However, the portion sizes of the pizza and pasta was on the smaller side and required 2 portions to fill you up.

two nights in a row because their espresso martini is so good!!! we didn’t stay at the hotel this bar is located at but we visited twice. i will definitely be coming tomorrow as well. Mr. hoang at the bar took wonderful care of us. Mr. Chris who i believe is the hotel manager was on site for our second visit and his hospitality was also amazing. and not to mention their view is amazing too.

The service is outstanding, the drinks are pretty good and I enjoyed the happy hour a lot. Also they offer great cappuccino, what you cannot find everywhere. I came here several times also for the view and the chill music and good food and service.

The cocktails were mediocre at best. I tried the Piña Colada, Mojito, and Long Island Iced Tea—the Piña Colada was especially bad. I wouldn’t recommend it. As for the food, we ordered: - Vegetable tacos (just okay) - Poke bowl (the salmon was very unfresh) - Banana leaf fish (overwhelmingly salty) - Scallops starter (completely bland) Overall, a big disappointment. I expected much better given the high ratings.

I love this bar so so much. This is one of the best sky bar with great ocean view and nice swimming pool. The sunset view over Danang was stunning and music was chilled. The cocktail and food are delicious, the service is very good, the price is very reasonable. There is live music band and DJ playing most evenings of the week. With an average price only around $7/cocktail, I would say that this is an incredibly inexpensive luxury experience that one should have. This bar just opened in 2023 so it's not too noisy and crowded yet. Come experience it early before too many people know about it. This Sky bar located on top floor (26th) of Voco Hotel by IHG. tFrom 5pm to 7pm every day there are happy hours, 2 drinks for the price of 1. You should go around 530pm to get some sunset shots.

Service was top notch with amazing view from 26th floors. Live music was good. Especially Mr. Vy ( Restaurant Manager ) and his team ( Van , Hung ) doing great job. We really enjoy dinner here.

Amazing experience! The drinks were delicious, as was the food, and it was reasonable priced. I ordered two cocktails and a salmon, which were great. I was served by Tri and Phung, who were very professional, accommodating, and friendly! Overall incredible experience, bar atmosphere and music were great, too.

Best roof top experience we had in Da Nang ! Incredible service, 2x1 between 5 and 7 pm, nice cocktails and access to the pool with great view. Towel are provided!

Staff Tri is a wonderful young man, very friendly and helpful, served us couple of really delicious cocktails made by Bartender Phung,Phong. The bar has a happy hour when you get buy 1 get 1 free. We spend a very enjoyable night at the Ciela rooftop bar. I will definitely recommend it. It is very family friendly as well.And even if the weather is not good, you can still enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and stunning views of the city

Trang is absolutely lovely. She constantly checked in on us. Food was pretty good. Tiger prawn taco and Salmon Fillet were particularly good. DJ wasn’t my taste.

The food was great, but the service was even greater! Húng, Trang, Phung, and Trân were amazing and treated us exceptionally. The fish tacos were the highlight for us.

My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Ciela most nights and afternoons while we were staying at the Voco hotel. Trang and her team did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed and the food was gorgeous from the steaks and desserts and gorgeous drinks!

Tasty food, live deejay and accessible location make this a great place to visit. But the service makes it a must-visit. Our waitress Trang made us feel welcome, and saw to our every need with a smile.

Absolutely the best service. So much better than the hotel restaurant I am staying next by. Food is good, good price, much better view. I will stay in this hotel next time!

A great place to spend some time in Da Nang. I came here for 1 night and decided to come back for a few more nights. Food and beverages here are great. The staff here are very friendly, I appreciate the service from My and Tri, I would definitely come back here when I am in Da Nang again.

A stunning ocean view with a nice swimming pool. Located on top of Voco hotel by IHG hotel. Drinks are great and quite pricey but worth the experience and view. Located on the top floor (26th). They also have alcohol. Updated: came back 2nd time for inside dining and it was very much pleasant! However, there was quite a wait for my foods. I think it's worth the wait because the foods were fresh and well presented. Seasonings are okay not as salty or strongly flavored like Vietnamese seasonings.

One of the best skybar and the service was great. I was disappointed with the food as ordered a few time and gave 2 feedbacks yet the food had its limitation on the sticky mango pork ribs, sopes pulled pork corni, Octopus, Ostion & Quinoa due to over cooked and too hard. Presentation was fine and taste was ok. I highly recommend the chef reviewed the food taste specially the mentioned dishes.
