호이안 밤거리를 돌아다니다가 너무 더워서 들어간 모닝글로리 시그니쳐 생각보다 내부가 엄청 크더라구요 직원 안내를 받고 한참을 들어가서 자리에 앉았습니다 에어컨이 빵빵하게 나오진 않았지만 선풍기 앞자리에 앉아서 그래도 시원했습니다 혹시 가게되면 리뷰에서 봤던 튀긴 생선요리를 시키려고 했는데 메뉴판 그림을 보니까 뭔지 딱 알겠더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ 생선과 딤섬은 새우딤섬이었던거 같아요 배가 많이 고프진 않았어서 딱 두개만 시켰어요 딤섬이 먼저 나왔는데 생각보다 엄청 맛있더라구요 입안 가득 탱글탱글 씹는 식감도 좋았고 맛있었어요 생선요리는 나오자마자 우와 했습니다 비쥬얼이 진짜👍👍👍👍👍 참돔이라고 메뉴판엔 써있었어요 암튼 세로로 세워서 나온 생선은 처음 봐서 신기하더라구요 이 아이를(?) 어떻게 먹어야 할지 남편과 한참을 고민하다 직원분께 물어봤더니 해체를 해주셨어요ㅋㅋㅋ 앞뒤로 깔끔하게 딱 발라주셔서 너무 편하고 맛있게 잘 먹었어요ㅎㅎ 생선과 함께 곁들여 나온 망고 샐러드? 야채? 이런것도 너무 상큼하고 맛있었습니다 호이안 더위에 혼쭐이 나고 풀죽어 있다가 기분 좋아져서 나갔습니다ㅎ 다음에 기회되면 다른 요리도 먹어보고 싶네요ㅎ

호이안에서 가장 유명한 식당인 모닝글로리 시그니처의 분점. 베트남 건물 특징 답게 외부에서 보는 거보다 내부가 매우 깊고 큼. 다낭에서 최고로 치는 고급 식당 중 한 곳이라 직원들도 친절했고 전체적인 위생에서도 큰 문제 없이 가게 내부도 제법 화려했다. 음식은 딤섬, 반쎄오, 꼬치구이, 화이트로즈 등 모두 만족스러운 현지의 맛을 느낄 수 있었는데 베트남 답게 가격도 매우 저렴하여 부담 없이 주문할 수 있어 좋았다. 다만 가게의 대표 메뉴 중 하나 인 모닝글로리(공심채볶음)는 기대와 달리 폄벙한 반찬 정도의 요리여서 실망. 공심채볶음이 다낭에서 김치와 같은 반찬 요리라 거창한 기대를 한건 아니었지만 밥과 함께 먹으니 한국 음식 먹는 느낌마저 들었다. 식당을 찾는 손님의 대부분이 관광객이거나 돈 많은 현지인이다 보니 결제를 주로 카드로 해서 인지 현금 결제 시 잔돈 문제로 시간이 조금 걸림. 호이안에 들리게 된다면 꼭 가보길 추천하는 식당. 호이안에서의 추억을 더욱 즐겁게 만들어 줄 것이다.

올드타운에 도착하자마자 더위에 지쳤습니다. 우연히 들어간 곳인데, 분위기가 정말 좋았습니다. 식사와 차가 동시에 가능한데 넓고 조용해서 잠시 쉬기 좋았습니다. 바닐라 아이스크림에서 색다른 향이 가미돼 있어서 더 맛있었습니다. 이층에서 올드타운 전체를 볼 수 있습니다.

더워서 시원함을 찾기위해 들른 곳 메뉴는 다양해요 양식도 있고 베트남 현지식도 있습니다.

호이안에서 로컬푸드 먹기 힘들고 호객도 많아서 그냥 이집들어옴. 호이안 워낙 중심가에 있는거라 와본사람은 다 아는집. 현지기준 팬시레스토랑인편이라 서비스좋고 맛은 워낙에 국적다양한 손님들이 있는 곳이라 맛도 호불호없이 다 괜찮음.

네일/마사지샵 호객하면서 한국말 엄청 잘하는 언니가 추천해준 가게. 솔직히 관광지라서 엄청 비쌈. 그런데 정말 맛있더라구요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 언니 진짜 고마워요.. 2층 창가쪽 앉으면 너무 좋아요. 뷰도 좋고, 에어컨도 있어요. 뭣도 모르고 먹다 보니 다른 분들은 예약하고 오더라구요. 창가 자리에 앉고 싶으시면 예약하는 것도 좋은 방법이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 여기 구조가 특이해요. 화장실 때문에 쭉 들어가보니 구조가 신기했어요. 다른 식당들이랑 연결된 구조?였어요.

분위기 좋고 음식맛도 좋습니다 그러나 4인석이 필요하다고 자리변경을 요청했는데 옆옆테이블 서양인들은 디저트 먹고 있었는데…

Restaurant pour occidentaux, aseptisé. Cuisine fade et grasse. Bien loin des délices du Vietnam. On ne nous propose même pas de baguette pour manger. C'est dire la clientèle peu locale. Nous n'avons pas compris du tout la note Google de l'établissement. Musique si forte qu'on ne s'entendait pas parler. Bref si mon commentaire peut être utile pour les prochains intéressés...

Plusieurs restaurants en un, immense, avec plusieurs spécialités. Nous avons mangé sur le rooftop, du porc belly caramélisé, des pâtes carbonara, des nems aux crevettes et du tofu frit à l’ail sel et poivre. Rapport qualité prix médiocre, on paye le lieu européanisé. Le goût authentique n’y était pas. Un bof.

L’endroit est sympa et la terrasse en dessus de la rivière est parfaitement situé. Question cuisine, ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard… plutôt bof que wow! Heureusement que j’avais un Voucher…

Magnifique pour notre 1er restaurant à Hoi An. Avec 2 enfants, nous avons déjeuné à l’étage et avons pu quand même commandé un plat de pâtes pour nos enfants qui en crevaient d’envie.…

Un moment attendu et prévu depuis des semaines pour une occasion spéciale à 2. J'avais réservé une table à l'étage avec belle vue, ça c'était ok. J'avais demandé 2 coupes de champagne a l'arrivée et un petit gâteau en fin de repas, totalement oubliés (à vrai dire nous sommes partis rapidement à la fin du repas, au vu de la déception). Mais le plus décevant a été le service, très impersonnel, surtout comparé à tous les restaurants ou lieux qu'on avait pu visiter avant. Ensuite, le brouhaha ambiant, une vraie usine à touristes, avec des gens qui nous bousculent à table pour prendre des photos, des adultes et enfants qui crient. Pour ce qui a été du repas, correcte sans plus, dommage au vu du standing auquel est censé prétendre le lieu. Pour résumer vous pouvez y aller si vous aimez l'ambiance très animée et touristique, sans vous attendre à grand chose qui sort du lot. Ma plus grosse déception au Vietnam.

Beautiful location and we had a gorgeous table on the upstairs balcony overlooking the river. Service was very slow, and was the worst thing about this place. Barely a smile, slow and no one paying any attention at all. Not everything we asked for was delivered but we couldn't see anyone to ask. Food was good, tasty and obviously the highlight. I doubt I'd return based on this but I think they rely on that.

We really enjoy the meal! It is stunning - the best we’ve had in Hoi A for sure. Every dish we ordered is tasty. The service is efficient and responsive. THANH always smiled to us and offered timely help. Recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful meal overlooking the bright colourful lights on the river. The restaurant is elegant and a joy to be in. Our server, Nguyen, was charming and funny. Our cocktails packed a good kick and our food was excellent. Fresh, tasty ingredients cooked perfectly! I particularly enjoyed the Chicken and Ginger dumplings 🥟 We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Hoi An.

Wir hatten das große Glück, spontan einen Tisch auf der Dachterrasse zu ergattern und konnten von dort aus während des Laternenfestes die kulinarischen Höhepunkte der zentralvietnamesischen Küche genießen. Die Dachterrasse mit ihrem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fluss und die Altstadt schafft eine wundervolle, stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Allein dieses Ambiente ist den Besuch wert. Das Restaurant bietet sowohl internationale als auch vietnamesische Speisen in hoher Qualität. Auch die Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich sehr freundlich, allerdings wirkte der Service auf der Dachterrasse teils etwas überfordert. Die Stärken der Küche von Hoi An kommen hier jedoch eindeutig zur Geltung. Ein Abendessen an diesem Ort ist absolut empfehlenswert.

A really good selection of options. Everything was delicious. The staff were excellent. We ate there twice on the same day 😊 The restaurant is located in a large building that is shared with other restaurants. I believe they are all connected and serve a different take on Vietnamese cuisine.

The food is generally packed with bold flavors, though many dishes leaned heavily on the salty side. If you enjoy strong, savoury tastes, you'll likely appreciate their offerings more. Highlights include the fried turmeric noodles and baby calamari — both well-executed and flavorful. However, the grilled scallops were a miss for us; they were overwhelmingly salty, masking the natural taste of the scallop. Desserts offered a pleasant surprise with a wide selection that wasn't overly sweet — a nice balance to the savory dishes. Their signature cocktails are also worth trying: reasonably priced, well-mixed, and notably not watered down. You can really taste the alcohol distinctly. Lastly, great river view if you sit at higher floors. Definitely a good bonus!

My friend recommended me this place, so we decided to try it on Tue night. Very nice decoration and fancy restaurant, it is my impression. We ordered two kinds: 1 vermicelli with grill pork and 1 crispy pancake with grilled pork. The food came out 5 mins after and the food is cold, it looked like they already made it first and after we ordered, they just put it on the plate. Crispy pancake so hard to eat. Plus point for peanut sauce. Hopefully they can improve quality of food and it will be perfect.

餐廳的環境極具特色，充滿了古色古香的越南傳統裝飾，氛圍優美，晚上點起燈籠更是浪漫有情調。在這裡用餐，就像是沉浸在會安的歷史與文化之中。

The service upstairs could be improved. We had made a reservation that they could not find. We felt very neglected and had to call our waitress over several times. Unfortunately the desserts aren't the same as two years ago. You used to be able to get desserts by Vy from downstairs. Now they don't offer them. Also the beef in the soup I got was of a low quality. It had a lot of fat and gristle in it. I expect more from the signature restaurant. It's still beautiful to sit outside on the patio upstairs at night and enjoy the lanterns.

Just stopped by here for the coffee. Coconut coffee was a bit sweet. The salted iced coffee was good. These two aren't on their menu though, but I guess the drinks are popular enough that they can just easily make it. Ended up charging 75 k vnd .. which is about right I thought.

A Flavorful Experience at Morning Glory Signature. Morning Glory Signature is a truly impressive restaurant in the heart of Hoi An. Housed in a large, beautifully styled building, it offers a unique ambiance with its cozy, old-market-inspired interiors. The space is vast, with different rooms and sections, yet it manages to feel warm and inviting despite how busy it can get. The service is excellent — well-organized and attentive, even at peak hours. As for the food, everything we tried was flavorful and well-executed. A special highlight was the sizzling beef with black pepper — bold, aromatic, and deliciously peppery. Some of the other dishes also leaned towards strong, punchy flavors, which we personally enjoyed. Overall, a great dining experience with rich tastes and a vibrant setting. Definitely worth a visit when in Hoi An.

Suite à plusieurs recommandations concernant le Morning Glory Signature, nous avons réservé une table quatre jours à l'avance pour notre dernière soirée à Hoi An. En passant devant le restaurant, j'ai pensé qu'il serait plus simple d'entrer et de réserver sur place, ce que j'ai fait. Malheureusement, quatre jours plus tard, à notre arrivée, notre réservation avait disparu. Ce restaurant étant très fréquenté, les erreurs sont fréquentes, nous n'avons donc pas été trop découragés. Un membre du personnel nous a dit qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Cependant, un autre serveur s'est excusé et a tenté de nous trouver une solution en nous préparant une table de l'autre côté du restaurant et en nous proposant d'y prendre un verre avant de dîner, le temps de nous installer sur la terrasse principale avec vue sur la rivière, comme prévu initialement. Malheureusement, c'est à partir de là que notre expérience a rapidement dégénéré. Nous avons été complètement oubliés. Les serveurs ont mis vingt minutes à prendre notre commande de boissons, et entre-temps, nous avons commandé trois petits plats en attendant notre table en terrasse. La serveuse nous a alors informés que c'était notre table et que nous ne pourrions pas aller en terrasse. Les boissons sont arrivées, accompagnées de deux assiettes de dim sum et d'ailes de poulet. À l'arrivée des plats, nous avons constaté l'absence de serviettes et en avons demandé. Après quelques minutes, nous en avons redemandé, attendu encore quelques minutes, puis une troisième fois. Finalement, j'ai dû aller en chercher moi-même en cuisine. Après cela, nous avons décidé de régler l'addition et de partir pour aller dans un autre restaurant. La nourriture était bonne, mais pour moi, un restaurant ne se résume pas à la nourriture ; c'est une expérience globale : la cuisine, l'ambiance et le service. Que ce soit s'asseoir sur un tabouret en plastique au bord d'une route, tandis que les scooters filent à toute allure, en dégustant des nouilles préparées par un cuisinier qui les confectionne quotidiennement depuis 50 ans, ou dîner dans un restaurant étoilé Michelin avec nappes et maître d'hôtel, de nombreux éléments contribuent à faire un bon restaurant… Le Morning Glory Signature n'était pas à la hauteur sur plusieurs d'entre eux. Le Morning Glory Signature se présente comme une expérience gastronomique haut de gamme et plus raffinée que ses restaurants frères (avec des prix plus élevés à la clé). Peut-être n'avons-nous pas eu de chance. Toujours est-il que l'établissement semble victime de son succès et incapable de maintenir les standards qu'il s'était fixés à ses débuts.

We have been to Morning Glory Signature on our 3rd day after trying multiple small local restaurants and the hype is REAL ! The taste and flavor of the food were just wonderful. Don't get fooled by the "small entrance", this place is huge ! It goes on 3 floors : -1st floor : Vy's market (kind of food court with multiple booths) -2nd floor : Morning Glory Signature (de-li-cious Vietnamese food with a finer dining setting, yet it was still affordable) -3rd floor : Morning Glory lounge and bar We highly recommend the pomelo salad. It had a subtle hint of coconut/curry while still being light and refreshing with the pomelo. Edit : Highly recommend the mango salad as well ! Packed with flavor, just delicious !

Morning Glory Signature amazing location, ambience and food. Signature and Original both belongs to same group of Owner. Situated right on River. Had delicious Ginger chicken momo and Cao Lao.

Nguyen was our waiter and table side food instructor around how to eat some traditional pancake rolls. But all the food was fabulous. Along with second floor view of the river and everyone the location works very well.

Really nice restaurant - we got lucky and got the rooftop! Good food- meat was quite tough though even at medium rare. There was a caterpillar in our salad but the staff were very apologetic.

The restaurant was recommended by my hotel staff. Such a wonderful place to eat. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. I was always skeptical about eating fresh salad and vegetables but I shouldn’t have been. Everything was just vibrant and delicious. The teens were super impressed. Was like eating 5 stars. We had a mango, mixed and strawberry smoothies. Spring rolls, duck with banana salad, pork and noodle dishes and also pork and rice. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff very attentive. I was able to pay by card which saved my cash. There was no pressure for reviews and tips although they are deserving of both. Thanks for a wonderful experience

The beef stew could have been better, it was a bit too tough to chew. The pomelo salad was surprisingly good and very refreshing. The proportion of pork strips was just right, complementing rather than overpowering the pomelo. You could really taste the balance of mint leaves, pork strips, and pomelo nicely. The fried crispy pork, however, was a tad disappointing.

What a great place to celebrate my birthday while in Hoi An! The food was delicious (and I am not big fan of Vietnamese food🤫), the drinks as well and great service! Highly recommend the beef buns, morning glory (in all forms!), mango sticky rice and Red Merlot wine. Bonus : we paid a ridiculously cheap bill for all we ordered !

We had a fantastic experience at Morning Glory! The Asian fusion dishes were absolutely delicious — creative, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed dinner or a night out with friends. Either sitting inside or on the balcony. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, a top-notch spot — we’ll definitely be back if we return to Hoi an.

The food was very good… fresh and tasty. Server Ngoc showed me how to wrap my shrimp skewers in rice paper and add all the fillings of veggies, mint and even pineapple. With the addition of the lemonade infused w fruit and rosemary… I feel like I’ve eaten a very healthy meal. Everything on the menu looks yummy. I have to come back to try more dishes.

Beautiful meal tonight at Morning Glory Signature. We’ve eaten at the original and mother’s kitchen and once again, they’ve nailed it. The space is quite impressive, spanning over 3 floors - each floor is a different restaurant with a different menu; we sat on the top floor. The space was quite generous for 3 families (13 people) and the service was attentive and efficient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the morning glory, vegan spring rolls and noodles dish, salt & pepper tofu, seared tuna, the duck, pork burger, chicken and rice and a few other dishes. They were all bursting with flavour and generous in portion. We will definitely be back.

La nourriture est bonne et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est sympathique, notamment Theo, avec son sourire charmant et son excellent service. 👍…

L'ambiance sur le toit, l'éclairage et la musique d'ambiance étaient parfaits… cependant, la nourriture était moyenne et le service correct, sans être particulièrement chaleureux. L'endroit était bondé, visiblement populaire, mais nous sommes restés sur notre faim. Le « baoburger » était servi dans un simple pain complet, car ils étaient en rupture de stock de bao (en plein coup de feu, j'étais très surpris). Ils se sont permis de le remplacer sans nous proposer de modifier notre commande ni même de vérifier si le pain complet conviendrait. Le porc caramélisé était bon, mais accompagné d'une toute petite portion de riz. L'assiette combinée était savoureuse et bien variée. La limonade à l'hibiscus était rafraîchissante, tout comme le negroni. Au vu des avis positifs, nous nous attendions à un repas exceptionnel. Je dirais que c'est une bonne option si le prix, légèrement plus élevé pour le seul emplacement, ne vous dérange pas.

Nous avons dîné au Morning Glory Signature (qui abrite plusieurs restaurants dans le même bâtiment). L'emplacement est excellent, avec un balcon donnant sur le fleuve. Cependant, la nourriture était très moyenne, sans saveur, et chère pour la cuisine vietnamienne. Le service était bon et l'ambiance détendue.

Nous avons été servis par Nguyen et le service était impeccable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance, notamment grâce à la musique de piano en direct. À découvrir absolument !

Nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner. La nourriture et le service étaient superbes ! Nous n'avions pas faim, mais nous avons quand même commandé et mangé beaucoup, même le dessert.

L'ambiance était agréable et la nourriture délicieuse. Mon coup de cœur ? La crêpe ! Croustillante et parfumée à la perfection, elle était enveloppée dans une feuille de riz et garnie de basilic, de mangue et de laitue : un vrai régal !

Nous avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage dans ce magnifique restaurant. Je recommande vivement le toit-terrasse pour sa vue imprenable sur la rivière et les lanternes. Nous n'avions pas réservé et avons eu la chance d'y trouver des places. Le repas était absolument délicieux ! Le seul bémol : mon mari a été victime d'une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé du porc braisé. Il a été malade pendant tout le séjour.

Notre hôtel à Da Nang avait réservé pour nous la veille, et nous sommes arrivés peu après 18h. C'est un grand restaurant spacieux, mais il n'y a qu'une dizaine de tables au bord de la rivière, au deuxième étage ; il est donc indispensable…

Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons réussi à obtenir une table (pas celle avec vue). Ambiance - Le restaurant est spacieux et magnifique. - De la musique live a égayé l'atmosphère du restaurant. - Il y a des tables à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Cuisine 🍲 - Tout était frais et délicieux. - Le cau làu est un plat incontournable à Hoi An. - Les boissons étaient rafraîchissantes. Le prix est un peu élevé, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup. Je recommande ce restaurant, mais pensez à réserver si vous voulez avoir une belle vue sur la rivière.

The food is good which is a major plus and the atmosphere is also nice. This is a bigger place than it seems with multiple levels and inner areas. However, our server or the kitchen forgot one of our orders and we had to remind them of it. In the end, we got everything anyway. The major issue here is that this place closes at 1030 pm which I think is pretty early. However it seems to be normal for the area.

En arribar, el personal ens va explicar amb claredat un dels trets distintius del local: la seva divisió en tres ambients ben diferenciats. El rooftop, més exclusiu i formal; el segon pis, amb una proposta més gastronòmica; i la planta baixa, d’esperit clarament més casual. Com que no teníem gaire gana i buscàvem un sopar lleuger, vam optar per quedar-nos a la planta baixa. La comanda va ser senzilla però representativa. D’una banda, una sopa pho amb un brou intens i profund, ben aromàtic, i una carn tendra que demostrava una cocció cuidada. De l’altra, un plat de fideus amb porc, verdures i crostons cruixents, equilibrat. Vam acompanyar l’àpat amb un parell de cerveses locals i vam prescindir de les postres. phuong served us and she was so attentive and sweet. the view of the lanterns and busy street along with the atmosphere was welcoming. hands down the BEST bun xeo pork ive ever had. the entire meal was so good. my partner had the sizzling cinnamon beef. the meat melted in your mouth and the sauce was unreal. try the signature ginger tea. whole experience was 100/10

I visited 27th Jan 2026. We ordered a ordered roasted duck, beans, brinjals and fish. The duck was delicious and fresh, vegetables were fresh. except the fish was not fresh. I brought the matter to the supervisor. The supervisor was trying to give an excuse that it was a Vietnam dish and was fresh. I have eaten fish in Vietnam in many restaurants. I know the difference between fresh and not fresh. Disappointed with supervisor who was trying to make me pay. I refused to pay for the fish.

Stunning place to have lunch or dinner. We came without reservation and were super lucky to get a table on 3rd floor by the edge of the terrace. Food was amazing, staff super friendly, view - breathtaking! Strongly recommend this place

Many people had recommended that I visit Morning Glory while in Hoi An, and I was not disappointed. The food was exceptional, full of flavor and a good portion size. The service was excellent with minimal waiting time. All the staff were friendly and the position on the lake is beautiful. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a more formal dining experience whilst in Hoi An, but still want to enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Morning Glory Signature in Hoi An was absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious — genuinely some of the best we have eaten so far in Vietnam. Everything is authentic Vietnamese cuisine, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We came yesterday and were so impressed that we came back again tonight because it was honestly unbelievable. Every single dish we tried was excellent; not one disappointment. The setting is just as special: a beautiful view over the river with lanterns, a great atmosphere, and live music that made the evening even more enjoyable. The service made the experience even better. Ngoc looked after us and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She treated us so well and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended — an amazing restaurant and a must-visit in Hoi An. Thank you!

Food was very flavoursome. We had the duck buns and crispy fish to start which were both excellent. The vegetarian spring rolls were not as good. We waited a long time, service was not that great but it was very busy. The view was beautiful over the river and we had the sizzling beef, chicken curry and salmon and they were all really delicious.

By far the best meal my friends and I have had in Vietnam. We shared the fried wontons, white rose and traditional bao buns which were unlike anything I’ve had before, we were looked after by Nga who was so lovely and accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our evening. There’s several locations so I walked to the wrong location originally. Whoops! But once I found the right location we had our reservation at, we had a lovely table on the balcony overlooking the bridge. Great food without being too spendy. Fantastic service. Nguyen was our server and he was awesome! Crispy pork belly was chef’s kiss.

This restaurant is by the Hoi An river. Place can get crowded to best to make reservation. Food and drinks were good. Service is attentive and prompt even with a large crowd. Prices on the higher side, however it is worth the comfort and live band. Highly recommended place to try.

This was easily one of the best meals I ate in Vietnam. For £15 I had the delicious duck with orange and rice, a side of morning glory veggies, and a beautiful cocktail. The service was excellent too and i highly recommend sitting on the balcony as the view over the river was beautiful!

Dined here as a walk-in and was able to get a table out back. I ordered the seafood spring rolls as an entree and the sea bass as my main. Both were really delicious and the portion sizes were much bigger than I was expecting - I struggled to eat it all. Was pleased with my overall dining experience here.

I have mixed feelings about Morning Glory Signature. I chose this place because it came highly recommended when I asked around for good food in Hoi An. We ordered the rose dumplings, banh xeo, and spiced beef bun. Flavor-wise, everything tasted good; the banh xeo was the crispiest we had in Hoi An, definitely a standout. But the portions were tiny. If you’re really hungry (like we were), this is not the place to eat. The banh xeo came with just four rolls; the dumplings were delicious but barely filling; and the beef buns were just okay. The ambience was a little too fancy for us. We were hoping for a casual dining spot and found the atmosphere a bit intimidating. Unfortunately, service was disappointing. When we asked if the “spices beef bun” was spicy, the staff responded with “it’s called spicy beef on the menu,” even though it actually said “spices.” We tried to clarify, but the tone felt a bit dismissive. Probably just a language misunderstanding, but it didn’t feel great. Lastly, for the small portion sizes, the price didn’t feel worth it. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not somewhere I’d go back to unless I wanted something light and didn’t mind paying more for the setting.

Came in to have a lighter meal after a heavy lunch. The spring rolls combo is decent. Very moist on the inside which differs than my expectations. Would recommend some soup to clean your pallet after many meals of heavy viet food. Obviously, the price is higher than average.

Nhân viên phục vụ rất ok, nhưng có chị mặc quần tây đen áo trắng ở tầng 3( có lẽ là quản lý) rất thái độ. Nhưng chúng tôi vẫn ăn những món có giá trị cao . Có lẽ chị ấy quan trọng khách nước ngoài hơn khách việt .

5* for the atmosphere. Loved how beautiful and spacious the place is. Even better if you have a balcony view to the river. 4* for the friendly service. Some staff was quite minding their own business and not caring about customers need much. Good come fast and consistently. 3* for the food. I was gonna give 2* out of big disappointment. For the price you pay which is quite expensive, the food portion is literally quite meager and small. Dipping sauce was quite bland. Pomelo Salad lacked flavor and grilled dishes were really oily. Loved the fresh herbs though how little they were. The place was packed with tourists and I hardly found any locals eating there. Bottom line: if you like the view and the how beautiful the place is, say for your check in, and don’t mind tons of tourists around, by all means come.

Absolutely delish! We ordered the beef buns, morning glory and Hoi A chicken rice and would happily go back. I found the beef a little tough but overall yummy! View is beautiful, along the river with an indoor or small outdoor area. Make sure you book and ask for 2/f outdoor seat. Book in advance! Cocktails also delish! It is part of a big group of restaurants - a receipt from another restaurant gets you 10% off. Also a nice little shop on the G/f with tea pots, plates, crockery, sauces etc.

This is Vietnam and their food on steroids. A massive bustling collection of restaurants, market, coffee lounge and bar with street food, but the same really fast street food service with the great Vietnamese ingredients of fresh, crunchy and tasty. We had Vau Lao, white rose dumplings and pork stuffed squid with a helping of morning glory. All were excellent. This place lives up to the good reviews for speed, quality and service. We got there early and got a seat. Later diners queued and booking is probably a good idea.

Recommended by a local guide and also from social media. So decided to give this a try. Ordered: White rose dumplings Mango salad Crispy pork Grass jelly ginger drink Berry Soda Overall the food were good and staff are friendly and caring. Kept checking if food were okay.

We came here in April 2025, initially following a recommendation from our guide. We came back the next day since the food was so good, the staff was super friendly and the ambience so nice :-) This is a "real" restaurant that has rather attentive staff, proper tablecloths and napkins (and yes, I feel it that it's worth to mention this). They offer many dishes that are "unusual" for Vietnamese kitchen and also the more traditional dishes, albeit most wishes for "non spicy" food were ignored. So, don't forget a Smoothie :-) Also, the view from the upper floor over the river is nice, in particular during full moon when there is a festival going on in the city. Prices are absolutely normal.

Delicious dinner. Would recommend either calling ahead or putting your name down for a seat on the balcony. Food came out very quickly. Crispy duck spring roll and tofu glass noodles were our favorite.

Immense restaurant sur trois étages avec de nombreuses tables, nous y sommes entrés sans réservation et sans problème. La nourriture était excellente, chaque plat était parfaitement assaisonné et cuisiné. Encore meilleur que certains restaurants étoilés Michelin que j'ai testés au Vietnam.
