진짜 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 너무 고급스러운 맛이다 어떻게 이런 맛을 생각했을까 먹는 내내 감탄하면 저녁식사를 했어요. 한국에서 이런 음식을 먹었다면 가격이 2.5배 정도는 더 나갔을거에요. 음식사진이 많은 이유는 그 만큼 많이 시켜먹었기 때문입니다. 음식들이 다 궁금해서 거의 다 주문했거든요ㅋㅋㅋ 다음에 다낭에 또 가게 된다면 다시 꼭 들릴거에요!
막 어마어마 하지는 않지만 서브가 좋고 기분 내기도 적당한 가격 같습니다 ㅎ
나름 맛있는 거 많이 먹는다고 자부하는데, 올해 먹은 음식 중에서 top3에 들 정도로 너무 최고였던 식당..! 셰프님의 창의성이 돋보이는 음식들이 많았고, 맛/플레이팅/서비스 하나 부족한 게 없었어요. 2시간이 금방 갔고, 미슐랭 셰프님의 요리를 먹을 수 있음에 너무 감사했습니다🫢 사시미랑 정어리 파스타는 자칫하면 비릴 수 있는데, 그런 거 없이 신선하고 색다른 맛이었습니다. 스테이크도 미디엄 레어, 원하는 굽기대로 잘 해주셨고, 단호박 소스가 스테이크랑 아주 잘 어울렸어요🤤 따로 주문한 티라미수 크림은 너무 맛있어서 싹싹 비웠어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절하시구 다른 파인다이닝을 고민할 필요가 없었네요. 오래 기억에 남을 최고의 코스에요.
다낭 여행 2일차에 방문한 후기입니다. 이 리뷰를 보는 사람들의 소중한 시간&맛&비용 절약을 위해서 간단하게 말하자면, '3만 원이라 해도 안 먹어요' 음식은 전체적으로 자극적 그냥 짠 향신료는 다 때려 박은듯한 짠맛 (고수 좋아하는 편이지만 고수의 맛보다는 그냥 짠맛?) 19시 30분 안 돼서 메뉴판의 우측 코스를 주문했으나, 매장에서 다 먹고 나온 시간 22시 20분 정도? 코스 메뉴 하나 나오는데 진짜.. 화날 정도로 늦어요. (다 먹고 한참 기다려야 다음 메뉴 나옴) 직원분들의 친절함은 괜찮지만, 와인에 대한 전반적인 숙지가 덜 된 듯 설명이 아쉬웠어요. 분위기는.. 처음에는 만족했지만, 매장 테라스에서 식사하시는 분들이 태우는 담배 냄새가 너무 심하게 들어와서 별로였어요. 총 790만동 정도 결제했는데, 돈도 돈이지만, 시간 + 맛 진짜 이건 아니다 싶었어요. 리뷰가 4.9점이라는 게 신기하고, 이렇게 리뷰 남기면 재방문해달라고 답변이 남겨지는 거 같은데, 진짜 제가 먹은 코스는 돈 주면서 먹어보라고 해도 안 먹을 거 같은 맛이었어요. ᄒ 본인이 정말 맛잘알이다!!! 한다면.. 다를 수도 있겠지만, 보통 입맛인 저는.. 다시 생각하기도 싫어요! 덕분에 숙소 돌아오는 길에 많은 생각을 했습니다!😊
진짜 맛있음, 다른 평가에서 맛이 별로라고해서 조금 걱정했는데 먹으면 먹을수록 음식이 줄어드는게 아쉬울 정도로 맛있었다. 서버분들 매너도 좋으시고 메뉴를 물어보면 자세하고 친절하게 영어로 알려주신다. 식사를 다 먹고 떠나는것 까지 보시고 가게로 들어가셨음 베리 굿
다낭 여행 마지막날 엄마 모시고 갔었는데, 엄마가 다낭에서 가장 기억에 남았던 순간을 여기 시다이닝에서의 저녁식사로 뽑았어요! 기본적으로 에피타이져에 디저트까지 코스로 나오는걸로 1인 1550k + 와인페어링 720k 주문했어요. 1인 12만원 정도로 살짝 부담스러운 가격이지만, 직접 먹어보니 한국에서는 한 2~2.5배는 줘야 가능할거라고 봅니다. 너무나 근사한 레스토랑에서 하나같이 다 맛있었던 음식들…
맛있습니다. 다만 전체적이 허브가 공통으로 들어가 입안에서 민트, 고수, 바질향이 입안에서 겉돌아서 아쉽습니다. 그래도 맛있는건 여전합니다
여기는 베트남의 진정한 미식가라면 반드시 가봐야할곳. 와아페어링의 조합과 코스요리는 글로벌 탑티어급이다. 강추한다. 한국인들은 비싸서 안올 수준이다

Mình đã có một bữa tối thật ý nghĩa tại Si. 🌸Về không gian rất là lãng mạn, tạo một cảm giác nhẹ nhàng khi ăn tối, tận hưởng từ từ độ ngon của các món ăn. 🌸 Về món ăn, mình thấy hầu như tất cả các món đều rất vừa vẹn, nguyên liệu rất fresh từ hải sản cho đến cừu, heo, bò, gà. Chef của Si đã làm cho mình thấy các món ăn đều rất là ngon và rất mới mẻ. Trình bày rất bắt mắt. Quá là ok 🌸 Về nhân viên, các bạn rất dễ thương, rất chuyên nghiệp, always smile. Mình sẽ ghé Si khi mình đến Đà Nẵng ❤️

📍Si Dining | Đà Nẵng Tách hẳn khu náo nhiệt sầm uất hàng quán, Si Dining chọn cho mình một góc riêng thoáng đãng bên bờ sông Hàn. Không gian kiến trúc mở, thiết kế sang trọng rộng rãi, bày trí rất đẹp. Set menu chủ yếu lấy từ trong thực đơn alc nên tụi mình chọn món. Vì buổi chiều cũng còn no nên tụi mình gọi vừa đủ. Starter cá cam rất ngon, vừa vặn. Món bò vị tươi ngon. Maincourse mình chọn cá theo ngày và hôm đó là cá mú được nấu đúng độ ngon nhất, mượt mà. Tín đồ dessert nên tụi mình gọi 2 món, Panna cotta guava và Mận hà nội - cả hai món đều rất hài hoà, đặc biệt là món Panna cotta tụi mình ăn rồi cảm giác ăn thêm nữa vẫn được.
đồ ăn và service 10 điểm, không gian quán thoải mái, phù hợp để tận hưởng buổi tối ở đây. mình dùng set Classi, món mực nướng BBQ làm rất ngon và pasta giả cầy vừa lạ vừa quen, nói chung là 💯 mình thích c bé nhân viên có niềng răng =))))) take care khách quá nhiệt tình, nói chuyện siêu dễ thương 😽
Mình rất yêu quý nhà hàng này. Mình đến lần đầu là tháng 12/2023 và lần này khi quay lại thực đơn đã thay đổi. Mọi món ăn ở đây đều có một cảm nhận là người đầu bếp họ dành rất nhiều tâm huyết để sáng tạo ra những món ăn tới thực khách. Thật sự rất trân trọng cái cách họ làm. Nhân viên cũng là một điểm nhấn của nhà hàng về sự chu đáo, nhiệt tình và rất hiểu sản phẩm. Si sẽ là nơi mình chọn để lui tới mỗi khi có dịp vào Đà Nẵng♥️♥️♥️
Đồ Ý khá ngon, khẩu phần vừa đủ. Mình ăn 3 món và 1 rượu vang. Các e phục vụ thì siêu dễ thương, chu đáo lắm. Đến đà nẵng thì phải thử nhaaa
Đây là lần đầu tiên mình ghé quán vì mình thấy nó ở trên Google đánh giá rất cao. Mình có 1 trãi nghiệm tuyệt vời ở đây. Thích không gian mở nhưng có điều hòa và nhiều cây xanh nên cảm giác rất dễ chịu. Đồ ăn đối với mình nhìn chung thì khá hợp khẩu vị. Gây ấn tượng mạnh nhất là món bò…tan chảy trong miệng với gia vị hoà quyện. Món tráng miệng ko ngọt đúng sở thích của mình và đặc biệt là các bạn nhân viên rất rất dễ thương. Mình đi 2 người nhưng chỉ gọi 1 set rượu (do minh ko uống được) nhưng các bạn ấy lúc mang lên lại mang thêm 1 cái ly cho minh và mời hẳn mình 1 ly. Mình cũng đồng ý nếm 1 chút nhưng mình cảm giác rất tinh tế trong khâu tiếp khách của quán 👍👍
Mọi thứ đều tuyệt, trừ âm thanh mình thấy hơi làm mình bị mệt. Có lẽ nhạc beats hơi nhanh như đi fashion show vậy 🥲 ăn nhưng mình luôn trong trạng thái vội, và bị hồi hộp vì tim mình đập nhanh theo nhạc í. Nhà hàng có thể đổi sang nhạc nhẹ nhàng hơn, để khách hàng có thể chậm rãi, sâu lắng, thưởng thức món ăn hơn. Cảm ơn các bạn nhân viên vậy chú bảo vệ vì đã quá nhiệt tình, cảm ơn các anh đầu bếp về bữa ăn quá tuyệt. Bếp trưởng có ra chào từng bàn, mình thấy cũng là điểm nhấn của nhà hàng khi cảm thấy chào đón chu đáo ❤️ mọi thứ đều rất chuyên nghiệp và chỉnh chu!

Le jeu des saveurs est à la hauteur d’un restaurant Michelin, tout comme l’atmosphère du restaurant. Un mot tout particulier pour le service, qui est irréprochable. Le restaurant dispose de tables intimistes, parfaites pour deux, et d’une salle privée permettant l’accueil de groupes. Cela permet de garder un calme auprès des tables de 2/4 personnes. C’est particulièrement agréable dans un restaurant ayant un nombre restreint de places disponibles.

We visited for Valentine’s Day with high expectations, especially given the Michelin Selected status. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough, but unfortunately not memorable enough for us to return. We began with the oyster, abalone and snail salad. The oysters were fresh and enjoyable, but the abalone was very tough. As this was our first time trying it, we may not be experts, but from what we have seen elsewhere it is usually sliced very thinly and trimmed more carefully. This version was quite chewy and could definitely have been prepared better. Tabasco was also not brought with the oysters and we had to ask. There was also an issue with our reservation. My partner booked well in advance for Valentine’s Day and received confirmation, yet our booking was somehow not in their system when we arrived. As the restaurant was very busy, we were genuinely worried we might not be able to dine. The staff handled the situation politely and offered prosciutto and a glass of champagne while we waited, which we appreciated, but it was still surprising that this happened. The pork shoulder with truffle and horseradish cranberry potato foam was good but not particularly exciting. The menu even lists it as “foarm” rather than foam, which felt slightly careless for a Michelin Selected restaurant. Visually and texturally, the potato element was more like a cream or light sauce. Flavour wise it was good, though missing a real wow factor. For mains, the seaweed fed lamb was served in three styles. The slow cooked piece was excellent and very tender, but the lemon jam was almost impossible to taste, which was slightly disappointing. The lamb brasato with gnocchi was tender and enjoyable, but the pecorino was barely noticeable despite being a cheese that normally has a strong, salty presence. Dessert was the biggest letdown. As an Italian, I was especially interested to see how the classic desserts would be interpreted. The panna cotta was very plain and lacked the creamy vanilla depth one would expect. I do appreciate when restaurants create modern twists on classics, but the cannoli felt a bit confusing. The menu simply lists cannoli, ricotta cream and pistachio, so we were expecting something closer to the traditional texture and structure. What arrived was quite different, particularly the shell, and flavour wise the pistachio and ricotta notes were very muted. The coconut cream was pleasant, but it did not feel very Italian. We were also served small chocolate bites with the bill. While the gesture was appreciated, they were extremely bitter and not particularly enjoyable. Service throughout was friendly and professional. The overall plating was neat but did not quite feel at Michelin Selected level. Overall, the meal lacked some of the depth of flavour and technical precision we would expect at this level. The concept feels closer to contemporary European fusion with Italian references rather than a traditional Italian approach. It was an enjoyable evening, but not one we would choose to repeat.

We went there on Valentine’s Day. A TON of people, the restaurant was packed. Our reservation was at 9:00 pm, but since it was crowded we only got to our table around 9:30 (some other people who came to 9:00 got to their table even later). However!!! The chef was really nice and proposed to cover the bill and I really appreciate it. The atmosphere and sitting is really nice, we enjoyed it. Nothing more I can say about it. We didn’t order the set, decided to try à la carte. We ordered couple of appetisers and 2 main dishes. I wouldn’t say that wagyu was the best quality for that price, but generally, the meat itself is quite good. Another thing, is that we ordered oysters and they came half frozen (with some pieces of ice). Other than that, all other dishes were really good! So overall, the place is really good and I give it the benefit of the doubt because of Valentine’s Day! It was really hectic and I understand that the staff was overwhelmed. Nevertheless the small moments, 5 stars for sure

According to our server, the chef is an Italian who loves Vietnamese cuisine, so he creates a menu of fusion food which take advantage of local ingredients with Italian style. All dishes we ordered are delicious and well presented. And tastes are rich and delectable. It appears nothing on the menu can be wrong. As it located on a quiet street, it is highly recommended for special occasions.

Went with the Valentines set menu and drinks pairing. We arrived at the restaurant when it was fairly empty and the service was nice and fast, a little too fast for my liking as we didn’t really have time much time between dishes. The food was okay with the fish being a bit overcooked. Later on it was very difficult to get the servers attention. We asked for water 3 times. After a while a waiter came and refilled our glasses with still water, and a few minutes later another waiter came and topped up our glasses up with sparkling water. When our dessert came we waited 20 minutes to remind the waitress we haven’t gotten our drink pairing yet. After 30 minutes we got it without much explanation what it was - but it was very mediocre and our dessert were already soggy at that time. I understand it was a busy day but considering bookings had to be made long in advance it can hardly be a surprise nor difficult to plan for in order to provide appropriate service. The overall experience wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t come back for an important occasion
Yesterday evening we had dinner at Si Dining. It was the second time we ate here. Every dish was fantastic and the wine superb. Beautiful compositions like a painting with excellent flavours well chosen. Chef Alessio is an artist. In France or Holland where i come from this would be a 2 star michelin restaurant .Thank you for this wonderful experience, Chef. I love italian food but this is of a much higher level, MR and Mrs Breukel Weertman and guests

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived to our departure. Staff was very attentive and nothing was rushed. All meals were very well presented and delicious. Only one suggestion….the lamb pasta was a small portion considering it was a main course.
The ambience is perfect for a romantic date night. Service is top notch by any standard: attentive and on point without being fussy. But the food, most of all, is superb. Well-executed, beautifully presented - I knew right away I would come back. Perhaps as early as the next night 😂
We had a great experience with this restaurant even though we unfortunately couldn’t complete our meal. My husband suddenly fell sick and had to leave early. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient throughout everything. Their hospitality and professionalism truly stood out, and we really appreciate how they handled the situation with so much care. We were really looking forward to dining here and we hope to come back again next time. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is beautifully designed, with a warm, intimate, and romantic atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. What truly sets Si Dining apart is Chef Alessio Rasom, who is also the co-founder and owner. He personally came to our table, took the time to talk with us, and thoughtfully curated our menu. The dishes were expertly paired with wines from his home region, making the experience both unique and deeply personal. Chef Alessio also kindly invited us to try several signature dishes of the restaurant. Every single dish was exceptional—refined, creative, and full of character. Over the past six weeks, I had the opportunity to dine at one Michelin two-star restaurant and one Michelin one-star restaurant in Washington, DC. Honestly, I enjoyed Si Dining more than both of them. The experience felt more authentic, heartfelt, and memorable. ✨ Highly recommended. A truly memorable dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented like a work of art, with incredible attention to detail and clear passion from the chef. The flavors were well balanced, ingredients tasted fresh, and from appetizers to desserts, everything was impressive and thoughtfully crafted. Just one small suggestion: I think the owner should consider adding more lighting at the front entrance where the elderly security guard stands. My husband and I arrived around 7:30 PM, and I honestly got a little startled because under the tree, in the dark, I suddenly noticed a silver-haired man standing there. I even rubbed my eyes twice before realizing he was smiling at me. It turned into a funny memory, but better lighting would definitely make guests feel more comfortable upon arrival. They all tasted nicely but I think some dishes could be taken away as it was a lot of food Like the abalone salad and the pigeon dish. Especially the pigeon dish could be improved by smoking it more or cooked it more. It was a bit too raw. The wagyu beef was very heavy as last dish. Could be placed a bit earlier. Also, as an italian restaurant, I also missed the typical italian dishes. A bit more pasta inspired dishes would be nice. But overall a very good experience.

The cashier, Ms. Trinh, showed highly inappropriate behavior by glaring at me and clearly expressing annoyance after I had paid more than 17 million VND for my guests’ meal. I only asked a simple and reasonable question about when the dessert would be served and whether it could be brought out sooner. Instead of receiving a polite or professional response, I was given only vague answers such as “it’s coming,” with no clear explanation. Even after waiting over 15 minutes, the dessert was still not served. More disappointingly, Ms. Trinh’s attitude gave the impression that she believed working at a high-end restaurant gave her the right to treat Vietnamese customers rudely and with disrespect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional, regardless of the restaurant’s position or image. I would like to provide additional clarification following the restaurant’s response. First, I would like to clarify that the guests dining that evening were not regular or returning customers of the restaurant. In fact, they were not familiar with the restaurant at all. I personally researched and selected this restaurant over a year ago and chose to bring my guests here based on that research. On this occasion, I also clearly asked my guests whether they wished to visit the restaurant specifically to meet the Italian chef. Only after their agreement did we return to dine here. Therefore, it is inaccurate to describe them as the restaurant’s “regular guests” or to imply that I was not part of the decision-making process. As the tour guide who introduced and brought the guests to the restaurant, my role was to coordinate timing and ensure the overall experience ran smoothly. My questions regarding the dessert were solely for scheduling purposes, as my guests had subsequent plans. At no point did I raise my voice, use inappropriate language, or behave in a confrontational or threatening manner. The issue was not the waiting time itself, but the lack of clear communication and the unprofessional attitude shown when a simple and reasonable question was asked. Being given vague responses such as “it’s coming,” without any estimated timing, does not meet the standard of service expected in a fine dining restaurant. I respect that the restaurant supports its staff. However, I also stand by my feedback, which reflects my genuine experience that evening. This review is written not to create conflict, but to clarify facts and highlight areas where communication and service professionalism can be improved for future guests.

Just one small suggestion: I think the owner should consider adding more lighting at the front entrance where the elderly security guard stands. My husband and I arrived around 7:30 PM, and I honestly got a little startled because under the tree, in the dark, I suddenly noticed a silver-haired man standing there. I even rubbed my eyes twice before realizing he was smiling at me. It turned into a funny memory, but better lighting would definitely make guests feel more comfortable upon arrival. A Masterclass in Hospitality — Better than Michelin! We made a last-minute decision to dine at SI in the quiet riverside area of Da Nang, and it was easily the best decision of our trip. To put this in perspective: we have dined at several Michelin-rated and 3 Michelin-guided restaurants over the last six weeks, and SI beats them all. The location is serene and the ambiance is perfect, but what truly sets this place apart is the soul behind the food. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and Chef Alessio Rasom (the co-founder) is a revelation. I’ve personally renamed him “Mr. Friendly and Wonderful” because of his incredible warmth and presence. Having him as our personal chef for the evening made the experience unforgettable. The Food: The flavors are authentically Italian but elevated by a very subtle, sophisticated hint of a Vietnamese accent. It is a brilliant fusion that feels natural and exciting. As first-timers, we were also surprised with several bonus dishes that were simply spectacular. Please excuse the length of this review, but an experience this exceptional deserves every word. If you are in Da Nang, do not let this place pass you by. It is a world-class culinary gem tucked away by the river. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
Excellent, I wish there were more restaurants of this quality in Da Nang. The food and service were excellent, with top marks for the lamb belly and radiatori. And of course the bonus birthday dish, which was very sweet of you. My only criticism, and I really don't want to, is my mojito - it missed the mark for me. I couldn't taste the rum, which I'm sure was good quality. I only write this as feedback :)
We had a great evening to celebrate my husband's Birthday. Staff is attentive. Two things I was not very happy about is, I tried to order lobster but it was unavailable at 7:15pm, the reason is they have a party on second floor, so they run out of lobsters. But I have never experienced this in any Michelin star restaurant. Another thing is there is a toddler sitting right next to us keep grunting, it does not feel good for your dining experience. Overall it is slightly not meeting my expectations

Their moscato on offer was light, refreshing, and sweet while not being too overbearing. The mille foglie was the most delicious desert I've had in a while. I could honestly eat a metre by metre squared of it. Recommend this restaurant highly for both food and service.
I had already been to Si Dining twice before, and I knew exactly what I was coming back for. This time, however, I decided to return with an Italian friend of mine, because I wanted him to truly understand the level of this place. And he did. Completely. What we experienced was not just dinner, but a gastronomic journey driven by passion, knowledge, and absolute mastery of the craft. Every dish was precise, deep, balanced, and full of personality. You can feel that nothing is left to chance: the choice of ingredients, the respect for the products, the technique, and the vision behind each plate. My friend, who has eaten very well all his life and knows Italian cuisine at a high level, said something that says it all: “I have never eaten like this, not even in Italy.” That alone should make you understand what kind of place Si Dining is. Chef Alessio doesn’t just cook, he tells a story through food. He knows the territory, the origin of the products, the animals, the suppliers, and you can feel an incredible respect for every ingredient that arrives on the plate. There is authenticity, courage, and a clear identity. This was one of those rare dinners that leave you genuinely impressed, grateful, and inspired. Was in town for vacation & lucky to get a table with this beautiful cozy restaurant. The service is excellent. Every staff we encountered was all smiles, friendly and knowledgeable. The tartare was delicious. The black pork was savory. The truffle chicken was tender. Ravioli and Cuttlefish to me was average.

Hầu như mỗi món đều được kết hợp khéo léo với các loại rau quen thuộc: húng, tía tô, rau mùi… Không hề lấn át, mà nâng vị, làm món ăn có chiều sâu hơn, vừa lạ vừa thân thuộc. Và rồi mọi thứ thực sự vỡ lẽ khi mình được nghe câu chuyện phía sau căn bếp: chàng bếp trưởng Tây và chị vợ Việt Nam. Một câu chuyện tình lãng mạn, đủ lâu, đủ sâu để người đầu bếp không chỉ nấu ăn ở Việt Nam mà còn hiểu Việt Nam, sống cùng văn hoá Việt và đưa nó vào từng đĩa thức ăn. The ravioli sauce was so good, I asked for a slice of sourdough to finish. Thank goodness they brought two slices bc it was an unbelievably light, airy, crispy delight. They kindly helped me order a fresh loaf from their Em Bakery in Hoi An for next-day delivery. Wine list has amazing scope, including Czech and Lebanese wines. Shout-out for the sparkling clean RIEDEL Winewings stemware. Desserts were sublime. Chef-owner's family background of bakers is also evident in the ethereal millefoglie, each crispy bite fragrant with rich butter. A gracious gentleman opened our car door upon arrival, then lovely young staff greeted us at the door and proceed to take excellent, warm care of us. The best pork I had in my life. This is not only our favorite restaurant in Vietnam bur our favorite restaurant in the world. We can't say that we've been to hundreds of nice fancy restaurants around the world but we've been to a few and Si Dining is our number one. Every time we visit, we're still amazed at the flavor from each dish. And every time, the service has been absolutely amazing. Special shout out to Mình! He had only seen us once back in May of this year but somehow still remembered us and what we ordered last time. His service, attitude, and personality are topnotch. 👏👏👏 We came to Da Nang last year to celebrate our anniversary thinking it was a one time visit but somehow - we've celebrated one birthday and two anniversaries at Si Dining. 😍 We always get beetroot salad and lamb but decided to also try the pork this time. It was so moist and tender. I never imagined this kind of texture for a pork dish. We were served some special orders that honestly we would've totally ordered and paid for if we knew they were that good. For the sashimi starter, I did not expect that specific fish could ever be used for sashimi but it was so refreshing and delicious! Our first experience of fine dining in Da Nang. A pleasant evening of Italian fusion with Vietnamese produce. My husband is not a fan of seafood and they easily changed the set menu to accommodate his palate. The wine pairing with the food was exceptional. I just wish I knew what each drink was so I could indulge at a later stage. The sparkling and pilot noir were delightful sips to the dishes. The decor was beautiful. The canapes to start with were delicious. The Tomato Gazpacho was summer in my mouth. The Salami Fennel Bruschetta, divine and the bread ..... wow. The Rainbow Beetroot Salad fresh and delightful with each bite I took. I especially adored the yoghurt dressing and hidden Gorgonzola. The BBQ Squid and Wagyu Steak were executed beautifully and the twist on the classic Tiramisu Dessert a wonderful way to finish the meal. I loved the special touches in the female bathroom to help you freshen up from the hygiene products, tooth brush, toothpaste and mints. Just the perfect touch. We dined as a party of two. We ordered 1 starter, 2 main dish, and 1 dessert. Both the staff and the chef were so kind, and we were truly impressed! Also, when we mentioned that we wanted to share the dishes (other than the dessert), they kindly served each one on two separate plates. The service was absolutely wonderful. The prices were reasonable, and this has become one of the restaurants we’d love to visit again! The tiramisu and the tomato-based gnocchi were especially delicious.
Lovely place for dinner in Da Nang. Portion is generous, well-priced and most importantly: delicious. Dessert was the highlight of my meal. Have to say the tiramisu and plum panacotta are the best dessert that I have tried so far, far better than dessert at 3 star Michelin in Singapore like Lesamis or Odette. The wagyu beef is my second favorite dish. Good quality of meat and interesting choice of sauce which is so thoughtfully prepared.

I went here, after Si dining was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I must say, I was blown away by the experience and the food. Italian cuisine, but using very special local ingredients and really masterful wine pairings were administered with great skill and charm. I had the signature tasting menu and some of these dishes were comparable to 2 star and 3 star Michelin dishes. Highlights for me were the Cheese Ravioli with black truffle, pairing by a very silky Italian Pinot Noir and I also absolutely loved the Pigeon with beetroot. The Chardonnay that was served by Trinh - the talented sommelier - really elevated and rounded out the dish. Highly recommended. I think this place deserves a Michelin star. Or maybe two....

Khi check bàn với nhân viên thì bạn nhân viên dẫn thẳng tôi đến cái bàn ngay lối ra vào bếp ở khu dưới ko 1 khách nào và rất nónggggg. Khi tôi yêu cầu đổi bàn thì nv ko hề cho tôi biết trên lầu có phòng máy lạnh và tất cả mọi khách đều dùng bữa trên đó. Bạn tôi phải tự lên check và yêu cầu chuyển bàn. Trong khi trên đó ko hề full bàn và ko bàn bàn có để thẻ bàn đã đặt. Thứ 2, các bàn khác (hầu hết là khách tây) các bạn đều đem 1 rổ tre ra cho khách để túi, nhưng bàn chúng tôi thì không. Về thức ăn thì tôi ko ngờ món ngon nhất trong toàn bữa ăn lại là welcome food của nhà hàng. Ngoại trừ món súp cà chua (y chang cà chua dầm đá) 2 món welcome ngon, lạ. Nhưng tại sao các bạn lại phục vụ món starter chung với món welcome, trong khi tôi gọi starter là mực nang nướng, khi tôi dùng tới mực thì nó đã nguội, và đã hơi tanh. Các bạn có hiểu chính xác việc canh giờ phục vụ lần lượt từng món ăn ko, nhất là đối với các món hải sản tươi. Điều đáng nói nhất, các bạn kết hợp mực tươi với khoai tây nghiền. Món khoai tây nghiền mà tui tưởng chè khoai, siêu ngọttttt, và nó ko ăn nhập 1 chút nào với đĩa mực, nó phá vỡ toàn bộ kết cấu món ăn, đang ăn mực tươi, mặn với tỏi đen rồi ăn nguyên cục chè khoai vừa ngọt vừa ngấy toàn mùi sữa. Nó quá ngọt để làm đồ ăn kèm với món mặn dù là mực hay gà. Các bạn là nhà hàng chuyên món âu mà các bạn nấu khoai tây nghiền như chè khoai sữa. Các bạn thật sáng tạo. Món ăn bình thường, có tươi mới, nhưng ko đủ độ wow với mức giá mà tôi phải trả cho các bạn. Nó ko đem lại 1 ấn tượng nào khiến tôi phải nhớ và muốn ăn lại. Điều cuối cùng các bạn gửi mail hỏi feedback khách làm gì khi các bạn ko trả lời lại feedback của khách. Bạn tôi trả lời yêu cầu feedback của các bạn và đã đợi hơn 1 tuần vẫn ko có hồi âm, gửi lại lần 2 cũng ko thấy. Vậy các bạn có tôn trọng khách hàng của mình hay không?
Mình thì đánh giá không cao lắm về nhà hàng này, đồ ăn có món tạm ổn món không, mỳ ở đây mình thấy giống sợi phở hơn khô và hơi cứng, phần cá của bạn mình còn sống, nhà hàng đã xin lỗi và đưa lại phần cá khác. trong hơn 4 món mình ăn thì mình chỉ thấy phần mực là ổn nhất, mình thấy để là nhà hàng Ý nhưng nó kiểu nửa vời á vị là một nửa Việt Nam còn nữa khác thì mình không biết. Phục vụ thì cũng chưa ổn lắm. Được cái không gian ở đây có vẽ lãng mạng ít ồn ào dễ nói chuyện
Tụi mình tổ chức ngày kỉ niệm ở đâyy. Không gian quán siêu thích hợp để hẹn hò. Phục vụ rất nice. Quán tặng tráng miệng cho ngày kỉ niệm của tụi mình nữa. Đồ ăn có món thịt heo nấu 3 kiểu mình thấy dễ ăn nhất.
Đồ ăn rất ngon và độc đáo. Nên thử steak ở đây miếng bò tan trong miệng. Nhân viên phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình!
This is one of the best fusion Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent, and we had a really memorable time. Prices are fair, and the food was great. They gave us a small snack before the meal, which was a nice surprise. One of the sweetest moments was when the staff offered us Moscato to celebrate. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy good food.
Our first dinner in Da Nang and it certainly did not disappoint. The restaurant is small and cozy but with an excellent chic ambiance. Perfect for date night. The staff is well trained and coordinated, and very attentive. After some complimentary welcome bites from the kitchen, we enjoyed our starters and mains. The food is impressive Italian executed on a true fine dining level, but with some creative fusion touches. It’s done very well. I personally loved the prawn salad with peach and lemon. We were impressed by the taste, presentation, creativity, and generosity from the kitchen. At the end of the meal the chef came out to greet us and we had a nice chat. They are doing everything right at this restaurant, hope they keep up the good work! A great team effort overall from everyone here. Would love to dine at Si again if we return to Da Nang.
Update: We came back(5 times) and this place truly impressed us with food and their customer service. I changed my rating to 5 stars. Food - We chose the 8-course signature menu. While most dishes were unexpectedly flavorful, the last three courses were mediocre. The ravioli had a well-seasoned filling, but the outside was too firm; an additional 30 seconds of cooking might have improved its texture. The spaghetti dish was disappointing, resembling standard spaghetti found at many restaurants. The final savory course, pan-seared pigeon with tamarind sauce, lacked the expected sourness, tasting predominantly sweet. However, I admit that the meat was perfectly cooked. Service - While the food was generally impressive, the service did not meet expectations, especially considering the premium pricing. Throughout the dinner, I wasn’t asked if i wanted another beer, and my water glass remained empty until I requested a refill multiple times. This lack of proactive service detracted from the overall dining experience. Thats why i gave it 4* but there is room for improvement. Location - The restaurant is off the grid but it only takes 15 minutes to get there from downtown. Overall, i did like the food. i would recommend this restaurant to my friend and definitely come back in the future
What an extraordinary experience. It’s like a food journey, Started from the sea, up in the air, back to the sea again and then land and then north pole melting ice, took 2:30 hours to complete. The wine pairing is one of a kind too. This is my second time here, never disappointed.
We had the privilege of dining at this wonderful Michelin Guide restaurant, which offers a truly unique Italian menu. It was a delightful surprise as it was much more contemporary than traditional, with a clever Vietnamese-influenced twist that felt fresh. The tropical ambiance created the perfect backdrop for our meal. We started with three exceptional dishes: the kampachi ceviche, langoustine, and an incredible oyster, abalone & snail salad with green beans. For our mains, we enjoyed the pigeon prepared two ways and the savory A5 Wagyu beef. Every single dish was perfectly balanced, with no single flavor overpowering another. It was a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend the oyster and abalone starter(total standout) and be sure to order a carb to complement your meal.
In a nutshell: Service: Well trained Food: Tasty and creative Atmosphere: Premium feel perfect for a date When we arrived we were immediately greeted and seated at our table by service team. After ordering, we had nice appetisers that came together with our drinks. We had a nice Italian wine recommended by the chef and it was perfectly paired with our dishes. The food was excellent and really tasty. We were 3 guests and we ordered a few starters and main courses to then be shared among us. Every dishes were pre divided in 3 plates and served to us. That was a really nice touch. The combination of Italian and Vietnamese flavours makes the food really special. For instance, the Ravioli filled with Gorgonzola cheese was enjoyed by all our table. Finally the atmosphere is really nice. Firstly the music is at the perfect volume. They have beautiful artworks that surrounds the room tastefully. Thank you to all the team that made that dinner special!
It’s the kind of restaurant you spend a fortune and go to McDonald’s after because you are still hungry. The best parts were 1. Impeccable service worthy of Michelin star. 2. The free food at the beginning. 3. The wine. However the starter and main course were lacking in seasoning, texture and just general balance to the dish. You would have better street food for 60k dong and I spent 2 million here . The fish in my main course was over cooked, had there been vegetables or other accompanying items this may have been less noticeable, but just this and and under seasoned sauce was highly underwhelming. I would not return and I believe the Michelin recommendation is unfounded.

They have truly outdone themselves and blasted my expectations out of the roof. Was definitely not expecting to have the best Italian food outside of Italy. The kind servers even had excellent attention to detail and asked if the food was for sharing and got the kitchen to portion and individually plate each dish for each person. Food was spectacular.

Nice decor and ambience... The food was fusion and full of flavors. The reason for 4 stars when comes to food was due to the texture of the pasta sheets. The pasta was not as "silky smooth" as it should be. Other than that, I personally couldn't fault the dishes. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great night out at Si Dining. Wishing them all the best and hopefully they will get a Michelin Star soon...
had a delightful evening celebrating our wedding anniversary at Si Dining! The ambience is lovely! The menu is curated specially to blend the authentic Italian taste with Vietnamese local produce.. Head chef Alessio had specially prepared a vegetarian and scrumptious meal for me. Mimi provided impressive service and recommended us with the right food and drink combination.. Since I had made a reservation in advance, informing the restaurant about my anniversary, they even prepared a complimentary starter as well as special dessert for us! Great hospitality by the team. This has been the best dining experience we have had so far in Vietnam. Hoping to visit them next time!

I have high expectation before coming as this is a michelin star restaurant, and it did not disappoint me. We ordered one classic set and ordered 1 main and 1 starter. The portion is each dish is quite a lot and enough for sharing among 2 persons. The dish here is like fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine. Each dish tastes special and is quite delicious. Highly recommended for special occasion like birthday or anniversary celebration. The atmosphere here is great too!
The whole dining experience is much better than I expected. The restaurant location is quite unique and the atmosphere is great! Staff are friendly and helpful. Since they have a lot of waiters and waitress so that to make sure every table is served well. One little advice : staff may need to train more on wine knowledge so that they can share more for wine pairing intro. Food: amazing. Creative plating and great taste. I could tell the tasting layer and the ingredients was fresh. Overall experience was so great. Highly recommended.
What a nice place! In the middle of Da Nang, but in a cosy and quiet area where you can hear the birds singing 🎵 And here you also can get an Italian-Vietnam fusion kitchen, and it tastes incredible! The staff is super friendly and the house melts into the surroundings in a greater way. Highly recommended!
Was cracking my head to find a place to celebrate my husband's birthday in Da Nang when i chanced upon Si Dining on Google. Read through the reviews and was sceptical that this place has a perfect score, but i decided to give it a go and made a reservation. Staff handled the reservation professionally and effectively. I ordered their signature course with and additional starter and a Main which was nothing short of phenomenal. The way the chef was able to incorporate different ingredients and flavours was mind blowing. The knowledge and attentiveness and level of personalization offered by the restaurant and service staff was superb. Both my husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed the grastronomical experience and impeccable service. All i can say is Bravo Sia dining, you are now one of the top in my list of recommendations.🥰❤️❤️
5 out of 5 The food was definitely the highlight of the restaurant but the service team deserves praise for their excellent hospitality and knowledge. There were amuse-bouche served to us before dinner and they were incredible. Especially the fish ball. I'd recommend the mushroom ravioli and the fish of the day bbq. Both were my favourites!
Six of us were blown away. Every dish is delicious, particularly the steak, beetroot salad, ravioli… Service by Mimi is exceptional who recommended us all the perfect dish and dessert. If you are looking for fine dining in Danang, check this out.
My first visit to SI Dining was excellent. Firstly the service was fantastic. Waiters and waitresses that can engage you and know their menu. The food I sampled was a beautiful combination of textures, flavours and unusual ingredients. Looking into green foliage with the river in the background made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will definitely return.
Overall service was okay. Unacceptable to find a fish bone in the dish, service staff made no attempt to inform chef (nothing was done if chef actually knew about it) and no apology. Food was generally tasty, octopus was just overcooked but the BBQ squid was perfectly cooked. Tasted both set - classic & signature, disappointed more than surprised.

Absolutely splendid. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! To start, they give you complimentary snacks that set the expectation of the dining experience. The croissant with ham on it is brilliant but my personal favorite was actually the pickle radish. It was sweet and tangy - very refreshing. We had the a la carte menu as the set seems to be a lot of food. The squid for starters was so nice. It is very tender and you can taste the char on it! For main, we got pigeon with foie gras and the lamb. Both of it has layers of flavor - we absolutely enjoyed it. The service was exceptional. The warm towel at the very beginning was a very nice touch especially when it was raining and quite chilly.

Merveilleux dîner tout en délicatesse dans un décor paisible. Attention, ici on n’est pas dans un restaurent italien. On fait une cuisine aux parfums d’Italie agrémentée de saveurs d’Asie. On sent toute l’attention portée au plat et au travail de la matière première. Cette soirée restera un excellent souvenir et ma meilleure expérience culinaire de ce voyage.

What a wonderful place to take a date or nice family dinner. The ambience and service were perfect for this fine dining. The food of course all taste what a Michelin restaurant should taste. Subtle flavor combine with freshness of seafood, lamb, and steak is absolutely wonderful. Timing is important so we love the timing for each entree to come out once we finish with the dish. Great job with the chef and staff for working together and providing one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Love the atmosphere at here, cosy, nice lighting, nice decorations of the place; The foods were great, carefully prepared, attentive cookings and combination of Italian and Vietnamese flavors. Just the cheese platter, I didn’t quite like them. The service was a bit slow, I think they were short of staffs on the floor, we need to remind them about the food being served on time (a bit slow) and the wine when our glasses were empty, we need to remind staffs to refill as well. Overall, it was a lovely night at Si Dining. Thank you!!!
Fine dine at its best. Foods taste amazing with infused local twist. Have ordered Classic set together with other Ala carte option. Service is top-notch as servers are attentive and able to speak good English. Open-air concept, dress light would be preferred . Do drop by if you want to experience fine dine in Danang!
its a great experience 👍🏻 the ambience is very welcoming. staff are very attentive and they know how to take care of you (and your kids - they offered off the menu kids food for them). excellent food, every single dish we ordered was fantastic and my personal favourite is the ox tongue 😋 highly recommended!

Thức ăn rất tươi và ngon. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp. 🌟Bạn hãy thử hương vị Hàu tươi mới và cao cấp nhất tại Si nhé. Với sự kết hợp nước sốt cải ngựa, kem đá bào táo xanh và cần tây, đây là món khai vị nhẹ nhàng, tinh tế trước bữa tối.

Quán ăn mình đánh giá chất lượng nhất ở Đà Nẵng, mình đã và sẽ ăn nhiều lần ở đây. Khẩu phần ăn trong 1 set cực kỳ hợp lý, đầu bếp đã nêm nếm hợp khẩu vị với người Việt. Nhân viên được đào tạo kiến thức về từng món ăn lẫn cách phục vụ, cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện.
Chưa thử các món ăn buổi chiều nhưng thưởng thức cà phê buổi sáng nhiều lần. Không gian đẹp, các món nước trái cây khá ngon tuy nhiên chưa có nhiều lựa chọn. Thái độ phục vụ rất tốt, nhanh nhẹn lịch sự

Ngon lắm nha. Mình không thích đồ tây nhưng thỉnh thoảng vẫn ăn. Không gian ở đây yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, mấy lần đến thấy hầu như là khách nước ngoài.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Si Dining. The ambiance is very welcoming, upon arrival there is a guy open the car door and usher us reception. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. I browse through online menu prior visiting to decide on lobster, however the menu on that day did not have it. After checking with waitress, the chef didn't find any good lobster on that day and removed from menu. That is some quality assurance from high standard chef right that. Have to mention the food presentation is beautiful and the taste is amazing. Pork dish is succulent and probably the best I had so far. Highly recommend and will be back if have the chance.
I really enjoyed dinning here and would recommend this place if you want to try fine dinning and good Italian food! The chef and staffs were really attentive and friendly. Even though there were slight delay in serving our food due to a large group of guest who arrived after us, the staffs and chefs personally apologised to the customers and us! I would also recommend coming down earlier as when we arrived we had ordered some dishes such as the fish but it was sold out of the day! So highly recommend to visit earlier! But the food, level of attentiveness and the interaction we had with the chef made the whole experience really good! They also accommodated to the birthday requests such as the cake and birthday song which was very pleasant! I would recommend the set menu if you are visiting as I enjoyed every dish in it! The duck pasta was my favourite!

Đúng chuẩn nhà hàng Ý hiếm hoi ở ĐN. Bạn bếp trưởng xuất sắc trong kết hợp nguyên liệu địa phương vào các món Ý. Có thực đơn theo ngày tuỳ thuộc vào nguyên liệu và cảm hứng của Bếp. Không nhiều Nhà hàng dám phục vụ kiểu Tasting dining ở thành phố này như SI!
Không gian tuyệt vời với cây cối xanh mát hài hoà, view ngắm hoàng hôn thơ mộng. Chef thân thiện và nhiệt tình, món ăn đậm chất Ý.

Món ăn ngon tuyệt, mà phần ăn cũng khá nhiều, ăn no căng luôn ạ. Thực đơn cũng thay đổi thường xuyên, sáng tạo, kết hợp những thực phẩm theo mùa và gia vị Việt Nam, rất tuyệt vời. Vị trí nhà hàng khá đẹp, ngay bờ sông nhìn qua khu công viên châu á Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, ân cần, không có gì để chê.
Vew bờ sông siêu đẹp. Món ăn của đầu bếp Ý xịn nên khỏi bàn. Bò phô mai ngon "nhức nách" Pizza thì tròn vị và sẻ là điều tuyệt vời với tín đồ món Ý. Ăn 2 món xong no luôn... Tuyệt vời

Một buổi tối fine dining ở Đà Nẵng, tụi mình chọn set menu và thực sự hài lòng từ món đầu tiên đến món cuối cùng. Đồ ăn ngon, chuẩn chỉ về kỹ thuật, nhưng điều khiến bữa ăn này trở nên đáng nhớ lại nằm ở một chi tiết rất Việt Nam: “rau thơm”. Hầu như mỗi món đều được kết hợp khéo léo với các loại rau quen thuộc: húng, tía tô, rau mùi… Không hề lấn át, mà nâng vị, làm món ăn có chiều sâu hơn, vừa lạ vừa thân thuộc. Và rồi mọi thứ thực sự vỡ lẽ khi mình được nghe câu chuyện phía sau căn bếp: chàng bếp trưởng Tây và chị vợ Việt Nam. Một câu chuyện tình lãng mạn, đủ lâu, đủ sâu để người đầu bếp không chỉ nấu ăn ở Việt Nam mà còn hiểu Việt Nam, sống cùng văn hoá Việt và đưa nó vào từng đĩa thức ăn. Có lẽ vì thế mà những món ăn ở đây không chỉ ngon, mà còn có cảm xúc. Không cầu kỳ quá mức chỉ là sự giao thoa rất đẹp giữa ẩm thực hiện đại và hương vị bản địa. Một trải nghiệm fine dining đáng thử ở Đà Nẵng, đặc biệt nếu bạn muốn tìm thứ gì đó khác!
Tuyệt vời cho một buổi hẹn nếu hẹn ăn tối ở nơi này. Về phần đồ ăn, thật sự hợp gu mình nên mình đánh giá ở thang điểm khá cao và không có góp ý gì thêm. Nhân viên dễ thương, take care khách rất chu đáo, không gian khá thoải mái. Giá cả hợp lý vì xứng đáng, sẽ quay lại ❤️
Bữa tối tuyệt vời, ánh sáng êm dịu và tiếng nhạc du dương, mọi thứ vừa vặn, không quá cầu kỳ, không xa cách, phù hợp cho bữa ăn thân mật với nhau. Mọi món ăn được thiết kế chỉn chu, từng chi tiết nhỏ tạo điểm nhấn về thẩm mỹ nhưng vẫn tạo tầng lớp hương vị tinh tế. Chúng tôi thực sự hài lòng về sự phục vụ chu đáo của các bạn nhân viên, quan tâm đến khẩu vị của em bé nhỏ nhà chúng tôi. Cảm ơn Si Dining về bữa ăn, về hai món ăn bất ngờ dành tặng chúng tôi vào cuối buổi, hơi nhiều một chút nhưng thực sự đáng quý. Hẹn gặp lại Si Dining nhé.
