에어컨룸이 있고 여유로운 식사공간. 가볍게 브런치하러 들어왔다가 햄버거가 너무너무너무 맛있어서 배부른데 반미도 추가로 시켰어요. 머쉬룸베이컨 파스타도 괜찮았고 이 곳에서 첫 반미샌드위치 매콤한 맛으로 시켰는데 맛있네요~햄버거 꼭 드세요!사람이 왜 없는지 이상할 정도로 최고로 맛있었어요.👍🏻😋 코코넛커피도 콩카페보다 훨씬 저렴함

Tôi và gia đình đã đến đây 3 lần trong suốt chuyến đi Hội An của mình. Nhà hàng sạch sẽ và được chăm sóc kỹ càng. Thức ăn ngon, được phục vụ nhanh chóng và tử tế. Nếu trở lại Hội An tôi nhất định sẽ ghé thăm các bạn.
To be honest, I only had a cappuccino but that was a real good one. Nice staff and beautiful atmosphere both in and outside
Great food, like home but better. They had a high chair for our 2yo and got her a wooden bowl so we did t have to worry about her breaking anything.

We ate really well here — everything was delicious. We ordered the chicken with hummus, coconut Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee, and an amazing chicken parma, and every dish was excellent. The place itself is very beautiful and aesthetic, with a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal. The service was excellent and attentive throughout. Overall, the food was absolutely worth it. The menu is mostly Western-style dishes, but everything we tried was incredibly tasty. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.
food. both me and my wife liked chicken pasta, however, the pasta with prawns was controversial. although it was tasty, they serve it with the tomato sauce and unpeeled prawns. i had no chances to keep my hands and my clothes clean😌 atmosphere. we enjoyed sitting on the terrace, but the second floor is also cozy and warm price is normal or little bit higher in average here
Just had the famous smashed burger with avocado, bacon, cheese and all the other fixings. Must say, it way up there on the best burger I’ve ever had. So juicy and tasty. Very messy but well worth it. Cheers!
Update: After this happened, the staff member came upstairs and sincerely apologized to us. I appreciate that she acknowledged the situation and took responsibility. Very poor service attitude My friend and I traveled from Ho Chi Minh City back to our hometown in Hoi An for the Lunar New Year holiday. We found this café through positive reviews and decided to visit. We came on February 15, 2026 (28th day of the Lunar calendar). There were two staff members on shift that day (one older lady and one younger staff). Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, I could already feel an unfriendly attitude from the younger staff member. During the service, she kept sighing repeatedly. For example, when she came to ask if we were ready to order, I said not yet, and she sighed before going downstairs to get the menu. Later, I asked for a small cup of sugar syrup to add to my drink, and she sighed again before going to get it. Her facial expression and overall attitude made us feel uncomfortable. I don’t understand if we did anything wrong to deserve that kind of reaction. Or perhaps because we are Vietnamese customers, while the café usually serves many foreign guests, the attitude toward local customers is somehow different? It was our first time visiting, and sadly the experience was disappointing. The space and the food were good, but the service was truly poor.
Really lovely place to sit for a drink in a quieter part of the Old Town. We didn’t eat here but the food looked really nice and their coffees and beer were great!

The tea was good,but when i ordered pancakes? First they said they’re not available then they never arrived after 45-1h minutes of waiting,when we came? There were only 2 people so i don’t see a reason why it hadn’t arrived
The presentation of the food is really nice they take care of details, it is tasty, the place is clean and good, the coconut coffee was my favorite.

Quite expensive but the interior is nice and staff are kind. Nice clean restroom and 2nd floor balcony. No free water. Can recommend their burgers, they're really nice, but every time afterwards I have regretted ordering a burger in Vietnam... better stick to local food which is overpriced here😅

Cycling from HCMC I had enjoyed a lot of delicious Vietnamese food. Once in Hoi An I was yearning for a burger again. I stopped in here and had the "Baconator". Overall? A good burger, but the bacon was ridiculously undercooked. If you bit into it you couldn't bite through it and pulled out the entire strip as you put the burger down. Tell the cook to crisp up the bacon and that burger is a winner
if you are looking for a healthy option it is ideal. the service is very good and polite

אוכל טעים, שירות איום ונורא. חווית השירות הרעה ביותר שהייתה לנו בויאטנם. הזמנתי המבורגר כפול עם בצל מקורמל - מנה מובנית בתפריט, לא משהו מיוחד. קיבלתי אותו לאחר חבריי למרות שהזמנו יחד. קיבלתי אותו עם 0 קציצות. בפעם השנייה ולאחר זמן, קיבלתי אותו ללא בצל מקורמל. טעויות קורות וזה נסלח. מה שהיה נורא זה האופן העקבי שבו המלצרית התייחסה אלינו - מזלזלת, צינית, חסרת סבלנות ולא נעימה במידה יוצאת דופן. זו פעם ראשונה שנתקלנו ביחס כזה גרוע. הסתייגויות - 1. ההמבורגר עצמו היה טעים מאד. 2. המלצר האחר במשמרת היה נחמד ומקצועי וניסה לעזור לנו בתוך הסיטואציה הלא נעימה הזו.
Très bon burger, par contre le bacon n'était pas terrible, trop élastique. Les frites sont bonnes, le service est rapide, l'accueil agréable.

I'm going to be honest. I've been on vacation close to a month and I'm missing my regular breakfast. Us walking around. I saw "All day Breakfast"and with all the right menu items but my expectations are very low. Quite surprised that they delivered. The food items were bang on. Their coffee ☕ though is a bit too bitter for our taste. The service is good. The food is good. The restaurant property well maintain and it's beautiful. I would highly highly highly recommend. We'll come back here for dinner and every time I'm in Hoi An. ....just not for coffee 😁
Very well kept spot! They were even dusting the leaves off on the big plants! Services was fast and friendly. Food was spot on. Not sure why this place isn’t packed for breakfast.

Mom and I stopped off for lunch. The burger and loaded fries were a taste of home, and mom took her left over Mushroom pasta for dinner that night. We will be back.. The staff were incredible😍😍😍
Dette er et godt valg, hvis man lige får brug for noget andet, at spise end vietnamesisk mad på et tidspunkt. De laver nogle virkelige lækre burgere og pommes. Hele vores familie var begejstrede for maden, og den vegetariske burger med avocado.

This place was a nice break from Vietnamese food. My kids loved the burger. I shared half a double cheese with my youngest. My wife had the meat and hummus and me, the falafel and hummus. The red wine and coke was a hit with my wife.
Tolles Restaurant wir waren mehrmals während unseres Aufenthaltes dort essen. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Burger und Pasta waren sehr lecker. Kaffee ist sehr gut! Super freundliches Personal. Übrigens könnte es grade Europäer abschrecken wenn Sie an der Tür stehen und nach ihnen rufen, das sie reinkommen sollen :) nur als Tipp.
10/10 burger, genuinely the best one I’ve ever had! If you have had Five guys before it is very similar to this but better. The chips were nice and salty and tasty, I wish there was more as they were very good! The double cheeseburger had a delicious sauce in it and tasty cheese! Wish we had of discovered this sooner!
We needed some Western food at some point in time and we landed here. Burger was delicious and the hummus plate was just what we needed. The waiter was really helpful even bringing us a fan when we haven't even requested it. 10/10

We came here a few nights to try some of the different dishes and everything they do is lovely, we had burgers and Vietnamese all was great. I highly recommend the chicken stir fried noodles and fried spring rolls. The staff are super friendly plus the food is at a good price with a Huda at 39VND. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Just had the best avocado and poached eggs on toast ever. And a delicious iced chocolate. My only disappointment is I've been coming to Hoi An for years and only just found this place 5 minutes away from home. 110% recommend the breakfast!

absolutely unreal. after some disappointing burgers in hcmc this really hit the spot. The passion fruit juice is so yummy and refreshing and the mango passion fruit smoothie was also to die for. Really yummy burgers too and western music to match the vibes. definitely recommend!!
We popped in here whilst waiting for our tailor appointment and getting too hot walking outside. It is so cool inside so perfect to escape the heat. The coconut coffee is the best I’ve had in Vietnam and their hummus and garlic bread was absolutely delicious. We were very impressed with this place! Definitely worth a visit when in Hoi An
Edit: They insist you to give 5 star for 5% discount, which is not good approach. The food was awesome, we ordered chicken pastha and plater👌🏻 but the service needs to be improved as it is taking too much time to get the food. Even the juice and coffee was took more than 30 minutes..moreover the coconut coffee was just okay..

We hebben hier voor de 3e keer gegeten in onze tijd in Hoi An. Volgens mij zegt dit genoeg. Hele leuke host en het eten is van goede kwaliteit. De porties zijn goed en het heeft een leuke sfeer! En lekkere koffie!

Amazing place to have breakfast/brunch while in Hoi an. Came here already twice in the last three days. The portions are wholesome, made from the freshest ingredients and tons of healthy options. The staff is super accommodating. Bonus point- it has AC seating so you can save yourself from the heat while having scrumptious food.
Alles hat uns gut geschmeckt! Wir hätten uns für die Burger lediglich größere Teller und bessere Messer gewünscht. So war es etwas umständlich, zu essen. Das Lokal besticht durch ein gemütliches Ambiente sowie freundlichen und schnellen Service.
We had the Vietnamese spring rolls and the chicken fried rice and the food was exceptional and so was the service. Highly recommend. We loved lunch so much that we came back for dinner. Had burgers and passion fruit juice. The service and food is excellent!! If you want a change, this is the place to go.
We stumbled upon this place while trying to find anything open before 7:30 and it was great! Super cute and clean little cafe with really good coffee and breakfast! The Greek eggs and salt coffee were our favorite! And the staff was so sweet! Highly recommend stopping by when in Hoi An(:

Đồ ăn ngon tuyệt! Có rất nhiều lựa chọn dành cho người ăn chay và nhân viên thì vô cùng thân thiện. Nơi này cũng rất phù hợp cho những người làm việc trực tuyến, có rất nhiều không gian dành cho họ ở tầng một. Chúng tôi đã rất thích bữa tối của mình ♥️

Excellent place to have a quick bite to eat. Lovely staff really good quality meals and the coconut coffee and salt cream coffee are the best. Located on the outskirts of old town so lovely and quiet. Escape the heat as it’s air conditioned.
Llevamos veniendo aquí más de dos meses cada día para desayunar y la verdad es que es sin duda el mejor sitio para desayunar y comer en Hoi An, no han fallado ningún día. La comida es increíble, hay variedad y el café super bueno. Recalcar que la atención y las personas que forman parte del Thirty es lo que han hecho que todo esto fuera especialmente increíble. Muy amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara . En definitiva, si estás buscando un sitio para desayunar, comer o cenar debes de venir aquí. Muchas gracias a todas las personas del Thirty por alimentarnos durante dos meses y muy agradecido de que forméis parte de nuestro viaje en Vietnam ❤️❤️
Llevo casi 2 meses aquí en Hoi An y vengo aquí casi todos los días. El mejor sitio de la ciudad, para trabajar, para charlar, para tomar un café o para comer delicioso. El ambiente es genial y la atención también, encuentras mucha variedad en la comida y desde luego lo recomiendo mucho 🫶🏼✨
Fantastic burgers and fries! The double chicken burger with caramelized onions was to die for. The smash burger tasted like a Big Mac should taste! Highly recommend! Big bonus, there’s AC!!
I’ve been here twice. The first time I ordered a smash cheeseburger and the second time I got a smashed chicken burger. Both were very good and delicious. The staff are wonderful too. Would absolutely recommend.

The staff here are just amazing! We came everyday and it was always busy but accomodating. Great iced coffee, hot lattes and food was epic! Excellent variety to choose from too. We accidentally left on our last day after our coffee and forgot to pay…we felt so bad when one of the amazing staff chased us down by scooter. We are so sorry about this and thank you for being so gracious with our mistake 🙌🏼🙏🏻🫶🏻 see you awesome people next year!

Such a great spot in Hoi An! We were looking for somewhere to escape the heat and were so glad to find this place, cozy, air-conditioned, and really welcoming. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and service was impressively fast. We ordered the fried spring rolls (crispy and flavorful!), chicken noodles, chicken rice, and fried wontons! Everything was fresh and satisfying. Also, if you haven’t tried avocado coffee yet, this is the place to do it. So creamy and unique, definitely a must-try! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a quick, tasty meal with great vibes and cool air.

We had a nice lunch here today. Our waiter Na was really friendly. She stayed polite when the table next to us acted very rude. The food was great. After 2 weeks we wanted something else than noodles. The place had good airconditioning and fan to cool off.

We have been coming here for breakfast and coffee nearly everyday while staying in Hoi An. The food is amazing, we love the eggs and avocado on toast as well as the protein smoothie bowls. We also had the smash burgers for dinner and they were amazing. The staff here are super friendly. Overall great service and couldn’t recommend it enough.
After a long day and missing some western food, we found this spot not far from our accommodation. Greeted by a young friendly employee at the entrance who then we got taken straight away to a table . The menu is vast, clear and had pictures displaying the food. I got the burganotor. As smash burgers go, that was one of the nicest burgers I’ve ever had. The loaded fries were also unbelievable. I also got a banana and strawberry smoothie after and it was sublime. The music playing in the background was appropriate and not too loud just at a perfect volume. To summarise, really friendly and professional staff, very delicious food and drinks at a very reasonable price and a perfect atmosphere to enjoy your meal. I would honestly recommend this to anyone as there is so many options even for vegetarians. I would go again 100% absolutely perfect.

Essen war gut, Service sehr freundlich, Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Es gibt vom Bürger bis vietnamesischen Essen eine große Auswahl. Preis ist von der Lage angemessen. Restaurant ist gepflegt und sauber. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Our favourite place to eat at in Hoi An. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious. We’ve been here 3 times already! Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. I definitely recommend!
I've had burgers all over the world, and the ones served up here at Thirty3 Eatery in Hoi An (a new location) were excellent! The staff are lovely, the location is great, and I can absolutely recommend the burgers!
Had lunch here - burgers were excellent for the price. Smoothies were incredible and hand made to order. Well worth the short wait. Very nice clean restaurant with attentive staff. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Found this great little cafe, I had avo and eggs on toast with feta and a peanut butter milkshake, my partner had a latte and a smoothie bowl. Food was great, really delicious, nice size portions, we will come again tomorrow for lunch. Its clean and the staff are super friendly and the service was great Also coffee was 👌🏻
We had a very warm welcome, and the service was excellent, the waiter was efficient and friendly. The prices were fair, and both the hamburger and the coffee were truly excellent. Would definitely recommend.
New place đown near river, nice fit out, very clean and comfortable, air-conditioned upstairs. Menu is great for brunch and lunch options. Nice drinks menu, even a banana split to try. But for me it was just quick lunch so tried a burger, and a great choice!! ‘Chicken w’ Caramelised Onion’, double chicken patties which are more like grilled chicken breast pieces , double cheese, caramelised onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo and avocado!, really nice bun and came with fries. Substantial and tasty, easily best chicken burger in Hoi An and maybe one of best I’ve ever had certainly amongst best in Vietnam. Keen to come back and try other options. Lovely friendly service too, I wish them luck and will visit again.

Precioso local con dos plantas, ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Hoi An (a tan solo 5 minutos caminando del centro) por lo que se puede disfrutar de una deliciosa comida, en buen ambiente y sin el bullicio del centro de la ciudad. Comí una deliciosa ensalada de garbanzos, con pan de pita y un jugo de fruta de la pasión, todo por aproximadamente 200.000VND. La comida era de calidad. El personal muy amable. Se preocuparon de ponerme un ventilador cerca para refrescarme.

We came here for breakfast and had their classic burgers that came with fries and coffee. The burgers were juicy and tasty. I love the burger buns they used. Their saigon coffee is so good! The salted cream coffee was equally delicious! They also accept credit card payments which is a plus!
Very lucky their business still ON, we arrived at 10:20pm, Google map show closed at 10pm. Must try their coffee, very good to try! For bread also nice, keep warm and crispy. Pasta also Yummy! price resealable. Convert to MYR only 54. Will come again when I visit Danang 😎
After a morning walk on the beach, I was hungry. So I found this place to grab some take away bahn mi and drinks. I did wait a short while for 4 x bahn mi and 4 x drinks, although, it was worth it. Very nice, toasted, bahn mi My coconut coffee, yummy Thank you
I have found this great little coffee shop . Awesome cappuccino. Last night had an amazing burger and Mango banana smoothy. Quick friendly service with yummy food .
Food here is delicious. The burgers in particular are gorgeous, they also are able to make adjustments and removed the onions from my burger. The smoothies are also delicious and the salted coffee was a highlight. We enjoyed the playlist too. Would highly recommend

Mình ăn mỳ ý . Sốt - thịt và mỳ tất cả đều rất ngon. Đợi khoảng vài phút nhưng rất ngon nhé. Món của mình cở 4$ nhé . Mình có hỏi sốt có sẳn không muốn mua về ăn nhưng nv bảo sốt k có sẳn và công thức độc quyền . Hihi
