Una pizza che ti riporta a casa, ma con quella magia in più che solo viaggiando puoi trovare. Servizio impeccabile: staff gentile, sorridente e attento senza essere invadente. Le vibes del locale? Calde, accoglienti, super piacevoli per una cena rilassata ma speciale. Complimenti davvero per tutto — cibo, atmosfera e professionalità. Dopo 10 giorni di viaggio avevamo voglia di riassaporare la cucina italiana e ci siamo fatti incuriosire dalle ottime recensioni... Che dire? Ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative!!! Abbiamo ordinato uno spaghetto aglio olio e peperoncino e una carbonara (spettacolare!!!!). Incuriositi, abbiamo deciso di assaggiare anche una pizza.. ingredienti buoni, impasto top e cottura perfetta! Tutto così buono che abbiamo deciso di tornare per il pranzo successivo, ordinando un' altra volta la carbonara (che merita davvero) e una bolognese (sugo buonissimo)! Sembra quasi strano poter mangiare così bene italiano dall' altra parte del mondo.. presenza di vino, acqua frizzante, spritz, grappa e molto altro!!! I miei complimenti vanno sicuramente alla cucina... Ma anche alla professionalità e alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff!!! Complimenti davvero e Grazie di tutto ❤️

Nous étions 4 personnes en vacances en famille et nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant italien. L’accueil est très sympathique, le personnel est vraiment souriant, agréable et aux petits soins. Le service est rapide tout en restant très professionnel. Le restaurant est également très propre, ce qui est très appréciable. Côté cuisine, un vrai régal ! Les pizzas sont formidables, les pâtes extraordinaires et les salades irréprochables. Tout était délicieux et parfaitement préparé. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous les vacanciers qui souhaitent passer un agréable moment autour d’un très bon repas italien. 🍕🇮🇹

Miejsce ok,ale widzę że kelnerzy nie obsługują każdego tak samo,zamówiliśmy pesto paste i czegoś nam brakowało(parmezanu) ale myślę hmm może tak podają,po chwili osoby obok zamówiły to samo i dodatkowo otrzymały ten parmezan,więc chyba trzeba się o wszystko upominać. Na stoliku brak chusteczek o sól i pieprz poprosiła to pierwsza kelnerka powiedziała OK i nie przyniosła po kolejnej próbie zapytania kelnera przyniósł nam tylko sól i to jeszcze jakieś resztki. Oliwy do pizzy w ogole nie przynieśli a butelki stały na ladzie... kiepska obsługa naprawde o wszystko sie trzeba upominać.. zupa z makaronem byla podana bez makaronu. Nie polecam są napewno inne lepsze miejsca w Hoi an.

Peccato non poter dare più stelle perché 5 sono poche, la Pizza che ho degustato ha superato ogni più rosea aspettativa, complice anche la musica sottofondo di tanti successi italiani non sembrava proprio di stare 11000 km lontani dall'Italia. La mia Pizza era una Vegetariana ma il condimento su quell'impasto e cottura rigorosamente in forno a legna è solo un dettaglio, poi la gentilezza e l'attenzione dello staff fanno di questo locale uno dei migliori biglietti da visita oserei dire in tutto il Vietnam per il nostro Bel Paese. Consiglio questo posto non solo ai nostri connazionali ma anche e soprattutto a tutti gli stranieri che vogliono veramente degustare uno dei prodotti d'eccellenza italiani con una Pizza degna di tale nome. Sono tornato la sera del Tet ed il locale era stracolmo di clienti ai tavoli, tutto lo staff era in fibrillazione ma il servizio e la qualità del cibo non ne ha risentito minimamente, stavolta una Pizza Napoli per riassaporare un po' di Italia 🇮🇹 Update: Oggi domenica, dopo il locale gemello a Cua Dai volevo testare anche qui la Carbonara, ho variato solo il tipo di pasta, invece degli spaghetti ho preferito i mezzi Rigatoni. Signori tanto di cappello perché era semplicemente strepitosa, una Carbonara così è molto difficile trovarla anche in Italia, parole, aggettivi, sensazioni al gusto non potranno mai rendere l'idea della Maestosità di questa Carbonara.... Invito tutti gli stranieri che non hanno l'opportunità o non ancora sono stati in Italia di venire in uno dei due Bottega qui ad Hoi An per assaporare uno dei piatti più famosi della cucina italiana, qui la fanno secondo tradizione e con i giusti e originali ingredienti. Scordatevi delle finte Carbonare dei finti ristoranti italiani che la propongono con Funghi, Prezzemolo, Panna, Parmigiano e Pancetta 🥓 appena scottata, questo piatto che siete abituati a vedere in tanti ristoranti non è e non merita di essere definita o chiamata Carbonara.

Dopo tanti giorni di viaggio e del cibo spettacolare vietnamita mi mancavano i sapori di casa e avevo proprio voglia di una pizza! Sembrava di mangiare in Italia, la pizza eccezionale, a legna, lievitata bene, cotta bene con ingredienti buonissimi!Posto carinissimo, uno dei pizzaioli è italiano :) insomma non era la classica imitazione di un ristorante/pizzeria italiana … ma sembrava davvero di mangiare in Italia. Grazie Stefano per averci coccolato!

Se dovete prendere una pausa dalla cucina vietnamita, passate di qua.. unico neo, la musica di sottofondo un po' datata, suggerisco Vasco, Ligabue, Antonacci, Ramazzotti ecc 🤣. 2 pizze, 3 birre, patatine fritte, 1 caffè espresso.... 20€ circa... TOP.. Peccato che domani partiamo, se no saremmo ripassati per provare la pasta.

Abbiamo trovato La Bottega, per caso, mentre passeggiavamo, e non ci abbiamo pensato due volte a fermarci. La pizza ci ha fatto sentire a casa, cotta al punto giusto, ben farcita, e con un sapore italiano, che dire il pizzaiolo N. 1 in Vietnam, dopo averne provate diverse in altri locali, lui è al primo posto. Poi abbiamo preso la carne, con cottura media, morbida che si scioglieva in bocca. Che dire un pezzo di Italia in Vietnam. Accoglienza eccellente, gentilezza e simpatia. Assolutamente da consigliato.

Ottima pizza in stile napoletano con forno a legna . Ingredienti di prima qualità, impasto leggero e cotto alla perfezione, l’ho Mangiata in loco e anche d asporto .sempre buonissima. Carta dei vini interessante e tiramisù buonissimo. Super consigliato

Dopo oltre 2 settimane di pasti vietnamiti, avevamo proprio voglia di sapori più affini al nostro palato e, un po' titubanti per le frequenti delusioni prese in altri posti, siamo entrati ed abbiamo fatto molto bene. La pizza è buonissima e cotta al forno al legna con ingredienti principali provenienti dall'Italia. L'ambiente è super allegro e c'è anche musica dal vivo molto coinvolgente. Henry gestisce molto bene il personale che è molto professionale ed attento e Paolo, il proprietario, è molto preparato e simpatico. Siamo tornati anche la sera seguente ed abbiamo mangiato la carbonara che, sebbene da romano non posso dire sia stata perfetta, è comunque molto buona e vale proprio la pena di provarla. Un caro saluto e semmai torneremo ad Hoi An torneremo sicuramente.

Nhân viên rất tuyệt! Chúng tôi chỉ có khoảng 25 phút trước khi phải bắt xe buýt và (sau khi hỏi xem có thể ăn trong khoảng thời gian đó không), họ đã làm đồ ăn rất ngon và nhanh chóng. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, đồ ăn ngon.

Pizza davvero squisita, anche meglio di tante altre pizze mangiate in Italia. Ci è piaciuta così tanto che ne abbiamo mangiate tre in due! Impasto super lievitato e ingredienti freschissimi. Super consigliato se avete il desiderio di mangiarvi una pizza dopo tanti giorni di cibo asiatico! Oltre alle tre pizze abbiamo preso una Coca-Cola e una birra, in totale abbiamo speso 700.000 dong, prezzo ottimo visto i prezzi alti di altre pizzerie di dubbia qualità.

Signori/e so che state guardando questa recensione perché dopo 10 giorni di Vietnam, avete voglia di una bella carbonara. Ecco, questo è il posto giusto. Carbonara fatta molto bene, con il guanciale croccante. Servizio molto gentile. Non ho fatto foto, ho mangiato tutto troppo in fretta.

Questa sera ho scoperto una vera pizzeria italiana! 🍕 La pizza era Fantastica, proprio come in Italia. L’accoglienza del personale e di Stefano è stata super calorosa. Peccato che fossi troppo preso a mangiarla per ricordarmi di fare una foto… ma fidatevi, vale ogni morso! 😋

Un restaurant italien incontournable à Hoi An ! Je vis à HCMC, et à chaque fois que je monte à Hoi An, La Bottega est mon passage obligé. C’est simple : j’adore la cuisine italienne, et ici… c’est le bonheur absolu ! Leurs plats sont d’une qualité incroyable : des pâtes pesto dont je raffole (au point d’avoir mangé un dîner gastro ailleurs puis d’y revenir plus tard juste pour en reprendre !), des pizzas savoureuses, des produits frais et parfaitement travaillés… La carte est centrée sur les pizzas et les pâtes, et honnêtement, le seul vrai regret, c’est qu’il n’y ait pas assez de repas dans une journée pour tout goûter ! Le service est parfait : chaleureux, convivial, attentionné. Le staff est adorable, la direction aussi. On sent un vrai amour pour la cuisine et pour l’accueil, et ça change tout. J’y ai passé plusieurs soirées, notamment avec un live band, et l’ambiance était tout simplement magique. Un vrai moment de plaisir à chaque visite. En résumé : je recommande à 100%. Pour moi, c’est de loin le meilleur restaurant italien de Hoi An. Une adresse que je chéris et où je reviendrai encore et encore !

Dopo 12 giorni di ottimo cibo vietnamita, la nostalgia di casa si è fatta sentire… Mi hanno consigliato questa pizzeria dicendomi che il proprietario è italiano, e ho deciso di provare. Ho assaggiato solo la pizza ed era davvero ottima: impasto soffice, cottura perfetta… una pizza che farebbe scuola anche a molti in Italia! Consigliatissimo, soprattutto se siete in viaggio e avete voglia di autentica pizza italiana

Nous sommes allés dîner 2 fois pour tester les pâtes et les pizzas. Nous n'avons jamais été déçus ! Il y a du choix dans les 2 cas, les carbonara sont de VRAIES carbonara, les pâtes a la putanesca sont délicieuses. Les pizzas sont aussi très bonnes avec de bons produits italiens. Les prix sont raisonnables pour les touristes, le service est rapide et soigné. Il y a un bar juste à côté pour boire un verre. Un grand merci a Joël et ses équipes pour ces dîners qui nous ont permis de changer de la nourriture vietnamienne !

Esperienza fantastica a La bottega, abbiamo mangiato due volte qui per ricordare i sapori di casa. Siamo in viaggio da poco più di un mese nel sud est asiatico e questa è la miglior pizza che si possa trovare assolutamente, può rivaleggiare tranquillamente con la fascia medio-alta italiana! Carbonara, pizza margherita e 4 formaggi fantastiche! Ci siamo fatti due chiacchiere con Stefano, chef e pizzaiolo bravissimo e simpaticissimo! Torneremmo ogni giorno molto volentieri 🙌

La mejor pizza que probé en Vietnam! Una verdadera pizza napolitana con masa casera, riquísima al horno de leña. La pasta, pedimos carbonara, estaba buena ( autentica carbonara, no con nata) Pusieron música para amenizar la noche , el ambiente era muy bonito

Comimos en este restaurante y la verdad que salimos encantados, necesitábamos salir un poco de la comida vietnamita y hemos salido muy contentos! Hemos comido la pasta boloñesa y la pizza carbonara estaba todo delicioso pero la pizza espectacular!! Los precios son un poco elevados pero merecen la pena! Los trabajadores eran todos vietnamitas aunque pareciese por un momento que estuviéramos en Italia!

Después de varios días comiendo comida local, tocaba un día de comida occidental y en este caso, comida italiana, muy buena elección. La pizzas estaban muy buenas en un horno de leña, con sabor auténtico. El servicio muy atento y todo muy limpio. Calidad/Precio muy bueno.

Ristorante e pizzeria tipicamente italiano. Lo ricordano la gigantografia di Alberto Sordi e la musica di sottofondo con canzoni italiane. Durante una vacanza in Vietnam, dopo aver degustato diversi piatti locali, sentivano la necessità dei sapori di casa e con piacevole sorpresa abbiamo trovato questo locale. Buonissime le pizze con ingredienti italiani. Bravo il connazionale Stefano, pizzaiolo che ce le ha preparate. Buono e sempre cortese il servizio. Costi molto, molto onesti.

Bon restaurant Italien avec de bons produits. On retrouve les saveurs mais avec la note vietnamienne. Le service est très bon. L’ambiance chanson italienne est un peu poussée mais c’est sympa.

Labottega Hoian là 1 trong những nhà hàng ẩm thục Ý ngon nhất tại khu vực Hoian nói riêng và miền Trung Vietnam nói chung. Bánh Pizzas ngon nhờ công thức làm bột bánh đặc biệt và lò nướng than củi hiện đai bậc nhất, hương vị từ củi gỗ thông làm chiếc bánh thơm ngon không thể cưỡng được. Ngoài ra phần trình diễn làm bánh Pizzas của các Chêfs cũng rất ấn tượng. Tôi thích nhất là Pizza Peperoni.

Comer en La Bottega Hoi An fue como hacer una pausa en Italia en medio de Vietnam. El restaurante es auténticamente italiano, con dueños y chef italianos que se nota que cocinan con pasión y respeto por la tradición. La pizza es absolutamente espectacular, con una masa fina, crujiente y perfectamente horneada. Probamos varias, pero quiero recomendar fuertemente la Quattro Formaggi y la de Burrata con Prosciutto: sabores intensos, ingredientes frescos y perfectamente equilibrados. Un verdadero placer. El ambiente del lugar es acogedor, el servicio muy atento y amable, y se nota que cuidan cada detalle. Si estás en Hoi An y te apetece una experiencia italiana auténtica, La Bottega es una parada obligatoria. Sin duda, una de las mejores pizzas que he comido, dentro y fuera de Italia.

Món Lasagne dở nhất tôi từng ăn. Nó chẳng có vị gì, đúng nghĩa là vị đông lạnh và trông như đồ ăn sẵn. Chưa bao giờ tôi gửi trả đồ ăn mà vẫn phải làm vậy vì không thể ăn nổi. Pizza thì tạm được, hơi nhiều sốt và chẳng có gì đúng chất Ý cả. Tôi e là không đáng ghé lại.

Per caso abbiamo incontrato il piazzaiolo Italiano che ci ha detto che lavorava, appunto, alla bottega e una sera abbiamo deciso di provare la pizza dopo diversi giorni ad Ohi An volevamo qualcosa di Italiano! La pizza è veramente buona…ottimo l’impasto e gli ingredienti, compreso il basilico. Il forno a legna è a vista in veranda! Il locale molto carino e pulito. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di conoscere i proprietari, italiani, molto simpatici che ci hanno accolto e raccontato la loro bellissima storia! Direi che merita una visita! P.s fanno anche L’Espresso vero italiano!!!!

Prima vera pizza mangiata in Vietnam dopo 4 settimane. Tiramisù eccezionale, non ho fatto in tempo a farci la foto. Spritz OK. Il Pizzaiolo (con la P maiuscola) e il proprietario sono italiani hanno aperto da poco il ristorante ma stanno facendo un ottimo lavoro. Non in linea con il budget della vacanza ma in questo caso ci è piaciuto farci viziare. Servizio con standard nostrani, attenti cordiali e preparati.

Fantastico! Mi sono sentito a casa! Locale a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia e dai principali punti d'interesse. Ottima accoglienza, locale ampio e con molti posti anche all'aperto. Hanno anche una gran bella zona bar. Forno a legna e PIZZA ECCEZIONALE, con ingredienti di cui è palese la provenienza dall'Italia. Il menù offre molti piatti tipici italiani, ampia scelta anche di birra a vino. A fine cena ho scambiato piacevole quattro chiacchiere con i proprietari, complimentandomi ovviamente. Bravissimi tutti, continuate così!

All’interno del locale c’è una presenza italiana che supervisiona con attenzione il servizio e la qualità del cibo: si vede e si sente! Il personale vietnamita è davvero simpatico e, anche se l’inglese è basilare, riesce sempre a creare un’atmosfera piacevole. I pizzaioli, poi, sono incredibili: fanno volteggiare la pizza come dei veri napoletani D.O.C.! 🔸 Nota dolente: il tiramisù. Non era affatto un vero tiramisù, e mi ha sorpreso che venga presentato come tale, soprattutto a una clientela italiana. Peccato non mi sia stato chiesto un parere sul momento. ✅ In sintesi: • Pizza sublime • Servizio attento e cordiale • Personale gentile • Prezzi un po’ alti per la media locale, ma giustificati dalla qualità Ci tornerei volentieri!

Ottimo ristorante italiano ad Hoi An, gestito con entusiasmo e passione da due Torinesi che hanno saputo creare un riuscito ambiente fedele alle origini: tovaglie e tovaglioli, menu ben rappresentativo della nostra cucina, forno a legna e cuoco/pizzaiolo italiano anche lui, ingredienti italiani. Il risultato è una produzione artigianale (compreso pane, dolci, dessert) che non ha nulla invidiare a quelle nostrane in patria. Molto personale, servizio accurato e gentile. Molto consigliabile.

先说关键点，披萨🍕只有咸味和苦味，上面的肉很咸披萨酱也很咸。饼考的还可以，上面的肉也还可以，但是组合到一起就是不好吃。口感上没有层次感只有咸味。但这不足以成为给一颗星的理由。最差的还是服务，我和妻子是冒着大雨去的，因为室外其它位置被雨浇湿了，所以仅有两桌可以选择，我们想坐长桌（就是挨着窑炉最近这一桌），但是有一位女士不让坐，原因是这是四人位的，可是我们坐的另一桌也是四人位的。后来又来了两位女士，主动问人家是否要坐这一桌（但是两位女士没有选择坐这里）。天啊，这不就是区别对待吗，为什么同样是两个人，我和妻子不能坐而另外两人可以坐？服务的时候这位女士一直板着张脸。我每次抬头都能看见她在盯着我看，非常没有礼貌。因为没带雨衣，所以吃完想避一会雨，这位女士问我们吃完没有，然后把餐具撤走了。这让我们心理更不舒服了。我们在这里实在是煎熬，最后冒着雨走了。这位女士50岁左右，脸上有一颗痣。真是我见过服务最差劲的服务。如果你有不如意的事，请调整好心态，请不要发泄到顾客身上。

We were a bit in a hurry. We entered the restaurant at 7.55pm and said we were quite short. 10mins later the 6 pizzas and softs where on the table and we started eating; the restaurant was full of people but they did it ! On top of that, the pizzas were awesome and the service was really great !! I highly recommend this place! Special thanks to Henry and Quan for their hospitality, kindness and the way they handled the situation!! Thanks again!

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience. One of the staff members who served me was unfortunately very unfriendly and seemed annoyed the entire time. I don’t expect overly enthusiastic service, but basic courtesy is important. When a customer smiles or tries to be polite, it shouldn’t be met with an irritated expression. Because of this interaction, I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all and ended up finishing quickly and leaving, even though it was raining heavily outside. I noticed that the other younger staff members seemed polite and professional, so this may just be an individual issue. However, the service I received made the whole dining experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the management pays more attention to staff attitude in the future. There are many better restaurants in Hoi An with much friendlier service.

Amazing experience! The service was truly attentive and made us feel very welcome. The Neapolitan pizzas were delicious, perfectly cooked, and generously topped. It’s a bit pricey, but totally understandable given the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back! 🍕

We had the most incredible experience here. Everyone who works here was so kind of lovely, and the atmosphere was fun and romantic. We had the most incredible food fire pizza of our travels in Asia, and ended with an amazing cheesecake! Must try in Hoi-an.

The pizza was really good but the atmosphere inside is not welcoming. It felt like in a cheap restaurant with strange table layout. It seemed nobody was motivated and when we arrived they didn’t look at us or offered a table.

I had dinner here two nights in a row with my family — and that says everything. As an Italian who has been living in Australia for the past 12 years, I don’t say this lightly: the food was outstanding. The pizza was truly exceptional — honestly better than many places where I currently live. Perfect dough, beautifully balanced toppings, and cooked exactly as it should be. Everything we tried was fresh, full of flavour, and made with real care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the respect for Italian tradition. We felt welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely happy with the whole experience. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food done properly, this is the place. Look the food tastes great, what lets it down is the texture of the pizzas. No crispyness at all you couldnt pick it up from the 'crust' (it wasent a crust it was still soft) as it would just flop and was damp like uncooked dough. Needed longer in the wood fire, staff are great and genuine but the food needs work, expensive for what it is.

Durante il nostro viaggio in Vietnam abbiamo fatto tappa per qualche giorno a Hoi An. Siamo stati a La Bottega 2 volte in pochi giorni. Cucina italiana super buona, pizze che competono con moltissime pizzerie in Italia. Cucina ottima e staff gentilissimo, cordiale e accogliente.

I’m not a big fan of Italian food to begin with, but this place was pretty mediocre. When we arrived, there was only one table occupied, yet when we were ready to order, we were strangely ignored. As for the food — it was so-so. I had lasagna, my friend ordered pasta. The pasta was supposedly al dente, but in reality it was hard, rough, and not very tasty. The lasagna was okay overall, but it clearly felt reheated — like something made yesterday or even the day before. In general, it’s obvious this is a tourist-oriented place. I definitely wouldn’t come back here, and I don’t plan to.

I’m from Italy, and this review is especially for fellow Italians passing through who might be a little bored of the local food. If you’re dreaming of a plate of pasta or a pizza, here your cravings are fully satisfied without any worries. If you’ve been in Vietnam for a bit, and want a break from noodles in a soup, I’d recommend La Bottega for noodles in a sauce. Plus the pizza is excellent (I ended up having two… which greatly impressed / frightened the incredibly nice Vietnamese waiter). Run by some Italian dudes that run around and give out limoncello shots, it was a great change of pace for the evening with high quality food and superb service.

Un posto da evitare! Ho deciso di portare la mia ragazza a cena in un ristorante italiano, credendo di regalarle un tocco della mia terra, mi sono invece vergognato e ho rimpianto la scelta. Siamo stati messi sul bancone della finestra, credevo in attesa che si liberasse un tavolo , ma ho presto scoperto che era la postazione per la cena. Avendo gia ordinato da bere ho deciso di restare comunque, altrimenti me ne sarei andato. La gente veniva stipata sul bancone del bar, sul davanzale della finestra e in tavoli improvvisati, nonostante il centro della sala fosse arredato con un biliardino e una bella motocicletta. Mangiare con dietro due bambini che giocano e un fumatore a fianco del bancone e’ stata una terribile esperienza. Cena servita su tovagliette improvvisate, posate buttate li in qualche modo, tovaglioli non pervenuti, formaggio per la pasta e condimenti non pervenuti. Servizio a dir poco imbarazzante. Mi sono davvero vergognato che questo locale possa portare il nome di ristorante, in italia sarebbe declassato a pub o bettolaccia da due soldi. Consiglio spassionatamente di evitare questo posto e dare supporto ad altri reali ristoratori italiani che popolano la zona.

Great gem a off the main old city in hoi Han. The owners are Italian, very friendly with true Italian food experience, and we also had live music on Sunday night. The Neapolitan’s pizza weee the super good, and we also liked the carbonara and the pesto pastas For desert we had Tiramisu which had just the right amount of sweetness. We will be back!

It’s an Italian restaurant with just incredible pizza and pastas. We had several different dishes and I can confirm that’s it’s on a totally different level, much better than I expected. During my time in Vietnam I’ve been at restaurants with 5 start’s which were far away from the truth. This one deserves definitely a strong 5 +. I strongly recommend this place. Except for the food I met an amazing experience of high quality service which I didn’t experienced in Vietnam before! Thank you for your commitment, engagement and quality of the food! Exceptional!

Bewertung der Pizza: Ich kann sie empfehlen. Den Preis sieht man vorher, darum verstehe ich manche Bewertungen nicht, die sich darüber beschweren. Die Pizzaria verfügt über einen echten Holzofen! Daher schmeckt der Pizzaboden auch besser als bei anderen Restaurants! Italienisch eben. Die Belege schmecken natürlich etwas anders, als in Italien, was aber an den verfügbaren Waren liegen dürfte, aber kein Problem darstellt.

Omg incredible carbonara! As someone who always seeks out to find one this is hands down the best one I had! Made PROPERLY and not just a thin white sauce you get from a jar! It was so rich, creamy and so tasty! I had a pepperoni pizza and was equally as yummy! Would 100% return here!

Great italian food… which i can say if very hard to find here in Vietnam. We’ve tried several italian restaurants and this one by far is the best. They had actually good red wine and great live music. The owners and staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. The pesto pasta was great and tasted very authentic, though personally i would have liked my pasta less “Al Dente” it is considered the italian style. The pizza was great and had lots of flavor. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to eat italian food in Vietnam!!

I went here twice, both times were great! The pizza dough is very good, the perfect chew to it! The atmosphere is also very nice, epecially outside where you want see the wood oven. I would recommend the burrata pizza with prosciutto and the spaghetti carbonara!

Das Personal ist super! Sie sind alle sehr freundlich und extrem Aufmerksam. Sie kommen dir regelmässig das Glas mit Wasser nachfüllen. Diese Art von Service haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Essen (Pizza & Pasta) war richtig italienisches Essen. Der Pizzateig ist sehr fluffig und die Carbonara ist genau so wie in Italien. Sehr cremig aber nicht mit Rahm. Genau so sollte es sein.

Fantastic food. The pasta was delicious and cooled al dente. Bolognese was delicious and they had Parmesan cheese. The pizza was spectacular with delicious crust, sauce and cheese. The wine list is nice with some good selections and reasonable prices.

Maybe I just came on an off night but the pizza here was very subpar tasting and under done. I picked up a slice and not only did the toppings drip off but the dough was raw. I sent it back and the pizza came out in roughly 30 seconds and the only thing that changed was the edges were darker. The waiter was really nice and tried to rectify but the issue remained. There was only one other couple in the restaurant when I was there so I'm not sure why it needed to be rushed or the oven was not nearly hot enough.

Authentic Italian cuisine by Italian owners and chef. We ordered Parma ham bruschetta, pizza carbonara and tortellini and they were all really delicious. Relaxing area to enjoy your dinner and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you want real Italian food made with care!

We just finished an excellent Italian meal at La Bottega Hoi An. We had a delicious pizza, an outstanding eggplant Parmesan, a tasty apple dessert, and plentiful drinks. With an Italian owner, the food was 100% authentically Italian; all a welcome pause from the Vietnamese cuisine we’ve been enjoying. Our server, Quan, was very attentive, delightful, and with a smile that lights up the room. If you are craving an outstanding Italian meal, we highly recommend this restaurant.

Our best restaurant experience in South East Asia to date (3 countries travelled in one month). My partner is Italian and we live in Italy - this was true Italian hospitality, Paolo made us feel as if he was hosting us at his home - incredibly kind, interested, and sat with us speaking about the culture and his experience in Vietnam (in Italian but he also speaks English). He showed us the (stunning) hotel above the restaurant, gave us limoncello, and even a dessert on the house with recipes from Italy. There was no shortage of attention to detail in the service, preparation, and delivery of the food - Paolo and Stefano made sure it was to our taste. The place was immaculate. We liked that you could choose the type of pasta for each dish. A real highlight of our trip so far and for Italians / Europeans it is a great taste of home away from home. Reasonable prices - we spent a bit more than normal because we kept ordering more as we were enjoying ourselves so much chatting with the owners and staff. Would recommend to anyone!

We were craving some pizza, found this place on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. It was a hit! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the service was great. Quan, our waiter, was super friendly and took very good care of us. Definitely recommend!

We were looking for some Italian food and got to here through Google Maps search. The waiters were nice and friendly, the food was average. We ordered pepperoni pizza, carbonara pasta, a salad and bruschetta. It seems like their ingredients are very fresh and good, but the outcome is just not as good. The pizza was good except the sauce which was very acidic. The pasta was good but was missing parmesan. So you get the ideas…. It’s an ok place.

So very glad to find such an authentic Italian restaurant in this place. The menu (food and drinks) cover a wide variety. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We found the staff very attentive and professional. They were all well trained and it was reflected by the personal service by the owner. We will be back on our next visit to Hoi An. Well done team!

Very good pizza. I ordered the Bolognese, but I didn’t see any Parmesan anywhere :( For the price, the service should be better. The waiters are friendly and make an effort, but they lack proper training on how to deliver good service and handle customer requests (I work in the industry).

Food - super love it specially the four cheese pizza and aglio olio Service - the staff were very friendly. The performers is soothing to the ears. Not to loud. Just enough volume to enjoy the food and place. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely Italian place. Very friendly Italian owner kindly offered to let us try new menu item samples he was testing. We ordered a pizza and pasta (I ate most it before taking a photo haha) - both super delicious - great quality and very fresh. Exceeded our expectations for an Italian restaurant in Vietnam considering how difficult it must be to source the ingredients required! Would 1000% recommend!!

Pizza top notch. Fluffy dough, great cheese and perfect amount of sauce. Will come back. Nice to chat to the owner who’s very enthusiastic about the food they serve. Small piece of constructive feedback: Staff were good and responsive however I felt like some of them lacked passion for the job which slightly affected the atmosphere of the restaurant. Positive experience overall and will gladly come back for the pepperoni pizza.

Went here yesterday and loved the pizza! It felt authentic to pizza in Italy with a great base and crust. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Would recommend!

Delicious real Italian food ! The pizza are amazing. The carbonara are the real recipe. Even the caprese salad was excellent. Congrats guys. We loved it and will return often for sure. We enjoyed the Italian music too.

If you get to the point where you’ve been traveling for too long and need some European food again - this is the place to go. Pizza was great and very tasty. Keep in mind though that the drinks are almost double the cost in comparison to other local spots which is the only point of criticism here.

We had the best evening at la bottega to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! Everything was so delicious and reasonably priced. The pizzas are 100% homemade and cooked in an italian wooden-fire oven 😍 The owner was very attentive that we had the best night, and recommended the Montepulciano wine with our pizzas, a great recommendation. The tiramisu was excellent as well. Thank you!

Recommend to call in advance if at lunch as we had 8 people who choose the venue for pizza but they had 2 bases so we shared 2 pizzas and some pastas (must have been busy the night before). Pizza is really fluffy and cooked very nicely.

The best pizza I had since I left Italy. Margarita is 6,5€, but it’s worth it. I just wish there was more mozzarella in it, but maybe it’s just me 😉

Fantastic service, pizza is phenomenal, so far I have had the pepperoni, capricciosa, steak, margarita, Burrata and Parma ham pizza. The pizza base is so lite with a super yummy crust which I don't usually eat but I've been gobbling this up. The Tagiata di manzo is spectacular. Staff are lovely. I will be eatting more off the menu as I'm in love with the pizza. Apple pie is very yummy also. Steak pizza is definitely my favourite. Anh is a wonderful host.

Amazing Neapolitan Pizza! We ordered 3 pizzas and they were all excellent! Closest thing to Italy in Hoi An. The service from the staff is very good. They are welcoming, friendly and attentive. We appreciated the decor and classic Italian music mix the owners have chosen, making the dining experience authentically Italian and relaxing. I highly recommend La Bottega Hoi An for proper Italian food. Great food, Great Service, Great Italian atmosphere. Thank you in particular to the staff for ensuring an enjoyable experience.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had outside of Italy probably because the owner is also Italian. It was absolutely perfect in every way: the dough, the tomato base, the cheese and the pepperoni, light but not too thin, you could easily hold a slice in your hand without it folding. Also great atmosphere with all the other guests being nice and the service was friendly and attentive. I couldn't stop thinking about my first pizza here so had to come back 2 days later again and I'm sure you won't be disappointed either.

Tasty wood oven pizza. Great selections. Asked for extra cheese, got a pizza with less cheese than the picture on the menu and they tried to charge us for extra cheese... try to figure. Also, good service until you get your meal, but after you have to chase them to pay. I wonder if we were just not lucky

After three years of traveling through Asia, I found what might just be the best pizza I’ve had in years. Great food, I highly recommend the pizza carbonara. We were lucky the weather was just perfect so we could eat outside and we loved it. Service was very fast and helpful, big + they were not looking at me eating, which is really rare in Vietnam. We will definitely come back soon
