Le petit bistro hoi an restaurant

On a passé un moment très agréable avec ma copine, le bœuf bourguignon était excellent ainsi que le poisson. Nous avons apprécié passer ce retour en France pendant un bref instant.

Malade pendant 3 jours, c'est une honte d'avoir une telle hygiène. De plus le gérant français est imbuvable. ------- Being sick for three days is a disgrace; it's shameful to have such poor hygiene.

We had a wonderful dinner at Le Petit Bistro in Hội An. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, from the fresh tuna salad to the rich French onion soup, mains including duck, lamb…, and crème brûlée. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. What really made the experience special was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the waitress at the entrance was especially professional and kind. She even helped take photos for us, which made the evening even more memorable. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a lovely night out in Hội An!

Le Petit is a European-style restaurant well worth experiencing if you have grown tired of Vietnamese cuisine or exploring Hội An. The décor is soft and elegant, and the staff are attentive and caring, accommodating even the smallest requests. The restaurant has two areas and is more spacious than I expected. The atmosphere is fairly ordinary, however; if you are sensitive to noise from surrounding guests or large groups, you may want to consider this before visiting. The menu is not overly extensive, but the quality is very good. We ordered four dishes and had nothing to complain about regarding the food. If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be that the beverage selection is somewhat limited. In particular, the cocktails did not meet my expectations, and the presentation of the drinks was rather simple and plain. That said, I will certainly return and would recommend the restaurant to friends and family.

Une délicieuse parenthèse française au cœur de Hoi An. Savourer une excellente entrecôte au Vietnam est un plaisir inattendu. Nous sommes arrivés peu avant la fermeture et avons pourtant été accueillis avec une gentillesse remarquable. Un grand merci à Diem, dont la bienveillance et le professionnalisme ont véritablement sublimé notre visite. Une adresse pleine de charme, où l’on revient autant pour l’assiette que pour l’accueil

En Asie depuis 4 mois en mangeant local, j'ai adoré le pâté de campagne avec du pain et des cornichons comme a la maison. L'agneau sauce au vin rouge exquis. Et le gratin dauphinois ❤️ Personnel professionnel et adorable Excellente soirée

Très bon repas, saveurs francaises au top, excellent rapport qualité-prix ! L'équipe de serveurs est à votre écoute sans être lourds. Tout y est pour accueillir les enfants en bas âge, menu et chaise haute et chouchoutage de l'équipe, nous avions un bébé de 18 mois... Nous le recommandons sans hésiter si vous désirez faire une pause saveurs sans se poser la question d'être incommodés par la suite !🥰

Si la nourriture Française vous manque, vous êtes au bon endroit 🤤 En voyage depuis 6 semaines entre la Thaïlande et le Vietnam, quel plaisir de pouvoir manger une bonne viande avec un verre de vin rouge 🥩🍷 Le personnel est très bienveillant et gentil. Je vous recommande de faire un arrêt ici. 🥰

Super petit bistrot, une très belle surprise ! Ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse, avec un agréable fond sonore de musique française qui met tout de suite à l’aise. J’y ai même croisé des Français et des Québécois, ce qui donne un vrai air de “chez nous” à l’autre bout du monde. Le service était impeccable : attentionné, souriant et efficace. Un endroit où l’on se sent bien, que je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons mangé une salade grecque, une soupe à l’oignon, un saumon grillé et un blanc de poulet grillé, pas des plats très techniques donc. Bonne cuisine dans l’ensemble, la petite parenthèse gastronomique nous a fait très plaisir. Bravo à la responsable de salle qui travaillait ce soir la. Des salariés qui veillent au grain comme cela est du pain béni pour ce genre d’affaires.

Nourriture divine ! On était en manque de viande rouge et c'était trop bon. Puis on était en manque de fromage et nos papilles ont dit merci! On a fini sur une glace rhum raisin avec du rhum: merveille ! Les serveuses sont juste adorables. Sans hésiter je recommande

We LOVED our dinner at Le Petit Bistro. The food was not only delicious but the service was wonderful as well. We had the duck confit, Lamb Shank, Clams and pate. With all of that still made room for crème brûlée for dessert. A well deserving visit if you are In Hoi An and love French dining.

Location leggermente spostata dal caotico centro della old town. Nel menù ci sono diverse proposte, non solo con riferimento alla cucina francese. Cena molto buona, con sapori autentici e raffinati, molto fedeli nei piatti scelti alla tradizione culinaria francese. Anche il servizio davvero buono

La comida estaba muy rica, pedimos varios platos que se agradecen comer fuera de España, como croquetas de queso, de pato y almejas a la marinera… Pero si algo cabe destacar es la atención recibida y el servicio que tienen, sin duda es maravilloso, digno de un restaurante de alto nivel. Sobre todo agradecer a Diem por el trato, la conversación, su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Hizo que fuese posible una gran velada. Sin duda, lo mejor del restaurante su atención. Gracias por todo.

Espectacular! El género es lo mejor que hemos probado en nuestra estancia en Vietnam. La carne, pura mantequilla. Las almejas a la marinera, ya les gustaría a muchos sitios en España. Y así con todo lo que hemos probado. El servicio, directamente rinde pleitesía; en especial Diem quien ha estado atenta a todas las necesidades que pudiéramos tener. La misma comida con el mismo servicio es más del doble del precio en España. Absolutely outstanding! The quality of the food is the best we’ve had during our entire stay in Vietnam. The meat was like pure butter, melting in the mouth. The clams in marinara sauce could easily rival—and even surpass—many places back in Spain. And that same excellence carried through every single dish we tried. The service was nothing short of exceptional, with Diem in particular going above and beyond to anticipate our every need. For this level of food and service, you’d easily pay more than double the price in Spain.

After two weeks of mostly (delicious) Vietnamese food - we needed something different and I am so glad I picked here! The most lovely, authentic French bistro with great food, service, decor, atmosphere and vibe. We loved the bruschetta, the French rosè and I was in ecstasy over the duck confit and a real French cheeseboard! Real French cheese! The husband loved his dessert and enjoyed his risotto - his one slight wish was that the risotto had been a bit bolder and saltier but other than that - it was delish! We could not fault the service and while it is a little Pricier than other places - you’re paying for quality and authenticity and that’s worth every cent! Back to spring rolls and banh mi now 😂

Excellent resto français :) Vous pourrez y retrouver toutes les saveurs de la France. Planche mixte charcuterie/fromage de très haute qualité, et les plats y sont très bon : Thon rouge / risotto champignon / Burger bœuf Angus / canard confit,.. En dessert vous y retrouverez : banana split / chocolat fondant / crème brûlée. Comptez 30€ par personne pour entrée/plat/dessert (hors boisson) Allez y les yeux fermés!!!

We’re staying 3 weeks in Vietnam and after about 2 weeks we wanted to have a different experience than Vietnamese food (don’t shoot us 🤣) We’re Belgian and so very familiar with French cuisine, and this restaurant is really amazing. Fantastic food at really really fair (dare I say very economical) prices. We were here tonight, enjoyed the tuna tataki , the Angus beef grilled to perfection and the rhum raisin ice cream, all accompanied by an excellent rosé wine. Sufficient to say we’ve reserved our table for the day after tomorrow again… So good…! 😊

Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit tollen Speisen und sehr netten Service! Wir waren zum Abendessen dort und hatten eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte, eine gegrillte Entenbrust und zum Abschluss Crème brûlée. Vorspeise und Entenbrust waren wirklich hervorragend, die Nachspeise war gut, hat uns aber nicht umgehauen. Die Getränke (Wein + Cocktails) waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und offen bedient - toller Service! Preislich ist das Restaurant etwas teurer, allerdings ist das für Frische & Qualität der Speisen absolut angemessen. Wir können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - vielen Dank für den schönen Abend! :)

On y a dîné pour notre dîner de Noël et il y avait un menu spécial. Le cadre n'est pas particulièrement accueillant, donne sur la rue très bruyante, et quand il fait froid en plus, c'est pas l'idéal ! En revanche, le service est très vif, souriant et sympathique ! Quán Tây đầu bếp là người Pháp luôn ạ, mình đi tối trong tuần nên không đông. Không gian thoáng mát với sạch sẽ lắm nhe. Chị nhân viên vô cùng dễ thương luôn í. Đồ ăn ở đây cũng rất ngon, mình đi 3 người gọi 1 phần menu theo ngày (gà sốt nấm cà ri), và pasta, set 4 loại cheese và 1 khai vị mình ko nhớ tên. Món nào cũng rất vừa miệng và không bị ngấy đâu ạ. Tụi mình cũng có gọi đồ uống cocktail nhưng mình thấy quán ko chuyên cocktail lắm, gọi bia hoặc rượu vang chắc sẽ oke hơn nè.

Ai yêu thích món pháp ghé đây nhé. Tuyệt vời!

Superb food. The food was so good I really wanted to order more. They also helped us take such wonderful photos and had such great attention to detail to give us the best photos. It was my parents 32nd wedding anniversary and they gave a lovely bouquet of flowers and a on the house lava cake so it really was such a wonderful dinner. Highly highly recommend coming here for a meal. If there's one place to come in hoi an, I'll say come here.

We ate here twice on consecutive nights and would have come for a third time if they weren’t closed that day (a shame because we loved it so much we wanted to end our trip with dinner here)! The food here was so good and the service is sincere and pleasant, making it one of the most memorable restaurants my partner and I dined at so far. Diem and her team were great - she spent time talking to us about how the seafood like clams and mahi mahi were caught locally, and remembered us right away when we came the second night. Out of the items we ordered on both nights, I highly recommend the clams mariniere, mahi mahi ceviche and lamb shank. It was in fact the clams mariniere that made us melt and fall in love immediately with the restaurant! We look forward to coming here again next time we get to travel to Hoi An :)

BEST RESTAURANT WE WENT TO IN HOI AN! In fact we came there every evening till we had to leave (3 times). The food is soooo good! The lamb cooked in wine was outstanding, we took a special dish of salmon filet twice and pasta with cream. Also we recommend the Greek salad and the steak with fries- everything we had was delicious! Besides the great food- the service is just as nice. Diem the waitress is the sweetest and so are everyone. The place is and nice, the set up is very nice. The only one little thing is the bingo nights that occur on the other side of the road, they are quite loud but didn’t bother us at all. They also finish before the restaurant closes (we came at nights).

10/10 experience. We had no reservation & we managed to get a table. The food was outstanding, the staff were so kind and everything was just perfect. I genuinely loved every minute of our dinner at this place. I honestly cannot fault anything!

A wonderful place! The staff were so attentive and kind. My husband had an injury and they were very accommodating to help get him seated comfortably. We were offered several photos together, as we were on our honeymoon this was extra special for us. The food was delicious, piping hot throughout and excellent quality. We had duck and steak. The duck was local and the steak was Australian. We also had a cheese board and desserts, all of which met the same high quality standard. Could not fault a thing!

Great French restaurant away from the madness of ancient town. Friendly wait staff and delicious food. I have gone twice because it was so good. Don't miss this one.

We had a lovely meal at Le Petit including bruschetta, lamb shanks and caesar salad accompanied by a nice Bourdeux red. We were greeted by Diem, shown to our table where Diem explained the menu and specials and things that were not available. Subsequently we were served by Thuat, Huong and Dung. There was also some staff behind the scenes who made the delicious food. All of the staff were very professional and helpful with nice touches like offering to take our photo. We will be back for another meal next time in Hoi An.

Great food and the Service is absolutely excellent. The owner Peter ( who is a very pleasant Scottish fellow...) is on top of things 100%. He takes the time to visit every table to make sure his guests are happy and satisfied. All the staff is wonderful and they bend over backwards to make sure you are leaving with a smile... we ate here several times and the food quality was top notch!

What a lovely restaurant and dining experience! Service was exceptional as was the food. We shared the duck croquettes and had the chicken pesto gnocchi and the steak frites which were both excellent…well prepared and seasoned perfectly. Delightful!

Utrolig lækker mad hos denne lille perle, der er gemt væk i en underspillet sidegade. Udefra ser det ikke ud af meget, men indeni åbner der sig en anden verden. En verden af utrolige smage, behagelig musik og skønt personale. Maden er autentisk imens øllene er kolde. Personalet er betænksomme og behjælpelige, og man har på fornemmelsen, at gæsternes gastronomiske oplevelse er vigtig. Ejereren er ved højt humør, og han spreder glædelig stemning i alle restaurantens kroge. Alt i alt en vidunderlig oplevelse.

We had ribeye steak (medium rare) and it was very tasty and well executed! The clams were good too. The beef in the beef bourguignon was a little drier and less tender than I hoped, but it was still nice. The red wines paired well with our meal. Service was fantastic and that added to the whole pleasant experience. They anticipated and looked after our needs well.

Wir waren zum lecker Tatar (385000) essen hier und hatte Aperol Spritz (135000) dazu. Auch die Creme Brulee (135000) zum Dessert hat geschmeckt. Ein paar schöne kleine oder große Kapern auf dem Tatar wäre evtl noch ganz nett gewesen, hat aber auch so geschmeckt wie es war. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal vor unserer Weiterreise nach Da Nang hier essen. Update: Wir kamen heute ein zweites Mal in das Le Petit Bistro, um noch einmal das leckere Tatar zu essen. Dazu haben wir als Vorspeise Tuna Tataki bestellt, welches sehr lecker war. Der Service war wieder ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir können dieses Lokal zu 100% empfehlen. Ende Februar werden wir noch einmal nach Hoi An kommen in ein Strandhotel und bestimmt kommen wir wieder das tolle Tatar essen! Der etwas längere Weg dann ist es wert. Der einzigste negative Punkt ist die laute Straße.

Very attentive service, they made our time very special. Food was fantastic, for starters we had french onion soup and mahi mahi ceviche. Both were great. For mains we had beef bourgignon which was also delicious. The staff were attentive throughout and also gave us a free chocolate fondant for our anniversary.

What a stunning vibrant restaurant. The service is absolutely incredible, the staff speak very good English which has made this experience a delight. Compliments to the chefs. The cheese croquettes are the best I have ever had. I enjoyed the lamb shank mint and mash which is just stunning. I couldn't be more grateful. They are doing very fine work here. The Remole red wine paired so well with dinner tonight. I will recommend this beautiful splice of paradise to all my friends. Thankyou to Peter you have done an amazing job. I look forward to coming back and eating at your restaurant in Da nang.

An outstanding French restaurant in the heart of Hoi An. The French onion soup was absolutely delicious – just like the one we had in Paris. The tuna was perfectly prepared, and every single element of the meal was exquisite. Truly top-quality food from start to finish. What makes this place even more special is the atmosphere and the people – the owner and the entire team are incredibly warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Amazing food, amazing service, and a wonderful vibe. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is friendly, and it is a great place to enjoy French food in Hoi An. There was a miscalculation on the part of the store, but they handled it quickly.

We ordered set special new year menu and it was such a great choice. Very diligent and welcoming service, attention to details and delicious food!

The staff at this restaurant were extraordinary. Our food was served quickly but not too quickly, allowing just the right amount of time between appetizers and our main course. We never felt rushed to leave. The steak was tender and delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. About a quarter mile from old town proper, and easy walk with sidewalks the entire way so you didn’t have to walk in the street. We heard several people walk into the restaurant that were warmly welcomed and hugs given, obviously people who adored the staff. I would recommend getting a reservation as there wasn’t an empty table when we were there. I really cant say enough about the entire experience.

What an amazing restaurant! This was our 3rd visit to Le Petite and it didn’t disappoint. The service is the best I’ve ever experienced and the food was incredible. We had a wagyu steak that was phenomenal and the beef bourguignon was so perfect (as usual 🤤) Can’t wait to go back again!

Kleines, feines 'französisches' Restaurant, leider direkt an der Strasse. Wunderschön dekoriert und eine hervorragende Auswahl an Speisen. Preis/Leistung TOP! Lovely place with lovely food! Diem is very nice to have recommended dishes that were amazing! Steak Frites was great! Fries can be changed to another side which was what we did when ordering a second serving. Lamb Shank was so soft flavourful! Would definitely visit this place again!

The staff were incredibly kind. I don’t think you can find service this friendly at any French restaurant except in Hoi An. They turned on a fan so we wouldn’t get bitten by mosquitoes, refilled our drinks, helped us choose the menu, cut up bread for the baby, and even brought water for us to wash our hands. Of course, it was possible because it’s the low season, but still—this level of hospitality is something I’ve never experienced in my life. I ordered the steak frites medium rare, but because of the baby I asked them to cook it a little more. That was a mistake. I think medium rare would’ve been much better—the medium part in the middle was really tasty and tender. There were lot more to write but limited with time!

We wanted a change in cuisine and decided to stop by this restaurant which was conveniently located from our hotel. Staff and food was delicious. Cute place to grab a bite.

The beef in the beef bourginon was INCREDIBLY DRY. I can’t know for sure but it also seems like they took many shortcuts with the sauce. For example, the sauce did not taste like it was made from cream (or at least good cream). They did not include cutlery or napkins with my Grab order even though I specifically requested it. Otherwise, the food was hearty and competently made. It was not amazing - but I was happy to have it. However, all things considered, it also seems fairly overpriced for what it is. I hope they will fix the ingredients and meat and sauce preparation, buy disposable cutlery and napkins, and consider charging a more reasonable price.

Le Petite Bistro in Hoi An offered a truly memorable dining experience. The meal was beautifully prepared, full of fresh flavors and presented with care. The warm, attentive service made the evening even more special. A charming atmosphere combined with delicious food makes this bistro a must-visit in Hoi An.

What a wonderful place to spend our last night at. Excellent service and great food. Not the cheapest place to eat at in Hoi An but it was great value. If it wasn’t our last night, we’d definitely be back. PS great wine offerings too at reasonable prices.

The steak was delicious, cooked to a perfect rare. It tasted best with pink salt and pepper, as sauces aren’t really the restaurant’s strength — they mostly offer common ones like mayonnaise or ketchup. The steamed clams with cheese were excellent. We dined here and came back again two days later — both times were satisfying. The staff were very friendly. The restroom was clean and odor-free. We’ll definitely visit again when we return to Hoi An.

My first time in Vietnam and in Hoi An The foods were so amazing!! The waitress named Diem took great care of us and provided excellent service. She also gave very good recommendations on the food. I had a wonderful dining experience here.

We found this restaurant on Google maps and with the good reviews we wanted to try it out. Our experience was really good. Staff were very professional, attentive and kind. Ambiance was nice with French music being calmly played in the background. Food was also excellently prepared and nicely served. The meat was medium-rare, “the only way they would allow it” and I agree, it was really tasty. Desserts were also nice with the chocolate fondant being the favorite of the evening. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers French / European style food with high quality, finesse and excellent taste, then this is the place to go.

I highly recommend octopus salad, escargot and duck steak! But don't recommend tuna steak. I guess the tuna that imported to Vietnam is hard to be tasty. All workers were so friendly and they offered nice service.

What an incredible experience! This is our third day in Vietnam, and by far, this restaurant has the best service and food we’ve had so far. We ordered the escargot, duck leg, steak frites, and ice cream, all of which were incredibly flavorful! What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Our waitress was extremely thoughtful and kind. Noticing that we had walked from the old town, she immediately turned on three fans for us and offered iced water. She even helped take photos of us and made sure we had a great view. Beyond that, she was wonderfully friendly, engaging in conversation and giving excellent recommendations for places to visit. As we were leaving, she even assisted us with our grab ride. We were beyond impressed and would absolutely return if given the chance!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We’ve been travelling South East Asia for three weeks and while we love the food, we wanted something a little closer to home. The staff were very welcoming and attentive during our meal, they were fabulous. Food was served in good time and tasted excellent. Excellent food. Every dish that we ordered was excellent except for the french onion soup which was still relatively good. It was a pity that we were in a hurry and had to rush through the food. Would have loved to order more food and spend more time savouring them. Positive vibes from owner and serving staff. Worth leaving the main action area in ancient town for real good food. Thank you for serving such wonderful food at such reasonable prices. A definite recommendation for anyone who intends to eat other things besides the traditional vietnamese cuisine.

Husband and I dined here for my bday. We ordered blue fin tuna and clams for starters and steak tatare and duck L’orange as mains and they were all absolutely delicious. They surprised me with a free bday choc cake. The waitresses are very knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend to anyone

Our favorite meal in Hoi An. Five star service in a charming bistro. I recommend making reservations during peak dinner time. We ordered steak and fries, baked salmon with potatoes, clams with wine and garlic and onion soup. All of our dishes were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We were so impressed with the chef’s talents. The ingredients used were of the highest quality. This is a hidden gem in Hoi An. They have a menu and offer nightly specials.

We enjoyed our dinner here as the food, the service and the atmosphere were all amazing. We recommend the clams and salad! The duck confit was ok but the skin was not that crispy. The staff were very friendly and especially Diem, who was very caring and attentive, always making sure you’re feeling good and will provide what you need before you ask.

I have to say, after travelling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand for the past few months. This is the restaurant that stands out the most. Every dish was absolutely outstanding and paired with lovely friendly and fast service. You couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. This restaurant beats most places I’ve dined in the UK let alone the rest of the world. Excellent food, excellent value for money, excellent service. Nothing else to say. A wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambience was lovely. A fresh breeze, set back from the road and slightly out of the bustle of town. The decor is a lovely blend of french bistro and Vietnamese restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They took care of every detail with a smile and were also happy to chat and accommodate requests. The food, wine, coffee and cocktails were all divine. As good as being in France!

It is a good place for relax after a day of traveling around the city. The atmosphere and decoration in the restaurant is cozy and nice, won’t be too hot even in early July. We have ordered the octopus salad and escargot as out appetizers. Both are great, the salad was fresh and the escargot with rich butter are great. For the main dish, we have ordered Duck Confit Sarladaise, steak frites, and spaghetti alle vongole. For the Duck Confit Sarladaise, the side dishes and seasonings are quite adequate. But the duck itself were a bit dry and lack a bit of flavor inside. Next for the steak frites. The fries are in good shape. Though the steak was a bit overcooked (we have ordered medium rare), we were amazed by the sauce they provide, it’s a bit sour and sweet with a soft smell of mushroom and herbs. At last for the spaghetti alle vongole. The seasoning was good and the seafood is fresh. One thing to mention is that the clams are not plum enough. Overall, I would love to give a 3.6 to this experience. Good hospitality, vibe, reasonable price, and I am looking forward to visit again.

Such a great restaurant. Generally most of french restaurants in Vietnam is good, but Le Petit Bistro Hoi An is one of the best I’ve ever been. Escargot, Pulpo Salad, Boeuf Bourguignon, Steak Frites were all excellent. Also the Italian sparkling wine was superb.

We decided to book Le Petit Bistro Hoi An after reading the amazing reviews & we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious. We had the duck croquettes for entree, the beef bourguignon & confit duck for main & then the creme brulee & chocolate fondant for dessert. All of our meals were absolutely fantastic! It's a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant with everyone there very friendly & attentive. We loved it so much we booked to eat in Le Petit Bistro in Danang for our final night in Vietnam. Highly recommended for wonderful french food.

This is one of those places where you would always return to when you’re in Hoi An. After eating so much Vietnamese food, this was such a refreshing experience and prices were reasonable for western food. Love the clams marinere and French onion soup.

Le Petit Bistrot in Hoi An is fantastic! The service is truly amazing – the staff are attentive, warm, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The steak frites are spot on – perfectly cooked steak with crispy fries, a classic done really well. The only thing I’d suggest is to include the service charge and VAT in the listed menu prices for more transparency. Other than that, it’s a wonderful dining spot that I highly recommend for a great meal and top-notch service!

Delicious and Divine. After reading the reviews we put Le Petit Bistro on the hit list, and finally made it here after a week in Hoi An. I’m sorry we didn’t make it sooner. Everything here was beautifully on point, the food, the service and the ambiance. They were also very accommodating of my wife’s gluten allergy (Yes at a French restaurant). The steak frites and the chicken were both divine. The staff were all incredibly joyful and gracious. I can only believe that this is due to great ownership and management. If I had one critique, it would be I wish the steak was just a bit more tender, but I say this not knowing how difficult supply chain issues must be in Vietnam and it absolutely did not affect my enjoyment of the meal. We will be back at least 2-3 more times this trip ❤️

I visited this restaurant with high hopes of savoring a delightful dining experience. It was a 45-minute drive well worth it. The place has a solid four-star quality and the potential to earn a fifth star if a few minor issues are addressed. Although the restaurant is renowned for its steaks, I opted for some lighter dishes. The meal started with tapenade, a complimentary service item that appeared a bit past its prime, likely due to storage (neutral). However, the accompanying crisps were excellent. The bruschetta caponata was decent, but the caponata itself leaned a bit too much towards sweetness rather than a balanced sour note which is not my taste (neutral). The highlight of my meal was the charcuterie board, particularly for its inclusion of Hoi An salacions (made locally by an experienced artisan), which were a delightful addition to the menu. However, two issues arose: the pate was disappointingly watery and lacked flavor (-1 point), and the bread accompanying the charcuterie was stale and not fresh (-1 point), but the staff changed it promptly to another type of bread. It's disheartening to dock points for issues that could be resolved easily, and I hope that my next visit to this restaurant in Hoi An will be flawless and five stars. Le Petit Bistro marked the end of my culinary exploration as a resident in Central Vietnam. After savoring my meal, I embarked on a motorcycle journey back to Da Nang, collected my baggage, and caught my flight, commencing the next chapter of my journey. From my new home in Saigon, I'll continue to delve into and report on Vietnam's dynamic food, beverage, and hospitality culture. 🥖🥖🥖/5

We had the charcuterie which was included Local cheese and meats. Big portion even for 3 of us. The Roast duck came sliced which was a bit of a surprise but tasted lovely. The Sirloin charred to perfection. LOVE the Al fresco dining under the stars as the weather was not too hot and pretty breezy.

What an excellent find. Craving a little bit of western food and drawn in by the steak but quickly changed gears and went with pasta (Bolognese and Vingole). Both were excellent and accompanied by a nice wine and little pesto smeared crudites, it made for a perfect evening. Service was excellent and the staff quite charming. Too bad we are moving on to Da Nang.

I must comment on your fanrastic servers and in particular your waitress Dięm who has served us on all the occasions we visited. She's very attentive, caring and a credit to your establishment. She also took time to share and recommended local attractions. Lovely lady! The atmosphere is relaxed and very family friendly. Thank you for a service very well delivered. Definitely be recommended and will be coming back for sure.

Salad is very good. I love it very much. We are very happy to eat here. The cold cut plate is great. Bread is very good, crispy outside, not chewy and soft inside. Most importantly, food are very warm 👍. Staff are very friendly and great service.

A casual restaurant with very good western dishes. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. They served comp Tapenade and Seafood Croquettes and both of them are quite nice. The chicken served in Ceasar Salad was cooked perfectly. My medium-rare steak was excellent with the homemade shallot sauce.

My wife and I decided to try this new French bistro last night, and we were thrilled! The restaurant is nicely appointed with hardwood tables, comfortable chairs, and pleasing decor. They bar was very nice and inviting, (But that’ll be for another visit), The service was very good (thank you Pham Diem) an the food , wonderfully paired and, cooked to perfection, and every bite was delicious! I had the yellowfin tuna served with Mediterranean risotto. It was cooked medium-rare; (when fish is prepared (and paired) properly, It brings out the flavor and tastes amazing!!! My wife’s tuna with sautéed vegetables was also perfectly cooked and delicious. For dessert we shared (I’m on a diet) a chocolate fondant, which was beautifully presented and so rich and chocolatey; I could have eaten 3!!! During dinner, chef Eddy Willem came out to ensure everything was to our liking; something I haven’t experienced in years, and a nice touch). It’s refreshing to experience the pride and enthusiasm Chef Eddy has. Although this was our first visit, we’re going back again soon. The food was delicious and there are a few more of my favorites that I’d like to try! This was such a great dining experience, a real value, that we’ve decided to go back next Friday (I’m going to have the Creme Broullée!!).
