I recently had a stay at the Novotel Da Nang. What I liked most was the housekeeping staff; they cleaned the rooms meticulously, kept everything spotless, and the rooms were very airy. Novotel Danang Premier Han River is a very convenient city hotel—about 15 minutes by car from the airport and around a 15-minute walk to Han Market. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent Han River access and views: you can simply cross the road and be right by the river. The staff were consistently friendly, and the room condition was good overall, so I would recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Danang or anyone who wants to explore the city on foot. As part of the Platinum member benefits, I was upgraded to a room facing toward the Thuan Phuoc Bridge area, with a wide open view of Danang Bay and the Son Tra Peninsula. The panoramic scenery—river, sea, and mountains—was even better than expected and made it easy to relax even while staying in the hotel. The gym was also spacious and well equipped, and working out in the morning while looking over the Han River was a great start to the day. Housekeeping and cleanliness were also very satisfactory. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. If the hotel could adjust the number and placement of sunbeds and add more greenery around the pool, it would feel even more comfortable for resting while enjoying the view. The Premier Lounge evening cocktails were excellent, and the Han River night view was a perfect way to end the day. The lounge staff always greeted guests with warm smiles and kind service—among the best I have experienced compared to other hotels. I was also touched to receive a birthday cake during my stay, even though I had not mentioned my birthday in advance. My sincere thanks to the lounge and reception teams. Overall, I truly appreciate all the staff for making my trip more memorable, and I hope to return again on my next visit to Danang.

I traveled to Vietnam to celebrate my parents' birthday. There was a rooftop noise issue on the premium floor, but when I said I was uncomfortable, I apologized for it in many ways, and I received a lot of benefits that I could enjoy at the hotel along with the improvement of this room (reducing the volume, etc.). I was touched by the way they prepared and improved measures, not just apologies. All the staff were kind and the building was well managed for the time it was made. In particular, the Banahill Wow Pass was the best. I will definitely use Novotel for my next trip to Da Nang. Thanks to the kindness and hard work of all the staff, it was an unforgettable and happy trip. Thank you very much.

노보텔 숙박하는 동안 이용중인 조식! 종류도 많고 매일 새롭게 바뀌는데 너무 맛있어요. 한식도 은근히 보여서 반갑습니다. 그리고 “THAO”, “VINH" 직원분을 포함한 모든 분들이 친절하셨는데 세심하게 잘 챙겨주셔서 덕분에 편안하게 식사를 마무리 할 수 있었습니다~~

많은 호텔을 알아봤는데 다낭 시내 중심지 호텔은 노보텔이 짱인 것 같습니다. 시설이면 청결 조식 그리고 직원분들의 친절함. 2박했는데 너무 아쉽고 다음에 또 예역할 예정입니다. 특히 Jennifer 직원분이 너무 친절해서 기억에 남고 덕분에 편안한 여행이 되었어요.

What made the difference was not a single feature, but the consistency of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we felt throughout the hotel. A special highlight for us was the Premier Lounge. Ms. Rosa, Ms. Kile, Ms. Nami, Ms. Luccie, Ms. Nga, Mr. Tino, and Mr. The welcomed us with kindness and attentiveness that made every visit feel relaxed and personal. Their calm professionalism and friendly presence created an atmosphere we truly enjoyed coming back to. Behind the scenes, we would also like to thank Ms. Dieu and Ms. Tam from the kitchen. Their dedication could be felt in the small details that made the lounge experience run so smoothly, adding quiet comfort to our daily routine. Breakfast each morning was shaped by the warm service of Mr. Trung, Ms. Vy, and Ms. Huong. Their friendliness and attentive manner helped set a pleasant tone for the day and made breakfast feel unhurried and genuinely enjoyable. And to all the other wonderful team members we encountered along the way: even if we cannot list every name, your kindness, your smiles and your constant willingness to help left a deep impression on us. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized and the overall service exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to the receptionist for being so welcoming and attentive. She was very professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions. 만족스러운 호텔이예요. 공항에서 가깝고 조식도 다양하게 마련되어있어 좋았어요. 한국인 입맛에 맞는 메뉴도 있고, 다양한 커피와 음료 그리고 빵, 과일 종류도 맛있네요. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 한강을 내려다보며 먹으니 분위기도 아주 좋았습니다

市内の眺めは最高です。 従業員の方も、柔軟な対応でいいですよ。 今日は雨でアウトサイドではカクテルは飲めませんでしたが、晴れた日に外でカクテルがのみたかった。またダナンで行きたいスポットです。

Hôtel facile d'accès avec une entrée sur 2 rues parallèle. À éviter pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger du fait du skybar. Dommage que la salle de sports ne soit pas accessible en permanence. Heureusement pour les marcheurs et les coureurs le quai est agréable et rapidement quasiment sans véhicule. Si je reviens à Danang j'y reviendrai probablement même si je n'ai pas été enthousiasmé par l'executive lounge. Un effort certain mais pas mon style. Longs délais d'attente pour l'ascenseur.

誕生日を兼ねて、年末年始お世話になりました。館内とても綺麗で、親切なスタッフさん達で旅行を楽しめました。シーツは毎日変えてくれませんが、フロントで申告すると毎日無料で変えてくれるようになります。

Un bel hôtel vu de l’extérieur, proposant une jolie vue sur la ville quand vous êtes au 14e étage. En revanche le hall de réception à l’allure d’une gare et le tourisme de masse Chinois ultra bruyant au petit déjeuner est assez spécial. D’ailleurs on ressent très vite que le personnel de l’hôtel comme Mme Thuong, privilégie en priorité ce type de clientèle venant par groupe. Les chambres sont petites et pas en très bons états. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup trop de produits industriels. Dommage pour un établissement à 5 étoiles.

Excellent service and relaxing dining at The Square

I had a lovely dining experience at The Square in Novotel Danang. From the entrance, the staff were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist us. They were attentive, always listening and making every effort to enhance our dining experience. The restaurant has a calm and quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view overlooking the Han River – the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The food was also quite good, complementing the overall experience. A great choice in Danang for both service and ambiance!

I had a truly amazing morning at this five-star restaurant with an impressive breakfast. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, capturing my attention at first glance. The menu was incredibly diverse, offering everything from traditional Vietnamese dishes to a variety of European cuisine, catering to every taste. The beverage station was another highlight, featuring fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milk, and barista-style coffee – all delicious, visually appealing, and nutritious. Each drink was carefully crafted, both in flavor and presentation. What stood out most was the staff – friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and attentiveness contributed greatly to this high-class dining experience. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this wonderful place to my friends and family!

L'accueil et le service était bien dans son ensemble heureusement que les réceptionnistes du lounge étaient là pour rattraper la mauvaise volonté du service de conciergerie et rendre notre séjour agréable. --> Nous avons demandé un cable HDMI à la conciergerie pour pouvoir connecter mon ordinateur à la télévision, la réponse était : "non, nous n'avons pas ça" pour me raccrocher le téléphone au nez.. J'ai ensuite demandé à la réception du lounge, Rosa et Phuong ont réussi à me le trouver. Encore un grand merci à elles pour leur gentillesse et professionalisme. Particularités de mon séjour, je suis venu pour mon anniversaire assister au concours de feux d'artifice, la situation de l'hôtel et la vue de la chambre était super mais un groupe nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le service petit-déjeûner uniquement jusqu'à 9h30, le restaurant et le bar étaient privatisés certaines heures nous forçant à commande en chambre. Le repas en chambre était catastrophique. Le repas était froid et le steack pas cuit... Seul point positif le repas est arrivé à la bonne heure. (Je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir du monde à l'hôtel et que tout ne se passe pas comme en temps normal mais la qualité d'un établissement 5 étoiles devrait être constante.) À l'attention de futurs clients, si vous êtes prêts à payer le prix fort pour être aux premières loges du feu d'artifice, Novotel Danang Premier Han River est une superbe option. Par contre on est loin des standards que l'on connaît du groupe Accor dans cette gamme d'établissement.

Romantic Valentine’s BBQ Buffet Experience

I had a wonderful time at the Valentine’s Day BBQ buffet. The atmosphere was perfect for couples, with romantic candlelight and flower decorations. The food was amazing—tender meats, fresh seafood, and delicious desserts specially prepared for the occasion. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was a memorable evening, and I highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day!

Great service and setting as expected from a 5 star hotel. Eat as much as you can for 918000 VND per person. Highly recommended. Probably the best place in Da Nang.

Nhà hàng nằm trong khách sạn 5 sao Novotel Danang nên vô cùng sạch sẽ, view rất đẹp nhìn về sông Hàn. Mình dùng BBQ Buffet cuối tuần, đồ ăn ngon, đa dạng và nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình.

Nhà hàng này thực sự là một điểm đến tuyệt vời. Không chỉ về đồ ăn thức uống quầy bar với thực đơn đa dạng và ngon miệng mà còn về dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp từ đội ngũ nhân viên. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ là điểm cộng lớn, tạo ra một không gian thoải mái và ấm cúng cho khách hàng. Đánh giá tích cực đặc biệt là với một nam nhân viên bar (có lẽ kiêm bồi bàn) tên Thông, thân thiện - chuyên nghiệp. Món ăn ở đây đều được chuẩn bị cẩn thận và đầy đủ về hương vị, mang lại trải nghiệm ẩm thực tuyệt vời. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

Tối ngày 2/6 gia đình chúng tôi và một vài người bạn đã đặt bàn tại nhà hàng square để dùng bữa và xem bắn pháo hoa, ngay từ lúc đến nơi chưa biết vị trí đỗ xe ở đâu thì có bạn phát đã hướng dẫn chúng tôi sau đó có các bạn host của nhà hàng quyên ánh hỗ trợ kiểm vé dẫn bàn vị trí khá ưng ý, các bạn nhân viên nhà hàng khánh chinh thúy trung diệu rất nhiệt tình chu đáo, cảm ơn 2ly nước dưa hấu của bạn hòa gửi đến 2 bạn nhỏ nhà chúng tôi. Thưởng thức một ly cooktail ngoài hồ bơi The Splash pool, khu vực hồ bơi ở đây thật đẹp, có thể nhìn được toàn cảnh sông Hàn. Bất ngờ khi tôi chưa kịp suy nghĩ món nước gì thì nhân viên đã chủ động tót nước mời chúng tôi, nhân viên pha chế nước rất ngon bạn ấy tên Hoà, bạn Phát và Diệu phục vụ rất nhiệt tình.
