비싸긴 하지만 돈이 아깝진 않아요 다낭시내에서 유명한 스테이크집도 많이 가봤지만 여기가 제일 맛있네요 그리고 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다 하얀 셔츠를 입은 매니저님이 특히 친절해요. 리조트도 이뻐서 추천드립니다

부부가 특별한 날을 맞이하여 특별한 음식을 먹었네요^^ 베트남 물가로 치면 비싸지만 만족한 한끼 식사였네요.

Excellent experience at Char Grill House Danang! The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Every dish from small bites to main courses was an delight! From the dish presentation, ingredients, and tastes, it was very satisfying. It made one of our favorite steak dinners of all time in our global travel journeys. We decided to go back the second night and tried seafood dishes, and same consistency with great quality. Staffs were friendly, services were attentative. Beach view is nice. We will definitely visit again if we return to Da Nang in the future. Highly recommended.

Char Grill was the standout dining venue at Fusion Danang. We ate here every evening on our 5 nights stay. Nguyen was an absolute standout staff member. Feedback on food - there is very limited variety of vegetables served as the accompaniment to the meals. This became very boring. Over our stay we ate tenderloin, rib eye, salmon, tuna, octopus, pasta, burger and lamb cutlets. The lamb cutlets were the only choice we were dissatisfied with - way too much fat. If the lamb had been frenched this would have been a more satisfying option. Acknowledgement to the chefs. The dining room was beautifully presented.

The food at this establishment is exceptional, beautifully cooked and the freshest ingredients. I was very surprised that the lamb is sourced from New Zealand therefore everything regarding the quality of food is top tier. The staff are very warm, welcoming & accommodating. They go above & beyond for the guests. The staff are the main highlight and have made my stay truly enjoyable. I would happily come back and would encourage others to visit this resort & especially this restaurant.

Excellent food quality and impeccable service at Char Grill House. We had octopus salad, lamb rack and seafood platter. All were nicely executed and the portion was generous.

I am honestly shocked at the number of positive reviews this place has. Let me explain my rating. We stayed at the Fusion resort (great experience by the way) late in the evening and hadn't eaten dinner. The resort gave us a 15% discount to Char Grill and thought why not, it's close by and has great reviews. The first red flag was the initial impression. We were told it would be an hour wait but saw a few tables empty. Puzzled, we were going to leave but then decided to just order take-out since it was late. As we came back, we saw a party of 4 leave. So we asked if we could be seated and immediately felt there was some hesitance but another waiter sat us. By the way, this was at least 2 hours before closing. So we sat down and were given menus. And I kid you not, I met eyes with at least 3 waiters and not a single one of them came to take our order for at least 10-15 minutes. They were too busy serving two other larger tables and we felt ignored for sure. Eventually a new waitress came to take our order. It's fine, maybe they were busy with the large tables. We first ordered bone marrow. I know that bone marrow primarily has a fatty consistency but this particular bone marrow was just 99% pure fat with hardly any substance to eat. Then came the lobster bisque, I should have known this was a bad choice. They were out of the main course lobster but were still serving lobster bisque. The color was....dark. Not the vibrant orange that you expect from lobster bisque. The flavor had a hint of bitterness or sourness that was off putting. I am almost convinced an old left-over lobster was used to cook it. Didn't taste fresh at all. Next was the steak as part of the T-bone set. I'm not an expert at steak but I can make a decent steak at home. This steak? It felt like they had cooked it earlier in the day, reheated it on a pan or microwave and served it to me. No juice was flowing, no indication it was piping hot off a grill or cast-iron, and the worst part was it was so hard to cut through. The inside appeared medium but considering it was so tough on the outside, it felt like an old steak. Finally, we had the sea bass which probably was the best part of the dinner but still was not satisfying. The fish itself appeared fresh but was doused in oil, way more than necessary. I think what upset us the most was the initial waiter (maybe even manager) who tried to usher us away and ignored us when we were very clearly ready to order. At the end came to us and said they were very busy but that still doesn't excuse blatantly ignoring your diners.

The entire team at char Grill from front of house to the back of the kitchen were simply amazing. Glorious food, and went above and beyond to look after a large family group. Extremely accommodating and great company.

Everything about Char Grill House was delightful, from the food and drinks, to the ambience, and the service staff!

Saw minimal reviews and I thought they deserved one. Food was extremely good. Ordered the bone marrow, oysters and striploin. Bone marrow was the pick of the bunch. So sinful yet aromatic, couldn’t resist and asked for more bread. Oysters were slightly small in size but very fresh. The shallots and onions gave it a fragrant smell. Steak had a nice bite to it yet not overly tough and the accompanying veg were charred perfectly. Foie gras sauce was a let down but then again that’s on me wanting to try a new sauce. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, constantly checking to see if the food is okay. Ambience was great too. Would highly recommend!

Excellent food especially the rib eye steak (medium) and the local fish dish is a must try especially if you are staying at fusion resorts (which is also a great place to stay) .

사전에 한국에서 호텔측으로 메일을 보냈습니다. 내용은 장모님 칠순기념 다낭여행 가는대 저녁식사때 레스토랑에서 식사할예정인대 생일이벤트 가능한지 여쭈어 보았는대 흔쾌히 해주시고 감사했습니다. 덕분에 잊지못할 저희가족 소중한 추억 앉고 돌아왔습니다. 직원분들 모두 너무 감사합니다. 다음번에는 며칠 쉬다오고 싶어졌습니다.

Great food and staff. Expensive for Vietnam- but great quality

We came to Char Grill at 5:30pm and got a lovely seat outside. The weather was perfect—not too hot—so it was great to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. The menu is extensive, and while prices are on the higher side, the quality and taste held up well. Dinner for 4 came to around 4 million VND. Overall, a great place to dine, especially for a first night at Fusion Resort.

My family booked a stay at Fusion Resort Villa Danang from August 1st to August 3rd, 2025. There are three of us, including two adults and one 2.5-year-old child. On the evening of August 1st, 2025, we had dinner at the resort’s restaurant. We placed our order at 7:10 PM, but by 8:20 PM, the food still had not been served, while other tables that arrived after us had already received their food long before. Moreover, the food was not even properly cooked (as shown in the photo — you can see that the shrimp is still raw in the middle). As we have a child under 3 years old, we were very confused about how the restaurant operates. We are extremely upset by this behavior, which we find disrespectful to customers.

We visited Char Grill 3 times during our stay in June 2025 and we were served the bad steak. We ordered medium rare but were given the well done, we told the waitress and they changed to a rare one. It was then changed to a correct steak.

Rất nhiều rượu cho những ai muốn thưởng thức. Đồ ăn giá cao hơn nhà hàng Fresh. Khay hải sản tôi gọi rất tươi ngon, tôi còn được tặng khai vị và rượu.

Char is an excellent resort restaurant. We had two incredible meals here. The first evening we ordered tenderloin and chicken. The tenderloin was perfectly medium rare and the chicken was divine. So flavorful and juicy. Possibly the best chicken dish we had in all of Vietnam. It caught us by surprise as we have had only mediocre experiences at other resort restaurants. We didn’t take pics of our food, but decided to come back again the next evening to try their seafood offerings. This time we ordered their lobster and squid ink pasta. Again both dishes were delicious. The staff’s attentive service and restaurant classy decor perfectly complemented their food. Overall we were very happy to be eating at Char. Much more so than in the city or in Hoi An.
