Before dinner even started, she sat with us for almost 30 minutes with incredible patience and kindness, helping us build a menu that matched our dietary preferences perfectly. She listened carefully, explained everything, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The result was a unique and amazing dinner experience. I had my birthday dinner here and it couldn’t have been better! The dinner was fabulous, I ordered the herb roasted chicken and its the best chicken I’ve ever tasted Ms Avery and Mr Keiren even brought me a birthday surprise afterwards and helped me celebrate as I was on my first solo trip, they made this the most memorable birthday! They are really kind hearted people! we need more people like them on this earth 🤍

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my father-in-law’s birthday here during our stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. The food was excellent, the ambience was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a very memorable evening. What truly made the night special, though, was the hospitality from the staff. Avery Nguyên was especially amazing and went above and beyond to help coordinate the birthday celebration and make sure everything ran smoothly. The staff singing Happy Birthday to my father-in-law was such a thoughtful touch and really made him feel celebrated. Avery’s kindness, attentiveness, and warm attitude elevated the entire experience for our family. Honestly, all of the staff we interacted with were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. It made a huge difference and created such a positive atmosphere for our celebration. We’ve eaten at several places during our trip, and this was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in Da Nang. Thank you again to Avery Nguyên and the entire team for making the evening so special.

The view from the restaurant is honestly so beautiful — oceanfront, private, and with such a relaxing vibe. It’s perfect for gathering with friends, having a chill evening, or even an intimate date night. Avery Nguyen truly made my experience even more memorable. I was really impressed by her knowledge of wine and food pairings, along with her professionalism and genuine care for us. She has a very natural way of making people feel comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and I honestly think she deserves to be in an environment where her talent and knowledge are fully appreciated and allowed to shine. You’re very lucky to have her on the team.

Had dinner during their Seafood Market Night, the atmosphere was beautiful with breathtaking ocean views. The seafood was perfectly cooked as per our request and all the staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly!

The gentle sound of the ocean waves combined with the soothing background music created the perfect, breezy vibe to unwind and chill. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Anh Nguyen, who highly recommended the Bao Bun and the drinks to me. Bao Bun was so flavorful and savory! We came to this restaurant few times during the holiday. Fantastic place for family with young kids. It’s just right next to the beach and also has a very big pool. Food is great, and service is lovely. We had Maxime for our table and he was very cool, attentive and helpful.

NHÀ HÀNG VÀ NHÂN VIÊN PHÂN BIỆT KHÁCH ĐỂ PHỤC VỤ. Hôm qua mình vào dùng dịch vụ cf thì nhân viên báo là khách ngoài phải sử dụng vé day pass 700k/1 người. Trong khi bạn mình từng đi tuần trước dùng cf bình thường, k phải mua vé. Đến hôm nay, mình có bạn vào sử dụng dịch vụ cf vẫn được tiếp bình thường. Ban đầu mình cũng nói luôn với nhân viên là mình sử dụng dịch vụ muốn uống cafe ở nhà hàng chứ không hề đề cập đến việc sử dụng hồ bơi, Nhà hàng cứ check cam lại tầm 9h15 9/4 xem nhân viên “giới thiệu” hay nói quy định bắt buộc là mua day pass nhé, cũng không hề đề cập đến mua day pass được sử dụng hồ bơi! Bạn bè mình đi nhiều lần ở đây, riêng chỉ mình đi là nhân viên chỉ vào quầy để mua day pass, không được ngồi bàn order như người khác. CSKH giải quyết như vậy cũng nên xem lại đi nhé, không 1 lời xin lỗi đến khách hàng, mình đến sử dụng dịch vụ đàng hoàng, không được đón tiếp thì thôi, đằng này lại không được phục vụ như khách bình thường? Vậy thôi nhé

First time being here. Good atmosphere and spacious. Food and drinks in general are excellent. Although one dish is not something we are expecting, the restaurant makes it up for us. Strongly recommended for drinks or dining.

ハイアットリージェンシー内の「Vive Océane – Beach Club & Restaurant」。宿泊中に利用しましたが、少し期待外れでした。 ロケーションはビーチ沿いで雰囲気は抜群、サンセットタイムは特に素敵でリゾート気分を味わえます。 しかし12月31日WHITEPARTYのお料理は、価格が高くてクオリティが値段に見合っていないと感じました。見た目はおしゃれでしたが、味は平均的。サービスは悪くないものの、スタッフの対応がややバラつきがあり。 昼間にビーチチェアやサンベッドで過ごすには快適ですが、「食事目的」で来る価値はコスパの面で疑問が残ります。 海を眺めながらの時間は素晴らしいので、ドリンクだけ楽しむならアリですが、しっかり食事をしたい人には他のレストランをおすすめしたいと思います。

Cute place on the beach, part of Hyatt so you have other options as well within the hotel, high quality in all of them. Sunset Dj, happy hour, makes for a great vibe. Bit tricky in colder seasons like now because it can be a little cold outside but the air con is on inside, and it's like this in all their restaurants, I would advise sitting outside and just bring a jacket. They may give you a blanket too.

A splendid breakfast experience at Vive Océane – Beach Club & Restaurant. The buffet selection was wonderfully curated, offering both international favourites and delightful local touches. The avocado toast station was a particular highlight, with fresh ingredients and generous toppings. The Western breakfast spread was equally impressive, with perfectly cooked eggs, crisp bacon, and quality cold cuts. What truly stood out, however, was the Dosa station — an unexpected gem. Each dosa was freshly prepared, beautifully crisp, and accompanied by flavourful chutneys and sambar. It was, without doubt, one of the best I have enjoyed at a hotel buffet. The ambience of the beach club added to the charm — calm, stylish, and relaxing, with a well-presented juice and beverage bar. Overall, an excellent breakfast venue that combines quality, variety, and a lovely seaside atmosphere. Highly recommended.

If you come to Vive Oceane, you need to come here at night and sit outside for drinks or dinner. There is a warm ocean breeze and the outside lighting and ambiance is hypnotizing. Good music in the background and attentive service. I had the garlic prawns and they came out nice and plump, juicy and flavorful. It was satisfying on its own. The accompanying two bread rolls were warm and crisp on the outside. Very tasty. Nice place to unwind before heading back to your room for the night.

To be honest, I really wouldn’t recommend this Beach Club. First of all, the price is way too high for the level of service and the menu they offer. It’s simply overpriced. Secondly, when I came at lunchtime, I was disappointed to find that the main menu was unavailable. I was told that it’s only available in the evening, even though I wanted a proper meal, not just snacks. I paid a considerable amount of money, and I really didn’t like that guests who come in the morning or during the day can’t enjoy a full meal and are limited to just snacks. Another thing I didn’t like — even though you pay 700,000 (in local currency) per person, you’d think that would be enough to eat well, but that’s not the case. The prices inside are just insane. One small salad cost half of that amount. In the end, I was only able to order two snacks and two cocktails, and then my credit was gone. I also had to wait a very long time for my cocktail. The food arrived quickly, but the drink took quite a while. And when it finally arrived, the pineapple juice tasted spoiled. I asked them to replace it, and that also took time. Then I ordered an orange juice, which turned out to be completely tasteless and not sweet at all. I asked them to add syrup, and again, it took extra time. By the time everything was brought, I had already finished eating, and I had to drink the juice afterward. For this kind of price, they could have offered much more. I’ve been to many places, and when I’ve purchased similar package deals, I always left feeling full—and for much less money than here. In my opinion, the prices here are unjustifiably high. I wouldn’t say the place is bad — it’s beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained — but in my opinion, it’s just not worth the money they’re asking.

On nous a servi 2 coca chaud, une salade sans couvert (avec une attente de 10 min juste pour avoir les couverts) le reste de notre commande est arrivée 15 min plutard. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was far from exceptional—mediocre at best, with everything being excessively salty and drowning in sauce. The fries were overly salted to the point of being almost inedible, and the beef tenderloin I ordered was covered in large salt crystals that made it nearly impossible to enjoy. The service also left much to be desired. Despite ordering coffee, we weren't even offered a glass of water. When I stepped out to the terrace for a cigarette, no one bothered to bring an ashtray, which I found surprising for a venue of this supposed caliber. While the setting was undeniably beautiful, a restaurant's primary purpose is to serve good food, and in that regard, this establishment fell short. For a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard both in terms of food quality and service. But the price is as it is supposed to be in a 5 star hotel...

What truly sets Vive Ocean apart is the breathtaking view,right on the beachfront with endless white sand disappearing into the horizon. As the sun sets, a DJ creates a fantastic vibe that you'll want to stay long after dinner.

Yesterday I attended the presentation of the new Mexican menu. The food was amazing, the cocktails were a 4 out of 5. The use of 'technical' ice in high-end establishments in Da Nang still remains a mystery to me. I also have several questions about the organization of the event itself. 1. Why were there no children's entertainment, animators, nannies, or at least a children's area so that parents could relax? 2. I'm not a prude, but the revealingly dressed go-go girls seemed somewhat inappropriate for a family crowd. 3. The DJ played completely unsuitable music for such a venue. Yes, it was Latin, but 'Depósito' and Shakira, seriously? The Trumpet player only saved the situation in small doses. It's a restaurant in a 5-star hotel, and management should pay attention to the needs of their customers. It would be easy to check the hotel's guest demographics Overall, I like the place, and I hope that the next event will be organized taking into account the needs of people who are willing to pay for quality. P.S. I'm from around here, not a hotel guest. I came specifically for the event. P.P.S. Also, I wasn't very pleased to see the bar manager and a waiter arguing. Nevertheless, the bar manager is a great girl.

Great beachside restaurant in Hyatt Regency Danang hotel. Very nice place to enjoy the breakfast. Awesome views while you eat. Breakfast is superb with local and western options and the staff is very warm and courteous

My wife and I had a great date with a beautiful sunset, we were lucky to listen for violin performance with DJ. Our early dinner bites were amazing with some delicious drinks. Always love to come back

Best place to watch the ocean with great food and views! This restaurant is top notch! It’s inside the Hyatt regency resort. Has wonderful beach views to watch the sunset or enjoy day/evening dining. The food is exceptional and options for everyone which comes along with an amazing service experience by the friendly staff. I had the smash burger and wow so tasty and juicy! Don’t hesitate to make this your spot to dine in. I ate here 3x during my stay and each time was excellent! Kudos to the team and management that’s makes this place a truly special place. Special thanks to the manger Valerio for being so kind, warm and inviting. His staff there are amazing!

Good vibe, food is a little pricy but you are at the hotel. The view is incredible if you sit outside. The catch of the day was decent, but so is everything else on the menu. Get the scallops!

Restoran is wonderful, music food atmosphere the best But I wasn’t lucky with waiter, maybe it’s new one, but she didn’t know English like absolutely (I don’t how you can don’t know English, if you work in international hotel. She asked me about my order second time after I take orders And attention! When I go to the toilet, she asked me pay a bill, whaaat😂😂 (By the way I leaved my bag on the table)

실내는 어두운 데 따뜻한 색감의 조명이 포근하게 만들어줘요! 실외는 하얏트의 오션뷰가 멋져요! 식전빵으로 주는 깨가 많은 빵도 고소하구요! 스테이크랑 육즙이 팡팡 부드러웠고 새우는 아주 통통한게 입 안에 새우가득이었어요! 개인적으로 스테이크는 정말 맛도리...👍🏻

Locale doesn’t get any better. The restaurant sits meters away from the private Hyatt beach, with indoor and outdoor seating to fit your mood. My wife and I enjoyed a late dinner on a Friday and, luckily, we’re treated to live musicians on the turntables and sexy saxophone tunes. The vocalist was also very cute. The food was excellent and the prices are very very fair. You’re paying for quality French inspired dishes and amazing atmosphere. We ordered the ribeye which was seasoned to perfection, and included an add’l sauce, in which we chose bearnaise. It was delightful. The avocado and crab salad was cool and refreshing. Drinks pack a punch. The cocktails were fruity and flavorful. I recommend the banana colada and cucumber mule. This restaurant is available for non-guests of Hyatt as well. Date night on the beach with some surf and turf ~ it doesn’t get any better.

Stunning location, friendly service, fair pricing and delicious fresh catches washed down with all things pink and sparkling. Fast emerging as the destination beach club in Da Nang enabled by a separate entrance for the outside guest.

The service is terribly slow.. waited for 30 minutes for drinking water and my wine order but they never came even after our starters were being served.. and fyi they weren’t short of staff, there were staff who were walking around, not being attentive - its just really bad management Food was alright

Excellent food, really good service, with Italian manager making sure everything is right, and amazing dj (dj name: ilegal Zar), choosing perfect tunes, for a wonderful dinner by the beach.

Everything is perfect. I love the feeling of sitting outside, enjoying French cuisine, rosé wine, the gentle breeze from the ocean and melodious French songs from DJs. Very romantic !
