Хорошая немецкая кухня, вкусное пиво, низкие цены для такой кухни и еды, хорошее обслуживание, все колбаски просто потрясающие, бретцели всегда приносят темплые с маслом, были тут 3 раза и все 3 раза было супер, хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда подходит спрашивает обратную связь, для Вьетнама это очень крутое место

Достаточно тихое, спокойное место. Персонал внимателен,доброжелателен, говорят по-английски. Видно, что хозяева заведения искренне заботятся о том, чтобы гости остались довольны, и сами тоже обслуживают посетителей. Вся еда очень вкусная и сытная, нам особенно понравился салат из утки, приготовленный хозяином. Лучшее не вьетнамское место в Дананге.

Очень хороший ресторан со вкусной едой, замечательным обслуживанием. Были в Германии неоднократно и здесь действительно достойно готовят!

Наверное пока это лучшее место среди вьетнамских кафе. В нём гармонично все: и интервью, и еда и чистота в кафе. Очень чисто во всем заведении, хороший ремонт, что редко я видела во Вьетнаме, всегда какие -то погрешности. Здесь же все идеально. Еда и пиво были очень вкусными, прекрасная подача и замечательное обслуживание. Официант говорит и на английском и на немецком. Хозяйка тоже очень приятная женщина. Обязательно посетите этот ресторан!!!

Зашли случайно, в поисках отдыха от азиатской еды. Были очень приятно удивлены тем, насколько всё было вкусным, аккуратным и комфортным. Хозяин тоже очень мил и образован. Всем советую зайти)

Wir sind seit drei Monaten in Asien unterwegs und es war eine Wohltat mal wieder deutsches Essen zu essen 🥰 Die Kellner konnten auch etwas deutsch und das Essen war sehr lecker. Besonders zu empfehlen war die Wurstcombo und Käseplatte! Das Sauerkraut war eines der besten, dass ich je gegessen habe. Wenn man meckern möchte, könnte man sagen der Senf war kein guter Senf, und die Bretzel auch kein Laugengebäck, sondern ein normaler Teig in Bretzelform, aber das hat unsere Freude über das Ambiente und sonstige gute Essen nicht gestört.

Mình gọi 3 món, món nào mình cũng thấy ngon hợp khẩu vị mình. Bánh mỳ Brezel dù chưa chuẩn như Brezel Đức, nhưng mình ăn thấy ngon. Món Schnitzel Bavaria ngon nha mọi người, nên thử ạ. Mình thấy không có nhiều nhà hàng Đức ở Đà Nẵng nhưng quán lại khá vắng khách. Hy vọng quán có nhiều khách hàng biết đến hơn. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình nhưng chắc cần học thêm tiếng Anh giao tiếp một xíu vì lúc bạn mình bảo thanh toán "pay" mà bạn hổng hiểu hihi.

Delicious brats, sauerkraut, schnitzel and brezel, all made in-house. The mustard had a nice, strong kick. The San Miguel dark and blonde drafts paired well. Friendly service. Atmosphere could use more charm, but it was clean. Open air seating, grateful they had mosquito spray.

Leckeres Essen 🙂 - Aber! Kässpätzle waren sehr lecker, aber 250.000 Dong für eine Mini Portion ist echt viel!! (Auch für uns Deutsche!) ☝🏼 Im Verhältnis. Das Schnitzel MIT Pommes hat 160.000 gekostet.... eindeutig nicht in der Relation... Ansonsten alles top. Die Brezel 🥨 naja... Das war halt Teig aber keine deutsche Brezel!! 🤣🤣🤣

Wir hatten mal so richtig Lust auf Deutsches Essen, es hat sehr sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wir kommen wieder 🙋‍♀️. Beilagen sind etwas zu wenig dabei, aber wir waren trotzdem satt. Der Wirt spricht sehr gut deutsch, leider wurde nach unserem Besuch geschlossen. Wegen Silvester, öffnet erst wieder ab 24.02.2026

A german bar with only San Miguel on tap. It's very sad. Some sausages are tasty and juicy, others taste like paper. The pizza is terrible. The sauerkraut and mustard are okay. They have a few bottled german beers.

Um auch in Vietnam mal "echte deutsche Küche" genießen zu können, ist hier die richtige Location. Das Essen (Schnitzel u.anderes) ist geschmacklich, deutsch identisch. Einrichtung rustikal, gemäßigte ruhige Hintergrundmusik, Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Preise alle im Rahmen. (Nicht zu verwechseln mit "Local-foot") Unsere Bedienung "Duyen" wahr sehr aufmerksam, nett und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Immer wieder gerne.

Waren heute am 24.01.26 dort zum Essen. Mein Wiener Schnitzel war ok. Die Pommes sehr kleine Portion. Das Beef Steak von der Partnerin leider zäh wie Leder. Beim Schneiden große Probleme und beim Essen ging gar nichts mehr. Sehr schade. Es war ein Versuch wert und dabei wird es auch bleiben. Übrigens waren auch alle offenen Biere nicht mehr verfügbar die in der Getränkekarte eigentlich angeboten wurden.

Jäger Schnitzel,aber Sauce nur na ja Wäre um Längen besser wen sie anstatt Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes anbieten.Spaetzle gut

I am German and recently had a small bite in Bratbrot for the first time. I ordered the small portion of the Nürnberger sausages. The sauerkraut was perfect. The sausages were also good but could have more spices. The served mustard is too string. I would recomnend a milder one. It would be also nice to be able to separately order bretzels. Overall a good experience and I certainely will visit again.

Gutes Deutsches essen, kleine Pommes Portion kann man aber noch dazu bestellen.

I had the sausage platter (Thuringer, Wienerwurst, and Nurnberger) and the Brezel (pretzel).My wife had the vegetarian pizza. We split a salad. Everything was excellent. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Very good German food, and I say this as a German. The sausages and sauerkraut are homemade. You could sense the Vietnamese twist (e.g. the mustard was quite spicy, or an umami-flavour in the Currywurst sauce). We certainly ate well here!

Eine leckere Currywurst mitten in Da Nang, das ist schon etwas Besonderes, super freundlicher Service, sogar Deutschkenntnisse, leider etwas teuer, aber besonders.

Decent imported German Beer and obviously with a German food menu. Recommended if you are in that area, long walk from beach which will make you very thirsty when you arrive.

As a German who travels a lot I like to see what other countries’ interpretations of German cuisine are. BratBrot was the most original German restaurant I’ve eaten at abroad. The Currywurst was just like in Germany and also enjoyed the fries that came with it and the Brezel with butter I had as a starter. Absolutely recommended!

This is the best German restaurant in Da Nang. The food is very delicious, and the staff is very kind. It’s the best place for chilling and enjoying beer with family, friends, and your loved ones

I was truly impressed with BratBrot from my very first visit. The space is cozy, clean, and gives such a pleasant vibe. Every dish was good, but the absolute highlight was the Brotzeit with seared salmon salad – the salmon was cooked to perfection, tender and sweet with crispy skin, paired with fresh salad and a perfectly balanced dressing. The staffs were friendly, quick, and incredibly attentive, always making sure guests have the best experience. Prices are reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times!!

Als Deutscher in Vietnam war ich wirklich überrascht, BratBrot zu entdecken. Als das Schweinshaxe an meinem Tisch ankam, hat mich der vertraute Duft sofort in meine Heimat zurückversetzt. Außen perfekt knusprig, innen zart und voller Geschmack, serviert mit Sauerkraut und Kartoffelpüree – genau wie in Deutschland. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und das aufmerksame, freundliche Personal gaben mir das Gefühl, in einem kleinen Restaurant in München zu sitzen. Ein wunderbares, nostalgisches Erlebnis – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

🇻🇳 Thực sự là bữa ăn tệ nhất chúng tôi từng có ở Đà Nẵng. Chúng tôi đến lúc 6:45 tối, dưới tầng chỉ có một bàn mấy người đàn ông đang uống bia và bảo đừng lên tầng trên vì nóng như nhau. Chúng tôi vẫn lên vì muốn có máy lạnh, và trên đó cũng chỉ có một bàn người Nga đang ăn. Mấy người uống bia dưới tầng cũng lên theo để tránh nóng. Có 2 nhân viên phục vụ cho bàn chúng tôi (5 người), 6 người Nga (gồm 2 trẻ em), 2 người khách đến sau, và 3 người đang uống bia. Chúng tôi gọi món giò heo muối nướng — món đặc trưng ở nhà hàng Đức — và được báo là phải chờ 1 tiếng, đáng lẽ nên gọi trước… vào tối thứ Sáu ở Đà Nẵng. Món khai vị gồm khoai tây chiên, 2 bánh brezeln, và salad Hy Lạp. • Salad mặn quá, chúng tôi trả lại, họ bỏ phô mai ra, rửa rau xà lách rồi đem lại bàn. • Bánh brezeln chỉ có một lát bơ, không hề có muối. Khi xin muối, nhân viên mang muối trộn tiêu; trả lại, họ mới mang muối i-ốt mịn — hoàn toàn không phù hợp cho brezeln. Tiếp theo là xúc xích Nurnberger — món duy nhất tạm chấp nhận được. Rồi đến “pork schnitzel” — nhưng không phải schnitzel, mà chỉ là miếng thịt heo chiên dầu không tẩm bột, rất tệ. Cuối cùng, 2 giò heo cho 5 người. Không phải 60 phút, mà hơn 100 phút mới ra. Và còn lạnh! Thịt dai, nứt bì không giòn, lại chặt ra khỏi xương rất cẩu thả. Dịch vụ tệ hại, như chưa từng làm ở nhà hàng bao giờ. Trong hơn 100 phút chờ, không dọn bàn, cũng không set up lại khi món ra. Nhân viên chạy qua chạy lại như rất bận, nhưng thực tế chỉ phục vụ chưa đến 20 khách. Điểm sáng duy nhất là bia Đức đóng lon/chai — thứ mà nhà hàng chẳng liên quan gì ngoài việc mở nắp. Không thể nhấn mạnh đủ: đừng tốn công đến đây. Điểm 5 sao hiện tại hoàn toàn không phản ánh trải nghiệm mà chúng tôi đã phải trả 2,4 triệu VND. Chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại. —————- 🇦🇺 Genuinely the worst meal we’ve had in Da Nang. We arrived at 6:45pm, just one table of men drinking downstairs who said not to go upstairs because it’s just as hot up there. We went up regardless for the aircon and it was slightly better, just one other table of Russians dining in there and the local drinkers followed us up for some cool air. 2 wait staff to cover our table of 5, the 6 Russians (Inc 2 kids), and 2 gentleman who arrived shortly after us and the 3 drinking men. We ordered the pork knuckle as you do at a German restaurant and were told it would take 1 hour, that we should have called ahead if we wanted that.. On a Friday evening in Da Nang.. For appetisers we had fries, 2 brezeln, and the Greek salad. We had to return the salad because it was too salty - they took out the cheese, washed the lettuce, and sent it back to the table. The brezeln came with a sliver of butter but had zero salt on them. We asked for some salt and the waiter bought us a mix of salt and pepper. We sent that back and asked for salt - they gave us fine grained iodised salt, not suitable for brezeln. Then we had the Nurnburger Sausages - the only passable dish of the evening. Along with a pork schnitzel. Except it wasnt a pork schnitzel, it was a fried pork cutlet - no breadcrumbs, literally just fried in oil. Awful. Then to top it all off, we had 2 pork knuckles to share between 5. They didn’t take 60 minutes - they took 100+ minutes. And they were served cold!! Cold and poorly prepared, carved off the bone but chewy and the crackling wasnt done properly either. Absolutely unbelievable. Staff were terrible, like they’d never been in a restaurant before. Genuinely amateur hour. They didn’t clean up anything in the 100 minutes we waited for those pork knuckles and then didn’t reset the table when they did finally arrive cold. Constantly running around as though they were busy but they had <20 people to wait on. The only saving grace were the German beers which were canned/bottled and the restaurant had not much to do with. Cannot emphasise enough - do not bother with this restaurant. Its current 5 star rating is a load of rubbish and is not in any way reflective of the dining experience we spent 2.4M VND on. We certainly won’t be going back.

Mình vừa có dịp ghé BratBrot và thật sự ấn tượng ngay từ lúc bước vào. Không gian quán ấm cúng, thiết kế tinh tế với ánh sáng vàng nhẹ tạo cảm giác rất thư giãn. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện, chào hỏi niềm nở và luôn chủ động hỏi thăm xem mình có cần thêm gì không. Về món ăn, phải nói là quá xuất sắc. Mình gọi set bánh mì kẹp xúc xích đặc trưng của quán, lớp vỏ giòn tan kết hợp nhân đậm đà, thơm mùi bơ và gia vị. Phần xúc xích tươi, nóng hổi, vị mặn ngọt vừa phải. Đặc biệt, nước sốt “signature” của BratBrot thật sự là điểm nhấn — béo, thơm, nhưng không bị ngấy. Điểm cộng lớn nữa là món ăn được trình bày rất đẹp, có thể thấy quán chăm chút từng chi tiết nhỏ. Giá cả thì hoàn toàn hợp lý so với chất lượng và trải nghiệm. Tóm lại, BratBrot không chỉ ngon mà còn mang lại cảm giác hài lòng trọn vẹn từ dịch vụ đến hương vị. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

Lần đầu tiên mình phải lên Google Maps để lại một đánh giá dài như thế này!!!! Thật sự chịu luôn á Chịu cái sự dễ thương của nhân viên ở đây, kiểu mấy bạn rất nhiệt tình, cởi mở, anh chị chủ quán cũng niềm nở lắm luôn, làm cho không khí ở quán tràn đầy năng lượng luôn. Chịu nhất đồ ăn ở đây, lần đầu mình dùng món Âu - tuy cũng sợ ko hợp khẩu vị nhưng mà ngoài sức mong đợi luôn. Nhất là món Schnitzel - lạ mà ngon nha! Món Salad chay cũng okay, cân bằng lại vị ổn nha. Ấn tượng nhất Cá hồi sốt chanh dây, vừa phải, cá hồi giữ vị tươi mà sốt cũng không quá chua, khác xa các trải nghiệm trước của mình. Tóm lại lần đầu tiên trải nghiệm món Đức của mình tại BratBrot rất tốt luôn. Highly recommend mọi người trải nghiệm để nghiện giống mình nha ☺️ nhất định sẽ quay lại vào dịp tới

Là một khách hàng đã có dịp dùng bữa tại nhà hàng Đức BratBrot, mình thực sự hài lòng với trải nghiệm ở đây. Không gian của nhà hàng rất thoáng mát, rộng rãi, bài trí đẹp mắt khiến cho bữa ăn trở nên đặc biệt hơn. Đội ngũ nhân viên ở BratBrot cũng là một điểm cộng lớn. Mọi người đều rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng với nụ cười thân thiện. Điều này làm mình cảm thấy được chào đón và thoải mái trong suốt bữa ăn. Về phần đồ ăn, mình thật sự ấn tượng. Các món đều chuẩn hương vị nước Đức, được chế biến kỹ lưỡng và trình bày đẹp mắt. Từ hương vị thơm ngon đến cách sắp đặt tinh tế, tất cả đều tạo nên một trải nghiệm ẩm thực khó quên. Tóm lại, BratBrot không chỉ là nơi để thưởng thức ẩm thực Đức chuẩn vị mà còn mang lại cảm giác dễ chịu và đáng nhớ. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới.

BratBrot ist für mich die erste Adresse in Da Nang, wenn man deutsche Küche vermisst – und das mit einem klaren Grund: Der Besitzer ist Vietnamese, hat viele Jahre in Deutschland gelebt und sich dort intensiv mit der deutschen und europäischen Kulinarik auseinandergesetzt. Gerade weil er diese Gerichte in Vietnam selbst vermisst, war es für ihn nur logisch, ein Restaurant zu eröffnen, in dem er all das umsetzt, was ihm wichtig ist: Qualität, Frische und eine ehrliche Zubereitung. Die Speisekarte ist groß und vielfältig – von Nürnberger und Thüringer Bratwürsten über Schnitzel bis hin zu Pizza, Pasta oder einem mediterranen Salat mit Putenbrustfilet und Oregano. Die Preise sind sehr moderat, es gibt eine breite Bierauswahl, und aktuell wird auch eine neue Lieferung von Weinen erwartet – einen durften wir schon probieren, und der war ausgezeichnet. Sehr gelungen finde ich die Atmosphäre: Unten sitzt man offen, mit Pflanzen und großen Fensterfronten, fast wie draußen, aber trotzdem überdacht. Wer es lieber kühl mag, geht in den klimatisierten Raum im ersten Stock mit rund 70 Plätzen. Einziger Punkt, den ich mir anders wünschen würde: Das Licht ist sehr grelles Weiß, fast ein Dekolicht von oben – etwas Warm-White oder moderne Akkutischlampen würden die Stimmung deutlich gemütlicher machen. Unterm Strich: BratBrot bringt ein Stück deutsche Esskultur nach Da Nang – für Deutsche wie auch für Vietnamesen ein spannender Ort, um diese Küche zu genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Just finished the cheese platter at BratBrot and had to write this review right away! The plate was beautifully presented with bold blue cheese, creamy gouda, and delicately fragrant elementals, served with fresh, juicy grapes and crispy biscuits. The salty richness of the cheese paired perfectly with the sweetness of the grapes and the crunch of the biscuits – a flawless balance. It felt like sitting somewhere in German, sipping a cold Sanwald beer, and savoring each refined bite. Must-try in Danang when you have a chance.

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại Bratbrot. Tôi rất thích hương vị của những món ăn tại đây, đậm chuẩn hương vị nước Đức, trang trí món ăn đẹp mắt và đặc biệt lên món nhanh với sự phục vụ chu đáo của các bạn nhân viên nhà hàng. Không gian thoáng mát, rộng rãi, trang trí hài hoà. Tôi sẽ tiếp tục dùng bữa tại đây, rất hài lòng!

여행의 마지막날 저녁으로 먹었던 곳이예요. 한국어메뉴가 없어서 메뉴고르기가 어려웠는데 직원이 친절하게 추천도 해주고 그림도 보여줘서 맛난걸로 잘 골랐어요. 특히 감자스프 진짜 맛있습니다 추천해준 치즈피자도 맛있었고 또 맥주도 추천해줬는데 맥주가 진짜 맛있었어요. 가장 좋은 것은 조용한 분위기에서 차분하게 식사를 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 아무리 맛있는 곳도 시끄러우면 정말 정신이없잖아요

Wow! One of the few, Vietnamese owned foreign restaurants in Vietnam that lives up to the hype! Everything was delicious and homemade. No kidding, he makes the best sauerkraut I've ever had. Potato soup was yummy as were all the sausages I tried (I tried all of them 😂). Pretzel was warm and served with REAL butter! Owner and staff are friendly, pleasant and efficient. Great German restaurant in Da Nang! I will be back many times whenever I am here. Awesome 😎!

It's not easy to find good quality German food in Vietnam, so it's great to have found Bratbrot! I enjoyed the Currywurst here - great taste, texture and presentation. There's plenty of space, including a large air-conditioned area upstairs that also works for groups. There's a good range of German food (plus others like pizza) and beers. Friendly staff and relaxing ambience.

Potential for Improvement - Excellent, friendly service and nice atmosphere! - However, the menu is confusing: A lot of dishes don’t seem obviously German and it’s not fully clear what they contain: Picture would help - Fussili salad mostly contained green salad and not many noodles. - Adding German names of the dishes would help with feeling more authentic - And 3% fee extra for card payments feels inconvenient. It would be nice to know this upfront or just include it in your pricing. Many other restaurants don’t seem to have an issue doing that

Mình vừa ăn ở Bratbrot và thật sự rất ấn tượng. Pizza mềm, xúc xích chuẩn vị Đức, bia thì cực kỳ ngon và mát lạnh. Không gian yên tĩnh, ấm cúng, cảm giác ngồi lâu cũng thấy dễ chịu. Nhân viên phục vụ siêu dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Một trải nghiệm rất đáng nhớ, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Watch out Brewhaha! Maybe there is room for both though. This place has excellent, made in house sausages as well as pretzels (brezel) and schnitzel. The beer, though not draught, is German, delicious and reasonably priced. The top dining room is fully air-conditioned to Western tastes and the staff is very attentive and efficient. Can't wait to go back to try some new items along with some tried and true hits. Pictured is the sausage sampler.

Bất ngờ vì món ăn quá ngon, giá rẻ và bất ngờ hơn nữa vì tâm huyết của cô chủ với đồ ăn sạch, đồ bio. Tất cả đều handmade! Xuất sắc !

Không gian nhà hàng rất sang trọng, thực đơn phong phú với các món ăn trang trí đẹp mắt mang đậm hương vị của nước Đức. Dịch vụ rất nhanh nhẹn và thân thiện , giá cả hợp lí. Recommend mọi người nên ghé và trải nghiệm!

Fabulous new German restaurant. I had the Curryworst and the quality of the sausage was first class. A couple of our group had the Pork Snitzel which they really enjoyed. I will try that next time. The owners and staff are so lovely they deserve to do well. The owner himself lived in Germany for a good few years so it's as authentic as it gets. With 2 for 1 beer offers you can't go wrong.
