5 Star Reviews lol lol... 😀🤪 there is no way. This establishment is a textbook example of a great product being ruined by catastrophic customer service. To be fair, Rooster Beer Tap Room has some of the best craft beer in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. I have visited three times, and every single experience has been identical: zero management, terrible service, and an entirely unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member running the front (who operates as if he is an owner's relative immune from being fired) shows zero interest in doing his job. While the bar sits empty, he can usually be found lounging outside smoking or exhibiting completely unprofessional hygiene. During my last visit, our glasses sat empty for 15 minutes. When we finally managed to ask for another round, the bartender explicitly told us to "wait." It got to the point where other paying customers actually stood up to try and pour their own beers because the staff simply wouldn't help them. Add in the completely tone-deaf music that doesn't fit a craft beer environment, and it’s no surprise this place is a ghost town. I walk past here almost every day. While the bars down the street and on the corner are packed, this tap room is consistently empty. The photos tell the real story, which makes me seriously question the validity of their 5-star reviews. If there is an actual owner or manager involved with this business, you need to step in. You have a great product, but you are bleeding money and losing customers daily because of the person running your front of house. Until management changes, skip this place and go to any of the busy bars nearby. - cheers 🍻

Oolong beer mmmmmmm Edit: I want to add that the owner and staff have a fantastic character and it is super fun to be around! They joke, add a real "human" aspect to the place. Many reviews seem to be attacking the place in an odd way - me, my girlfriend and friends have never had such an experience and never seen anyone being overcharged/ignored. Please come and see for yourself! And definitely get some oolong, yum🥰

I wanted to try some craft beers and heard this was a great and cheap place to do so. It was 5pm so the place was empty, the beer was good, the guy working there sat outside on the street playing games on his phone, with a loud speaker playing music then there was loud sports playing inside then more loud music in the bar it self so quite overwhelming. The beer cost 37,000 VND for a 500ml jug, I gave 40,000 VND, he didn’t give change (it’s 3000 VND, I’ll survive laughing😂) or say anything then disappeared to a neighbouring shop (I think he also worked at). Just a confusing experience.

You really probably just want one beer at this street corner jawn and lots of 'em - the draft ÒÓO!!!, which gives you the same. The rest of the beers are passable but more expensive. Our main damie ÒÓO!!! is a mere 37k ($1.40 usd) for 500ml of crisp, thoughtless, 4.7% abv hydrating pleasure. An unimpeachable proposition. Gather your party before venturing forth in search of ÒÓO!!!. Service is nonchalant but fast, outside food is encouraged. The mens is comically small, your back may in fact touch the door when standing. What's not to like? Crow on with your bad self at Rooster Beers, I like it here.

Đồ uống ngon, rất thích đồ uống ở đây và tới uống rất nhiều. Nhưng thái độ bạn nhân viên mập mập rất không ổn, tới 3 lần gặp bạn 3 lần thì nói chuyện với khách rất lấc cấc, trả treo. Mở nhạc thì toàn vinahouse không còn ra đúng vibe của quán thời gian trước mình hay đến. Mình đánh giá để quán coi cải thiện chứ mất khách hết vì mình thấy khách tới đều không ok với thái độ của nhân viên

Loved the Nitro! Cheapest craft beer I’ve seen in my life without compromising quality. Service was quick, the lady bartender was friendly and it was nice being served by her.

Bia Ga OOO! I’m just a fan of this chain and a frequent visitor in Saigon. Nothing much to add for those who know. Cheap yet quality beer, wide selection and ordering your food is a killer option. Bia ga is one of the best Vietnamese craft chains, and Da Nang spot definitely does it justice.

Mới thử 2 loại là Bia Ô Long và Vodka Me, bia Ô Long thơm nhưng vị khá nhạt và nhẹ, vodka Me ngon. Quán ngồi mát mẻ, khá vui. Có thể ord đồ ăn tới nhấm cùng bia. Sẽ quay lại thử những loại khác.

A wonderful little taproom right across from you-know-which bar, where pretty much everything is amazing. 10 beers on tap (my favorites are the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth) plus some drinks in the fridge (haven’t tried them yet, but I’m sure they’re great too). Great atmosphere (TÙNG and Chillies on the screen – much respect!). Amazing staff (a beautiful girl at the taps… too bad I’m too shy to introduce myself). I’ve been here five times and will definitely keep coming back. To be honest, I’m heading there right now. 10/10!

People of Da Nang are lucky to have such a great brewery. That is the best brewery in Vietnam. I have done the Ho Chi Minh Ale Trail twice and the Hanoi Ale Trail. I can assure that the is the best beer and surprisingly, the more affordable craft brewery. The dark is my favorite, Guinness style maybe even better super fresh.
