Xuất sắc như những đánh giá trước đó. Mình tới vào lúc 2h kém buổi chiều mà quán vẫn rất đông khách, tuy nhiên chỗ ngồi có sẵn và nhân viên rất chu đáo. Đồ ăn ngon và nhiều. Ở một nơi du lịch điển hình, nằm trong phố cổ, có cả món chay và mặn, chất lượng và số lượng đồ ăn như vậy là quá ok với giá. Mọi người nên đến thử ạ 👍 Quả thực chủ quán rất thân thiện với khách, tất cả nhân viên đều dễ thương ❤️

Merci infiniment à la famille et toute l'équipe excessivement travaillantes qui nous offrent des mets toujours de bonne qualité ou de qualité sincèrement excellente, au Hostaria Italian Restaurant. Je n'ai pas eu la chance de naître dans la belle Italie, mais j'aime les Italiens, leur langue, leur culture et leur cuisine. Autant l'italien est réjouissant, joyeux et musical à entendre, autant les mets de qualité qu'on m'a servis ici étaient une source de bonheur, de réjouissance, de gratitude. J'ai eu la chance de commander quelques plats chez Hostaria, depuis que je passe de temps en temps par Hoi An, durant mes voyages. La pizza capricciosa fut franchement incroyable (croûte fraîche et savoureuses, ingrédients de qualité en quantité généreuse, dont de la viande excellente), les tagliatelles fraîches à la sauce bolognaise étaient très bien et venaient par défaut avec le précieux parmesan (en à côté) dont parle parfois la légende. Je ne commanderais jamais des pâtes avec une simple sauce à la viande, habituellement, mais ici, je savais qu'il valait le coup de revenir à l'essentiel : on sait que le chef a du talent quand il nous offre du bonheur même avec un plat qui pourrait sembler moins élaboré de prime abord. Pourtant, saveurs complexes et profondes. De plus, les quantités sont généreuses, donc je n'aurais jamais l'idée folle de commander une pizza de grand format pour moi seul, et j'ai un bon appétit. J'ai vu un jeune homme agoniser lentement, durant ce parcours du conquérant. Mieux vaut opter pour l'option "modeste" ou partager cette pizza de format aussi grand que la Terre lorsqu'elle était plate avec son prochain. ;) Même si rien ne changeait ici, Hostaria offrirait tout de même ce qui se rapproche le plus de la perfection italienne à mes yeux, car les plats sont de qualité, chaque fois que le propriétaire prenait deux minutes de son temps précieux pour discuter avec moi, c'était un plaisir d'échanger avec lui, et on sait que quelque chose de précieux nous arrive quand on a plusieurs raisons de ressentir de la gratitude, ce qui est le cas ici. De plus, le tout est abordable, mais vu la qualité de la cuisine ici, ça finit par être l'élément auquel on pensera le moins, car peu importe le prix, ce n'est pas partout dans le monde qu'on pourrait dénicher pareil restaurant, et pareille cucina italiana. Le restaurant est très populaire pour les meilleures raisons, mais pouvoir commander demandera donc un certain temps et certains soirs, on attendra un petit moment avant de pouvoir relaxer ses rotules en position assise. Comme j'étais seul la dernière fois où je suis passé, je n'ai attendu que 10 minutes. Si vous êtes plusieurs, réservez à l'avance, pour vous assurer une expérience fluide, si la maison permet de réserver en ligne ou par téléphone. Comme l'équipe fait toujours face à une belle source de stress (ils sont très occupés et sollicités de part et d'autre), une ou deux employées me semblaient peut-être légèrement moins sympas au moment de payer. Ce serait peut-être positif d'engager une personne de plus, mais ce n'est pas nécessairement facile au Vietnam ou vu le prix abordable des plats. Vu tout le bon qu'il y a à dire de ce restaurant, c'est une petite contrainte, que pas nécessairement tout le monde aura vécue. Pour l'accueil et la bienveillance du propriétaire de l'établissement ou la vaste générosité offerte sous forme de qualité culinaire (une expérience heureuse), je serais heureux de me prendre une balle dans l'épaule pour protéger une famille et une équipe qui travaillent si fort, avec beaucoup de sincérité, de bienveillance, de professionnalisme, et un esprit de feu. Cena italiana fantastica nel cuore di Hoi An. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ottima qualità dei prodotti e del vino. Staff attento e premuroso. Se passate da qua e avete voglia dei sapori di casa fermatevi assolutamente!!!

Per noi italiani la domenica è sempre domenica e ovunque ci si trovi nel mondo si vogliono sentire i sapori di casa. Questa domenica ero ad Hoi An e cercando un Risto Italiano su Google Maps mi balza all'occhio l'Hostaria Italian Restaurant con 5 stelle di media recensioni e per una volta non ho ho avuto dubbi su dove consumare il pranzo della domenica. È un bel locale e mi sono piaciuti i tavoli e le sedie in primis e poi i consueti contorni e richiamo all'italianità di poster, vini etc etc Una Amatriciana ed una Caprese la mia scelta complice anche la giornata particolarmente calda, ho molto gradito la cottura dello spaghetto e la salsa che non hanno fatto minimamente notare gli 11000 e più km di distanza dal Bel Paese. Menzione particolare per il caffè, è veramente un Espresso Italiano 🔝 Update: Tornato stavolta per una pizza di sera, nonostante il locale fosse strapieno ho gustato un'ottima pizza in tempi relativamente brevi. Complimenti ancora a questa bella attività italiana in Hoi An.

Très très bon restaurant italien. Nous avons pris la pizza 4 fromages, les lasagnes, la burrata caprese et le tiramisu. Tout était délicieux. Nous vous recommandons ce restaurant à 100%. Points positifs en plus : Le gérant du restaurant est adorable et passe voir les clients pour savoir si ça leur plaît et s'ils passent un bon moment. Les serveurs/serveuses sont également très agréables et efficaces.

Da quando siamo a Hoi An é la seconda volta che veniamo a mangiare qui . La pizza é davvero buonissima,l’impasto é leggerissimo e facile da digerire e gli ingredienti di prima qualità . Stiamo viaggiando da mesi per l’Asia e questa è sicuramente la pizzeria migliore che abbiamo incontrato . Il personale é attento e gentile ed il proprietario é davvero fantastico,una persona cordiale, educata e professionale . Questo è un ristorante ITALIANO, ovviamente all’estero. Pasta cotta perfettamente, pizza perfetta, tiramisù buono, perfino l’espresso finalmente era un vero espresso. 우연히 들어간 가게인데 호이안에서 작은 유럽을 느끼고 왔어요. 피자는 신선한 재료 한가득 화덕 피자에 꾸닥한 파스타까지 가격은 좀 있지만 충분히 지불할 가치가 있어요.

음식은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만, 점원 중 한 분이 노골적으로 기분 나쁜 티를 내면서 불편한 분위기를 조성하여 식사 경험이 좋지 않았습니다. 특히 계산 시에 아무 말도 없이 영수증과 잔돈을 툭 툭 던져서 인종 차별을 하는 것이 아닌가 하는 의심이 들었습니다.

Amazing authentic Italian spot in Hoi An! The Pepperoni pizza was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve had in all of Vietnam. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the service was super fast. A must-visit if you’re looking for real Italian flavors. Highly recommend!

I had the Quattro formaggi pizza that came with honey and it was my favourite meal in vietnam so delicious authentic and rich. I also had the semi fredo dessert on the menu and completed the wonderful yummy experience. A perfect place for cheat meals. I also met the welcoming Italian owner, he knows very well how to run a successful business, the restaurant is packed everytime I pass by. Highly recommend trying it out.

i wanted to write this review not only for the amazing food, but for the incredible service this restaurant has. our server (i forgot to ask for her name) was so sweet, and kind enough to tell us honestly to not order too much because the portions are very big and satisfying the owners and chefs go around greeting costumers and serving the dishes, just an overall great dining experience and the most important, you get a giant serving of parmesan without having to ask!

Excellent restaurant, first time we ate Western food in Vietnam and it was simply excellent. The place is clean, tidy, very accessible and comfortable. The menu is rich in a variety of Italian dishes and everything we ordered was simply delicious. The atmosphere there is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. The owner walks around the place and takes care of everything, visited us twice to make sure everything is fine and we are satisfied. They deserve a score of 5!

This might be the best pizza place I’ve tried in my 10 years in VN. Better than 4Ps, Pendolasco, etc. in SG, HN. I ordered the pizza, pasta, side dishes, and prosecco, and everything was beyond tasty. 10000000 stars.

Ok, I knew going in it would be a satisfying meal, due to looking at the menu, and of course the reviews. BUT, I wasn't expecting a Italian restaurant on par or exceeding the finest we have at home! The Italian sausage was truly outstanding! Service on par, as well as the ambiance. My only negative is, we chose here as our last meal in Hoi An, should have been our first!!😉 A+

The food was really good, we ordered three courses and they were all just excellent. We ordered a huge "giant" pizza and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to finish it, the pizza was so tasty, the dough was thin and tasty, we ate the pizza in minutes and thought to ourselves that we could have eaten another one. The waitresses were really nice and the owner walks around with a big smile among the customers and checks that everyone is satisfied. The portions arrived really fast. We will be back here soon.

The restaurant is located in old Hoi Yan in Vietnam. The service was virtuous and fast. The food was amazing. The owner making sure that his guests are happy. We went two nights in a row to eat as the food was AMAZING!

Firstly both pizza’s tasted great which is the most important! Unfortunately the service wasn’t very good, we waited a while to be seated and were given an unusual sofa setup for a restaurant. Some of the other guests had their feet up on the sofas and were on their laptops which was also pretty odd for a restaurant in my opinion and the staff didn’t seem bothered by it. My gf had pieces of plastic in her glass and after asking for a new one got another glass with more plastic in it… Overall go for the pizza but set your expectations otherwise.

Very true Italian experience. We ordered a pizza pepperoni and a carbonara. Both delicious and reminded of Italy. The Italian boss wandered around cutely and was eager to create a special environment. Note: on the prices in the menu there is an additional 10% government tax. Definitely one of the higher priced restaurants. But worth the taste in my eyes.

Great place to enjoy with family and friends in Hoi An! Food was great. Will come back!

It is practically like having a meal in a "trattoria" actually located in Italy. The food is delicious and many dishes beyond the usual pizza and/or pasta are available. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Price is very affordable. Not sure I can find anything negative to say.

Amazing place to enjoy a pizza & aperol spritz

We had the loveliest meal at Hostaria. Walked past the restaurant a day before and was convinced to visit by the smell. Came back the next day to have lunch and true enough - very very delicious. We had their seafood antipasto - and it was a delightfully combination of shrimp, lime, squid, pork and clams. Light, refreshing and really opened up the appetite. Pizza with mushrooms and sausage pizza was lovely - crispy crust and very tasty. Marco the owner spoke to every guest and was very hospitable. We had the loveliest meal and he even offered us ice cream for free upon knowing we were engaged and shopping in Hoi An for our wedding outfits.

Absolutely fantastic, real Italian food! One of the best pizzas i have eaten in my whole life. Don’t miss this place!

Very good food and experience, i really liked the italian food

I was served a bread basket with the most delicious home made bread sticks to start. I then ordered a pizza which was authentically Italian. Fresh crust and toppings. Better than many pizzas I’ve had back home in Canada. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. I would highly recommend Hostaria.

Great Italian food! We have been in Vietnam for 11 days and really needed some European food 😅 The food was great! As good if not better than any Italian we would eat back in our home countries. Would recommend spending the money to eat here and give your tummy a refreshing break 🙃

Finally some real italian food! We had enough of the Vietnamese kitchen for a moment and this was food for the soul!

I Had the pizza and gelatoBoth were excellent. Pizza was delicious, crispy, and well balanced…fresh sauce, good cheese and not greasy. The Gelato was to die for, real quality. Cozy place, friendly service, fair prices. Easily one of the best Italian spots in Hoi An. Would 100% go back.

A truly lovely Italian trattoria with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The pizza is excellent — thin crust, nicely puffed edges, and full of flavor. The burrata is creamy and fresh, pairing beautifully with prosciutto, tomatoes, and rocket. Everything is kept simple, letting the quality of the ingredients shine. The space feels cozy and relaxed, a place where you naturally want to slow down and stay longer. A restaurant run with care and sincerity, and one I’d happily return to.

Great food to change and come back to the basics of the Mediterranean food. The lasagna was really really good and it combined perfectly with the red wine we ordered.

Wir sind gestern Abend nach der Hoi An memory show gegen 21.45 h hinein gestolpert, wurden trotz der späten Uhrzeit noch sehr nett empfangen, super leckere vegetarian pizza und original Burrata gegessen, dazu verschiedene Öle einen guten Rotwein, wir waren glücklich und können dies als kleine kulinarische Unterbrechung der guten vietnamesischen Küche nur empfehlen!
