Tuy nhiên với triết lý lấy cộng đồng làm trung tâm và phục vụ ít khách để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ & tạo giá trị cảm nhận tốt nhất cho khách hàng cao cấp, nên anh chủ không mong muốn đón khách đại trà. Đã từng phục vụ phái đoàn của Nhà trắng, Facebook, Google và sắp tới là Nokia...có những đoàn mà chi phí cho mỗi khách lên đến 1k $ cho mỗi người/lần. Con trâu của bà con mang qua nhà hàng phục vụ trải nghiệm cho khách được trả 500k/ 2h và Vịt, Gà cũng vậy... Làm nông nghiệp không chỉ là bán sản phẩm vật lý đơn thuần, nó còn có thể bán trải nghiệm, bán sự kỳ vọng, bán luôn cả triết lý sống với giá trị gấp hàng trăm, nghìn lần..... Giàu có hay nghèo khó cũng là lựa chọn........ Một kỷ niệm khó quên khi quay lại The Fields Restaurant sau 2 năm dịch. Mình đã từng tổ chức đám cưới ở đâu từ năm 2017, thực sự rất ấn tượng với cách làm Kinh doanh của anh Thanh và anh Vinh..

Cadre enchanteur et romantique, au milieu des rizières et en bord de rivière. Le service est exceptionnel car à la fois discret et efficace, notre serveur a mémorisé ce que chacun de nous cinq avait choisi. Les cocktails sont très bons et les plats délicieux et plus originaux que dans d’autres restaurants de Hoi An. Les herbes sont cultivées à quelques mètres et donnent une saveur supplémentaire aux plats. Une superbe soirée en toute quiétude.

Đồ ăn rất ngon, nhà hàng nằm hơi xa trung tâm thành phố ồn ào nên yên tĩnh và thú vị hơn. Nhà hàng nằm ngay cạnh những cánh đồng lúa và dòng sông. Cơ sở vật chất đều mới tinh và được trang trí đẹp mắt. Thực sự khuyên bạn nên đến đây cho bữa trưa hoặc bữa tối ngon miệng. Hãy thử nước ép gừng chia, rất ngon.

1년전 숙소 가까운 레스토랑 찾다가 가본 곳! 여행 마지막 만찬으로 손색없을 맛과 분위기!! 가격은 로컬보단 당연히 비싸고 우리나라 식당보다는 싸요. 너무 오래되서 기억나진 않지만 어른4,아이4 다양한 종류와 술 배불리 먹고 10만원 전후였던 것 같아요. 고급레스토랑 같이 전담 서버가 있어서 친절히 응대해줘요. 스네이크헤드(가물치 였던듯?)이름때문에 기겁했던 것도 다 추억이 되었네요. 다 맛있어요^^

비싼감이 있지만 강을 보며 여유롭게 식사할 수 있는 곳. 음식 맛은 자극적이지 않고 맛있어요! 낮에는 에어컨이 없어서 더울 것 같고 저녁에 방문하길 추천합니다.

We did a cooking class and lunch it was delicious and enjoyed learning about Vietnamese food. The atmosphere by the river is wonderful.

Coconut coffee is amazing. As well as the lemon juice. Cooking class was lots of fun!

The Field Restaurant & Bar had a Relaxed and comfortable setting, tastefully done without feeling overdesigned. The food is well executed and balanced—fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and good portion sizes. Nothing felt overworked. Service was friendly and attentive, without hovering. Overall, a very pleasant place to eat.

Nicht weit von unserem Hotel fanden wir dieses nette Lokal in den Reisfeldern. Die Umgebung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zu unserer Verwunderung waren die Preise teurer, als in unserem Hotel. Nicht nur, dass man recht lange warten musste, die Qualität des Essens war enttäuschend. Jede Strassenküche kocht besser für einen Bruchteil des Preises. So bleibt neben der schönen Aussicht nicht viel, was es positives gab.

We especially enjoyed the grilled fish in banana leaf and the stir-fried squid with glass noodles. Friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere, and great value for money. Highly recommended if you’re looking for genuine local cuisine.

We discovered The Fields Restaurant & Bar on the first day of our 3-stay stay at Hoi An. From the very first crunch of the delectable Moringa and prawn salad on rice cracker we were hooked! We went back to try out other dishes and loved them all, especially the Moringa salad, steamed fish fillet in gourd, roast duck & the smoky grilled eggplant in soy sauce. Very friendly staff too, especially Hiep who was just so lovely and gracious, carefully tweaking the dishes to take into consideration our request for less salt and oil & sharing cooking tips and recipes.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung bei leckerem Essen. Das Restaurant liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Straße, ist aber über die Google Suchfunktion leicht zu finden. Wenn man abends direkt an den Reisfeldern sitzt, hat man eine wundervolle Geräuschkulisse von den Fröschen.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, super Essen und freundliches Personal. Gute Wahl und sehr empfehlenswert.

This was the most beautiful dinner we had in Vietnam. Their garden is incredible, fresh ingredients from on site. Must go here!

Charming restaurant and a real hands-on cooking demonstration of pancake making, with attentive and friendly staff and a pleasant location between river and ricefield. We came here by bicycle and boat, with a tour of the organic farm.

The food was very good. Theservice was over and above the call of duty... especially when it started raining. Truly a unique experience!

This is a MUST while in Hoi An! We started with a tour of the farm and then took a scenic boat ride to the farm to table restaurant. It was my birthday and they surprised me with the most beautiful flowers! We had a cooking class and then got to enjoy a delicious lunch with gorgeous scenery. The staff was incredible and I can’t wait to come back!

A poor experience and then food poisoning. Let's get the good bits out of the way first. The location is beautiful and would be a great place for cocktail sundowners. And the rest. There is confusion about the menu. There are two that don't seem to perform different functions. You just get given 2 menus that look similar and have similar categories but different dishes. There's no obvious starters or mains, and there was also confusion as to how many dishes 5 of us should order. We ended up with 5, which was maybe a little too much. The dishes arrive randomly. Someone got theirs about 5 minutes after ordering, then 15 mins later I was told that what I had ordered wasn't available. We were the only table in the restaurant, so it wasn't as if they had busyness as an excuse. Then another dish arrived, and 5 minutes later my wife was told that what she had ordered wasnt available. So she ordered something else. 5 minutes later she was told that wasn't available too. Finally the last dishes came out at least 30 minutes after the first one. Again, we were the only table. As to the dishes, there was a pork dish which was great, and a noodle broth which was awful. Tasted like water. The others were meh at best. Given the quality of all the food in this country to find that the most expensive restaurant we ate at was this poor was disappointing. This restaurant was going to get a one star reviews but then my son and I, who had shared a squid dish both got fairly violent food poisoning in the night. So if I could it would get a zero star review. Ironic, given we've been in Thailand and Vietnam for 3 weeks and have mostly eaten street food or at locals restaurants. The only place we've caught food poisoning was at the the restaurant that by a distance, was the most expensive.

2025年8月に訪れました。 ホイアンの旧市街の賑やかさに少し疲れ、少し静かなところで食事をしたいと、ホテルの近くにあったこのお店に歩いてやってきました。途中の道に鴨が歩いていました。私たちが近づくと、川に逃げて行きました。 15時過ぎという微妙な時間（おそらく休憩時間）でしたが、スタッフが素早くテーブルセッティングしてくださり着席。 目の前に広がる田んぼの風景が素晴らしく、また稲穂の香りがとてもノスタルジックで最高でした。 日本の田舎で育った私は故郷に帰ったような気分でした。素晴らしい。 料理はもちろん美味しく、かつ、とても美しい盛り付けがされていました。鴨を食べました。 とても良い時間をありがとうございました。

The Field Restaurant is set on a beautiful parcel of land flanked by paddy fields on one side and the river on the other. You get spectacular sunsets over the river. There are several romantic areas to sit and enjoy your food, including rafts on the river and floating pontoon "house" rafts on the padfy fields. The restaurant itself is beautiful offering healthy organic food of a very high standard. The drinnks selection is also exemplary, but a bit expensive. After 6 years since my original review I still recommend this venue because the staff and the location are wonderful.

We were there after our massage (highly recommend). It was the most expensive food we had in Hoi An, but definitely not the best. It also took quite a while – we waited for about 40 minutes. There are better spots in die city. But the location is great.

Set in a beautiful location on the edge of a rice field just outside of Old Town Hoi An, The Field has a traditional Vietnamese food menu. We loved the tofu skin salad and mango salad. They have pages of drink options including juices, smoothies and beer.

We dined on a quiet Tuesday night and rated this our best food experience so far in Hoi An. The cocktails were lovingly put together, the food amazing and the staff were just lovely. I will be back tomorrow for lunch and to explore thos area more. The atmosphere and views are gorgeous. If this is not Hoi An’s hidden gem, I don’t know what is. Cannot wait to go back!!

My favourite place ♥️ Set in the middle of a rice field, surrounded by beautiful lanterns with food created by using their own grown produce and beautiful Vietnamese hospitality and service. I love The Field and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I took the Padi field menu for me and my wife. Had read about this place and wanted to try it out. The place was beautiful and knowing that it was from farm to table, we wanted to support local as well. We had a personal service staff and chef. As the wind was strong and forecasted to rain, I asked to a change to a sheltered area. We were given an area overlooking the padi fields. We were served delicious bread with wild daisy for starters. Had cocktails to go along. Next came a wonderful calamari salad. Very fresh and tasty. We then had grilled pork, duck sausage and egg plant. My wife thought that the egg plant was just out of the world. Served fresh from the garden and cooked to perfection. For mains, we had steamer chicken and red snapper with lime and lemongrass sauce. Dessert was sweet potato cake with chocolate sauce. All in all, the food was splendid. We took a walk around the garden and was just astonished to see all the greens grown there. Conclusion - unique experience and I applaud the owners for the innovative approach of such a dining experience. The price was a tad pricey at 2.5 million VND per pax but we both really enjoyed it.

We loved the service from Hiep for my 40th birthday celebration. They went next level with the dining and table service plus a beautiful cake to celebrate. The sunset cocktails were amazing and the food was so special. Would recommend to everyone with a big group or small for bespoke dining experience.

Came here on a date night for a local farm-to-table experience. The grilled pork and the prawn dish was SO NICE. They serve local ingredients only, vegetarian / vegan available too. The staff were wonderful. It really felt like a special night by the field.

Beautiful setting in the rice fields, ideal for any special occasion. Our waitress was very friendly and delivered great customer service. She even provided mosquito spray in case we needed it. Great selection of local, sustainable ingredients (lots of vegetarian options too!). We chose the local fish options which was delicious!

We had a lovely girls weekend in Hoi An and decided to have a traditional Vietnamese dinner at the Field. The owners were extremely accommodating adjusting the menu to fit a couple of nutritional requirements in our group while maintaining traditional cuisine. The food was excellent but what really stood out was the atmosphere! It is such a beautiful and serene location and a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful restaurant with a unique, organic and locally sourced menu. Their herbs are all made in their garden. Highly suggest the pork with mint! So delicious! Also the duck is DELICIOUS. Super romantic evening if you’re a couple looking for a fancy and special dinner.

We had such a great time here! We wanted a restaurant in a rice paddy field, and this place was perfect. It’s right by the river, so you can see ducks and even some basket boats. The restaurant is really pretty with a traditional design, and they even have their own organic vegetable garden. The food was delicious, the portions were good, and they had some great vegan options too!

We spent the afternoon at the field, even though it’s not rice growing season, it is still well worth visiting this beautiful restaurant. We ordered several delicious dishes, many ingredients come directly from their organic gardens. After our meal we were given a tour of the well stocked herb garden. The staff were all extremely friendly. Highly recommend this venue.

We have just had a lovely evening here. A romantic dinner for two on a raft on the river! Really good food. Lots of herbs and vegetables from their garden and a very interesting menu. Friendly service. What a beautiful place. Peaceful location. As we left the frogs' chorus was all we could hear. It was very quiet. Just us and a couple of other diners. Why? It deserves to be much busier. You can easily get an electric buggy there. We arrived there on basket boats! Great fun. I recommend this place.

Amazing food in gorgeous location overlooking rice fields. Bit of a walk out of town centre but the super friendly staff ordered a taxi to take us back. The pork with medicinal herbs and fried rice were stand out dishes. Organic vegetables and rice from grounds surrounding the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated in the style of the countryside in the South Central region, close to nature, fields of rice, rivers, fruit gardens; helping diners to come here to experience and enjoy dishes and drinks made from natural ingredients. However, generally, the prices on the menu will be higher than the average of other ordinary eateries for locals. You should try coming to experience it.

This place is STUNNING! The customer service is top notch! I so desperately wanted to give it 5 stars but I ordered the duck and it just was not good. My partner ordered the Chicken Curry and it was DIVINE. Perhaps we just came on an off day. I would still go back and have that curry again... so so so good!

Stunning. We hired their raft, for a special anniversary dinner for two. Private chef and waitress. We ate in the centre of the river on the raft (which was tethered on a rope), with the chef cooking for us there. Incredible. It was expensive, but well worth it. Totally unique.

The food here was amazing. They were super good at helping with gluten allergies. the only thing was it was really empty. we were the only people there so the atmosphere wasn’t amazing but i reckon that was because of the weather. A little out of the way to get to but we’ll worth it! (especially the chicken curry)

We really enjoyed our lunch at this restaurant. Lovely views, great food and the service was 10/10! Fully recommend, specially if you have a bike or a scooter to get there😊

We went for lunch to The Field because of a friend’s recommendation and it did not dissapoint. The place was beautifully located next to a rice field. The food was fresh and very well cooked. The lady that helped us was really the nicest person I have ever met. Great service, amazing place: Best spot in Hoi An :)

The place is great and far from any noise, which is quite nice. The staff was so nice with us. And the food is absolutely stunning. Will come back for sure if we are in Hoi An.

Amazing food... We were the only ones there which probably contributed to the atmosphere... Compared to a more family run restaurant from the previous night the vibe was a bit lacking, didn't exactly feel authentically Vietnamese but nice

There are pros and cons. Pros The location is amazing. You can sit in amongst the rice fields and enjoy your food. But... Cons You're more likely to enjoy the view than the food. It was OK. I had the egg fried rice which for 150k was bland and nothing but rice and a tiny bit of egg. The tofu with corn was quite tasty. If you're veggie the choices are limited. Anyway, worth a visit for the setting but not for the food.

Popped in for a quick drink and entree on our way in to town. Oh my god the good was phenomenal! Great service and really really tasty food. Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff, nice view and setup

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and nice. The food, however, was over priced and below average. We ordered 4 dishes, two of which were great and two we really didn't enjoy. I hope the restaurant improves the quality of the food because there is huge potential and the place is magical.

it's quite a drive there for no good food. tasteless chicken, some weird fish cakes hard to chew, fruit on the side tastes like chewing cardboard. We both are well traveled expats, but this food is beyond bad. doesn't worth a visit at all.

Excellent choice for an upscale dinner out in Hoi An. Surrounded by rice fields and beautifully designed, this would be the perfect setting for a wedding reception or special event. Attentive service and relaxing music. The food was good -- not the most mind blowing dishes, but very good and slightly different from what you see on many menus around town. Nice change. The duck with orange sauce was delicious and the morning glory was buttery rich.

Prijs hoger dan gemiddeld in Vietnam. Prachtige plek om te eten, in de rijstvelden en aan het riviertje. Veel aandacht besteed aan het terras. Schoon. Wij hebben vegetarische gerechten gegeten: spring rolls, claypot, gegrilde aubergines en papaya salade. Het was ontzettend lekker. Met twee drankjes en 1,5 liter water: VMD550.000. Heel lieve medewerkers.

Good food in an awesome area out of the noisy City Centre. Price level is almost european, but the view is worth that. The food is of good quality and preparation. Recommended if you want to spend more money than needed in Vietnam and if you like to eat in a quite place.

Wonderful scenery and fantastic food. The restaurant is located in between rice paddy field and next to the river which makes the spot very cool and lovely. My wife and I went at night when the bamboo lantern was lit up and it looked just magical. I especially love the pork grill dish and the various Vietnamese home food cooked by this restaurant. If you come to Hoi An, eating here is a must.

It’s very pricey but worth every penny for it’s romantic ambiance and how attentive the staffs are. Thankfully, this place is not crowded yet with tourists so you can enjoy your quite dinner with your loved ones. Also, their toilet is one of THE cleanest and nicest toilet I’ve seen it in all across Vietnam!

Very Amazing place with great food, awesome view and a relaxed vibe BUT it comes at a price tag. Dishes are a minimum of 100k and go up to 200-300k for things that are usually half or a third of their price. This is due to the quality and their chosen organic pieces. Beers and drinks weren't too bad at all and worth it. We ordered the vegetarian curry, and a few things of rice which(and I'm not even a vegetarian) were amazing, enough 3 and a toddler. A few beers and drinks our total was only 250k. It was quite an enchanting afternoon on their grounds. My only gripe is they don't use MSGs, still the food was great.

Chilled out place with beautiful rice padi and river surroundings. Very well maintained premises with a lone roaming chicken. Just the kind of peaceful place I needed after the busy old town. Friendly service ! I'm going back tomorrow!

Such a beautiful place by the rice field. Feel homage and local food here. Should have their cracker with prawn salad on top. They have their own garden.

We paddled here on kayaks from our hotel and had an exquisite vegetarian lunch here. High quality of food and generous portions made for a fantastic lunch experience, coupled with the gorgeous river side garden and views. Prices are nearly double regular restaurants in the area but very affordable still by western wallets. Highly recommend for a romantic secluded lunch.

骑车时经过的地点，回酒店后查找这个地点发现很不错，于是第二天就去了。确实很棒，去的时候人很少，那种惬意的坐在岸边看着来往渔夫来来去去的悠闲感觉真的太赞了，菜份量略少，但景很不错，饮品咖啡略甜，价格也不是很贵，值得一去。我们三个女孩子吃完后在河边赖到了打烊才离开也是有点好笑，足以证明确实不错，超级超级喜欢！岸边蚊子多，店家提供驱蚊水，非常非常管用。
